@Brainfried1986 I guess if it has happened before then you know it is normal for you. You could always go to EPU to get checked out?

Brainfried1986 · 01/11/2018 14:07

@Frazzlerock Yeah, if it gets worse I’ll do something about it, just have to sit tight and try to stay calm for now 🤞

TheScaredyKat · 01/11/2018 15:31

I've fallen off this new list Sad

Belmo · 01/11/2018 15:40

Just referred to the midwives, argh feels office now!! Seeing the midwife for booking in on the 6th of Dec and scan on the 27th of Dec... feels like bloomin ages away!

Brainfried1986 · 01/11/2018 15:42

@TheScaredyKat think you are still on there - 01/07?

Brainfried1986 · 01/11/2018 15:43

Sorry, 02/07

Frazzlerock · 01/11/2018 15:43

@TheScaredyKat you're still there Smile

I've just booked my flu vaccine for tomorrow. No time like the present and at least i feel like I'm doing something proactive while I wait for all the official stuff to come through. I'm starting to wonder if I've fallen through the net Hmm

Frazzlerock · 01/11/2018 15:44

@Belmo Good news! Something to aim for!

Frazzlerock · 01/11/2018 15:46

I have a new symptom today (whoop!) Shortness of breath. I've had it all day and have to keep forcing myself to take a deep breath or yawn.

I've obviously googled this Grin. Apparently it is progesterone's fault (so at least I know I have enough if it!)

StargazyDrifter · 01/11/2018 15:52

Welcome all the newbies!

I'm afraid I did have a guilty chuckle at the man vitamins. I'm sure it's absolutely fine since you spotted it soon enough. If you do get a boy that will be quite a story.

Frazzle Didn't know that about progesterone. Something new!

TheScaredyKat · 01/11/2018 15:57

Oh sorry must have been looking at the wrong one Confused

ratherbeshowjumping · 01/11/2018 16:46

That's great news @Belmo - how exciting!

@Frazzlerock interesting one - today I've had, sorry if tmi, really itchy nipples? Can anyone explain that one 🙈

amanda2809 · 01/11/2018 16:48

@ratherbeshowjumping I had that most of the way through my last pregnancy. a cheaper version of lanisoh helped!

pancakes22 · 01/11/2018 17:57

Thanks all. Just going to ignore the husband I think 👍

@Brainfried1986 hope the spotting has settled down and your not too worried?

I know we have all talked about stomach pains with ligament but I just stood up from the sofa and literally doubled over. It now feels so sore. Is this still normal??

pancakes22 · 01/11/2018 17:58

@Frazzlerock so funny you just said that I was just saying I feel like I constantly need to take a deep breath! So interesting what our bodies are doing to us!

ratherbeshowjumping · 01/11/2018 18:01

@amanda2809 ah thank you! I might go & grab some tomorrow. I'm taking it as a good sign but it's not the most pleasant!

BackAwayFatty · 01/11/2018 18:06

@ratherbeshowjumping I've had itchy nipples too - didn't think about it being a symptom til you said

Laburna · 01/11/2018 18:07

@frazzlerock @pancakes22 I was finding it hard to get through songs when I was singing to DS the last couple of days, didn't realise it was progesterone related! At least you know it's not all leaking out pointlessly @frazzlerock!

@brainfried1986 you doing ok?

Had a lovely afternoon nap while DS had his, the dog came and cuddled with me on the sofa and then every few minutes he'd get up and check the garden and the front of the house and then come back and snuggle. He's totally looking after me 😂😍

ratherbeshowjumping · 01/11/2018 18:34

@BackAwayFatty I'm glad I'm not the only one... I'm assuming it's a symptom anyway, I've never had it before 🤣

Brainfried1986 · 01/11/2018 18:46

@pancakes22 A lot of what I read this morning said pain alone is ok when not accompanied with bleeding, but within reason. If you get the doubling up pain more frequently I would go see someone to put your mind at rest.

@Laburna Yes, doing ok now thanks, spotting stopped again so less panicky now! Hoping for a quiet evening relaxing on the sofa once ds is asleep. So cute that your dog is protecting you! They’re so intuitive ♥️

pancakes22 · 01/11/2018 18:53

@Brainfried1986 okay thank you. Will keep an eye on it

Belmo · 01/11/2018 20:26

I’m still breastfeeding 2 year old ds at bedtime, but only off one boob (he didn’t like the other one 😂 and hasn’t fed from it in over a year.) Bizarrely, the non breastfeeding boob is now really sore and tender! (Other one fine..)

StargazyDrifter · 01/11/2018 20:47

Belmo - how interesting about the two boobs. Laburna - your dog is adoreable! 💜

I had a trip to EPU today - convinced myself it was another ectopic: side pain, burning shoulder pain, temperature and (tmi) loose bowel. Nothing found and, crucially, no sac either. ☹️ Bloods taken. Consultant said can be too early to see anything on the scan. Worried. But also too tired to keep worrying.

DianaBlythe · 01/11/2018 20:50

Oh bless you @stargazydrifter. Are they going to see you back for a repeat scan? So hard to deal with that uncertainty.
