@frazzlerock I've only got 15days worth but it's on repeat so I just have to get another prescription. I think you normally stop between 12 and 16 weeks.

That could be what's causing your bloating? It's definitely on the list of side effects! I was mighty shocked to learn where they go! 😯

Delilah7 · 08/11/2018 13:55

@TwittleBee I am having a lot of CM and constantly feeling like I'm peeing myself hahaha

Laburna · 08/11/2018 14:14

@twitterbee I keep thinking AF has arrived 🤦🏻‍♀️ it's so grim!

Frazzlerock · 08/11/2018 14:17

@Laburna oooh, I think you're onto something there!

TwittleBee · 08/11/2018 14:32

So glad it's not just me then! After the spotting I've had I was getting worried. And totally agree about the feeling of AF arriving as there is so much!

HSapr · 08/11/2018 14:46

Hey all! I’ve been directed here by @onestep (thank you!!) this thread is already getting big!!

And I’m so glad I entered at the stage of discussing TMI stuff 😂

I’ve had a bit of a worrisome day. I am 4 weeks exactly today so very early. AF was due yesterday but got my first BFP on Monday which has been getting stronger.

I had some spotting very early Monday morning (light pink and only after peeing for a few wipes) this lasted literally for about 3 toilet trips then disappeared.

I’ve been having cramping, pretty much constantly for the past 24 hours. Not bad, mostly mild and tends to be both sides but mostly in my left groin at the mo! Think I am constipated too.

But the last 3 times I’ve been to the loo, I’ve had the pink CM after wiping again.

Can this be normal?? I know there’s nothing I can do really but I am getting a bit panicky. This is my first pregnancy xx

Laburna · 08/11/2018 15:05

Hi @Hsapr I think it's normal for the pain to be more on one side that the other - the side you ovulated on.

Although it's not considered normal as such, it's incredibly common to get spotting. There are several ladies here who've had it or are having it. Unfortunately, you are right, there's not much you can do about it except wait. It could just be implantation bleeding, your little bean burrowing in and getting comfy, especially as you are so close to AF time when that's likely to show up.

It is just a waiting game now, to see what it is, and whether the pregnancy progresses. Fingers crossed for you! Try not to worry too much, although I know it's hard not to. 💜

HSapr · 08/11/2018 15:13

Thanks @LaBurna you are so right. Worrying won’t help anything will it!!

On a completely different note, I’m very new to mumsnet and wondered if anyone knows why every time I come back to it on the browser on my phone, I have to log in again...happens every time I refresh!!

Frazzlerock · 08/11/2018 15:40

Remember those bits I ordered from that cute website?
They arrived today. I think it's my new favourite website.

Look at the personal added touch (1st pic). Love it 😁

Also, I just went into town to pick up DS2 and ended up buying two pairs of maternity tights and a bump band from Jojomamanbebe I may not have a bump yet but this bloat won't fit in regular clothes comfortably so I've no choice!

Hello new people!

HSapr · 08/11/2018 15:44

Oh the bloat!! I feel your pain there!

They look lovely @frazzlerock !

Frazzlerock · 08/11/2018 15:51

@HSapr yes a few of us are terribly bloated! None of my jeans fit comfortably, despite actually losing weight recently.

Re MN logging in every time time, I'm not sure. I don't have to log in every time when using the iOS ap. IS there a setting somewhere? I usually use the web version as I use it (when I should be working) all day.

HSapr · 08/11/2018 16:01

Ahh thanks @frazzlerock I actually haven’t downloaded the app yet, I’ll try that!

I keep trying to breathe in but my bloat belly is not going anywhere!

StargazyDrifter · 08/11/2018 16:04

Loving the TMI element today. 😂 My bloat rages on, too, despite somehow actually losing 3 pounds. It's really confusing.

Welcome to the newbies!

Frazzlerock · 08/11/2018 16:05

Just realised you are using the web version. I'm stumped then. like I say, I use the web version on my laptop and never have to log in.
also, iOS app doesn't make me log in either. I'd use the app if I were you, or the web version on a laptop/computer rather than your phone's browser

Onestep2 · 08/11/2018 16:27

I'm on the bloat bandwagon too 😭

What you all craving for dinner tonight?

MummyG82 · 08/11/2018 16:45

@frazzlerock just reading your tmi post lol. I literally lol ed n my ds asked what I was laughing at 🙊

I feel pants today, exhausted with back ache and slight cramps in my right hand side. I think I've have just done to much tbh. Hopefully that's all it is!
I've been feeling so sick I don't know what to do with my self.

@TwittleBee I have had extra cm, I keep running to the loo thinking I'm bleeding! So it's reassuring knowing I'm not the only one.

StargazyDrifter · 08/11/2018 16:51

I've also had watery and excessive CM, knicker watch in overdrive.

Still craving lots of veg for dinner, which is unusual for me. Brain says hungry, tummy says 🤢. 🙄

ohmybaby · 08/11/2018 17:17

@HchyScott so glad it’s not just me!

Craving for dinner: naughty bad salty carbs. Chip shop chips would be magnificent.

Actually having: salad to balance out that ham and cheese toastie I had for lunch and lying about why I’m not drinking to my colleagues 🙃🙃

HchyScott · 08/11/2018 17:29

I’m having a pie tonight with loads of green veggies, I keep trying to cancel out the naughtiness with green veg but I don’t think it’s helping my waistline!!

TwittleBee · 08/11/2018 17:36

Oh I so fancy pie HchyScott (or just the pastry tbh! LoL)

I've got chilli tonight though so that's always a winner. Although DH will have to cook it as I can't go near raw meat now it seems without throwing up!

Frazzlerock · 08/11/2018 17:37

Carbs are my friend too. I was WFH today and had tinned spaghetti on toast with a load of grated cheese on top. It's no wonder I'm bloated.

I'm currently at DS1's parents evening. Not had any nausea for two days but I've got it now! Must be the horrid school smell.
At least it's put my mind at rest!
I might come back here for more nausea when I'm feeling panicky 😂

Laburna · 08/11/2018 17:44

Am feeling so sick tonight again :(

On DS bedtime duty too as DH is still I'll. I'm so tired I could do with a nap!

SnailorSwift · 08/11/2018 18:00

All this talk of lovely delicious carby delights. I am struggling big time to eat anything it's depressing!

Onestep2 · 08/11/2018 18:03

I love how everyone is on the carb wagon! I gave up carbs b4 my wedding and now it's all that I want!! Crispy rolls and corned beef and brown sauce (disgusting right) then i got home and had cake and custard.....I went to the gym so it's totally justified in my head.

DH is cooking curry with pitta breads and rice tonight. Raw meat is also turning my stomach!! any excuse not to cook

Had an embarrassing moment.... Went to asda to pick up milk and things.... got to check out, scanned all my items, went to pay, no purse!! Arrghgg the embaressment!!
