Part 3 already!

A list of those already on the bus. Welcome to newbies. It's the countdown to 12 week scans. I think I have nearly a month to wait though :-(

@avacadooo and @UnicornDust17 Amazing scan pics, congrats guys, u can rest a little knowing baby is wriggling away in there, i know i have been more relaxed since scan!

OctoberGirl91 · 05/01/2019 19:43

Hope your ok @UnicornDust17 and everyone else too xxx

OctoberGirl91 · 05/01/2019 19:44

KMic · 05/01/2019 20:29

Aww loving the scan pics guys!!

ss3ajb · 05/01/2019 21:11

@unicorndust @avacardooo beautiful scan pics!!!!!!!! Lovely to see the little beans ☺️❤️ Xx

Blueberry2018 · 05/01/2019 21:14

Has anyone use olbas oil in pregnancy? I put some on my pillow and then thought i'd check its safe and its so conflicting the advice online- im panicking now!

Bakingabean · 05/01/2019 21:43

@blueberry2018 I hope it's fine as I've been using the Vicks inhaler stick one most nights. Feeling a bit stuffy and hate breathing through my mouth when I'm trying to sleep. I've read the instructions and it doesn't mention pregnancy so I figured it was fine?!

Oftenconfused · 05/01/2019 22:11

Lovely pictures!

ScotsBaby2 · 05/01/2019 22:21

@Blueberry2018 this website might help

www.medicinesinpregnancy.org/Medicine--pregnancy/

You would need to work out the ingredients first.

@UnicornDust17 yours definitely looks less alien than mine 😂

Thanks guys, I couldn't wait until February it's too far away! How's everyone coping tonight?

UnicornDust17 · 05/01/2019 22:43

I'm not sure about that @avacadooo Grin

emma1224 · 05/01/2019 22:47

@avacadooo I'm having a crappy emotional night
Been feeling sorry for myself with loosing weight and feeling sick

Tomorrow is a new day 🤞🏻🤞🏻

Cobblestones · 05/01/2019 22:48

Those are beautiful pictures and put a big smile on my face ❤️ Thank you so much for sharing!

clairelee17 · 05/01/2019 22:58

@emma1224 I know how you feel! It's not nice feeling like that. Hopefully a good night's sleep might help. I'm emotional every day too.

UnicornDust17 · 05/01/2019 23:47

Anxiety is horrible @clairelee17 Sad I think the steroids I'm on don't help either... Tomorrow is another day @emma1224 I hope you feel a bit better. Is anyone with you?

UnicornDust17 · 05/01/2019 23:48

Congrats and welcome @Osney

emma1224 · 05/01/2019 23:55

@UnicornDust17 yeah my husband is here
He is trying but keeps looking like a lost puppy because he isn't sure what to do! Bless him lol
Just keep saying to myself it will be alright in the end xx

Kcjoe · 06/01/2019 06:23

Urghhh I woke at 2.30 feeling sick. My OH woke at 5.30 for work and I still feel sick 🤮 I had nausea when I was pregnant with my son but never actually sick. I think that's worse 😫 dreading it as I start a new job on Monday 😬

IVEgottheDECAF · 06/01/2019 07:53

Place marking!

Name changed from WOMANlikeME, dd 30/8 - 1/9. Not sure if i should be on this thread or septs so posting on both but probably more there as some of you seem miles ahead of me!

Moncwf · 06/01/2019 08:56

@Kcjoe yeah I was the same, nausea constantly but never sick. Felt being sick would have been a relief. It's shaping up the same this time, stomach always feels full, nausea and dry retching but no puke. I wonder if the relaxin hormone stops me puking, I am generally a puker in other situations. Sorry that's a bit gross!

@Ivegotthedecaf I'm at the end too! Although last time by DD got moved back and I'm hoping for a 39 week section so sticking with this group. Not everyone is miles ahead!

KMic · 06/01/2019 08:59

It's funny how no matter what we can find something to moan / worry about ...

I've been getting horrible nausea for the last 2 weeks to the point it was really pissing me off ... yesterday it settled down a bit which was nice ... woke up today and it seems to have gone completely! Whilst part of me to so thankful the other part of me can't help but worry a bit! Has anyone else had it come and go so quick? I'll be 9 weeks tomorrow. My boobs are still sore and I slept for 10 and a half hours last night so defo tired still so I'm trying not to be massively concerned ...

Moncwf · 06/01/2019 09:31

@KMic I think it's normal for symptoms to come and go. And the placenta starts taking over at some point which can make you feel better. Can't remember when exactly but it might just be that?

Ninunina · 06/01/2019 09:45

Just when I thought the brown cm was behind me, I've had some more this morning. I forgot to take my progesterone tablets yesterday so I think that may have something to do with it. I'm 10+1 weeks now, had a good scan at 8+6. I'm hoping all is still ok. My next appointment isn't until the 24th Jan. Hopefully it remains brown, last week I saw a bit of fresh blood, but only a tiny amount.

KMic · 06/01/2019 09:47

Yeah I wondered that @Moncwf but wasn't sure if 9 weeks was too early for that? Seeing the midwife in the morning for my booking in apt anyway so I'll check with her then 😀

Jelliestogether · 06/01/2019 09:50

Can't believe we are on thread 3 already! Welcome to all the new joiners!

Just a quick one to placematk myself on this thread! But I'm definitely feeling slightly better this week (10+5) but still definitely symptomatic! Boobs still sore and nipples itchy but not as bad as before. Still intermittently nauseous but usually if I haven't eaten. Are any of you getting bloated? In the evenings especially I have a proper little bump (1st pregnancy).

Got my booking in appointment on Wednesday but still no scan date so a bit worried about that!
