Hi everyone, just got a bfp this morning after over a year of trying, so excited whilst trying to keep calm as I recently had a mc. This will be my second baby, would love to chat to others who have just found out too!! Xxx

I just had some really sore cramps and was panicking. Then I rushed to toilet and (TMI) it was just diarrhea. This is so glamorous.

Actually maybe we should make a rule that there's no such thing as TMI on this thread!

@Celebelly that has to be the only time you're ever happy to have diarrhea! 😅 hope it was a one off 💩

Hi tentatively joining too. I’m 4 weeks tomorrow but have loads of symptoms already: sore boobs, nausea, exhaustion, craving naughty foods. Definitely more symptoms tan 1st pregnancy. Just bought a new bottle of rhubarb gin and then got my bfp yesterday. Been trying on and off since Oct. have dd age 2.5 and I’m 39.

@HogansGhost. You could still sniff the gin? 😂 Two days ago a booked a trip to Disney for my 30th! I guess I will have to alter the booking slightly!!

Joining too, got my BFP today, though AF isnt due until tomorrow. It's straight off the back of a chemical pregnancy last month so a bit shocked/worried.

Hoping it's sticky, but we'll have to see. Currently have 1 DS who is 10.5months. Due around 11th February, but I'm not sure if I ovulated at the same time this month as normal as technically my period was late last month....who knows 🤷🏻‍♀️

I got my BFP today, 5+5 going by last period so early feb I think! Hasn’t sunk in yet!

I'm still having period-like cramping and some lower back pain. It's not particularly sore, just uncomfortable. Hoping it's all normal but as this is my first I've no idea!

@Celebelly. I'm having that too and I'm peeing and peeing and peeing and peeing! I must have gone 20 times today! My tummys a bit upset too

I had a bad upset tummy yesterday that manifested as really strong cramps. Was panicking like mad until I realised it was tummy-related and the cramps disappeared instantly after I'd been to the toilet. Think my body just doesn't really know what's going on!

I'm still paranoid about checking for blood every time I go for a wee. Doesn't help I seem to be creating gallons of CM so I constantly feel 'wet'!

@Celebelly. I had a bit of a "loose episode" before I went to pick up my DD but now the urge to pee as gone so maybe my tummy bloat was making me need to pee more. I haven't really had any cm, the occasional bit of thick white but only tiny amount. I keep bracing myself for blood too :-(

Hi newbies-congrats on your BFP!

So I survived my first day back at school-resisted the urge to shout "I'm pregnant" at everyone who asked how my half term was 😂 I was screaming it in my head but just told them I had a lovely time!!
Significant increase in trips for a wee-i usually don't go at all when I'm at work, but went 3times today!!
Had the urge to POAS again 🙈 (only a cheapie so it technically doesn't count...right?) test line came up even before the control line had... should probably not check anymore!!!

My boobs aren't as sore any more and my back hasn't been to bad lately, going through a phase of decreased appetite but I'm more happy to graze at food (smarties and breadsticks)

@Celebelly I still peer anxiously into my knickers whenever I pee too-I really don't remember checking this much last time-I did only did two tests then waited patiently for the 12week scan!!! What's happened to me?!

@LookingAtTheStars89 @Celebelly I have cramps of some sort 100% of the time and keep expecting blood every time I go to the loo. It's driving me mad. First timer so no idea what's normal, but then pregnancy-graduates seem to have different experiences 2nd/3rd/4th time around anyway.

Soooo happy to get a BFP, but I did not anticipate this level of anxiety about things possibly going wrong 😔

@Chocodrops @Celebelly I’m feeling the exact same way as you both. It’s hard. Every time I go to the toilet I examine the toilet paper!! 🤦‍♀️ I’m so nervous it’s ridiculous. I want my 7 week scan to hurry up so I know if the pregnancy is progressing this time. You’re not alone in your worries, I’m right there with you 😣 didn’t feel like this in my first pregnancy!

Another worrier here...obsessivey checking toilet paper and just willing 7 week scan to hurry up! Have had to stop buying pregnancy tests as dh was getting a bit irritated

Still no symptoms here. Definitely wasn't this anxious first time round!

DP walked in on me arranging my pee sticks by DPO and obv thinks I am now a mental case! Not sure he's wrong. I just find seeing that dark line so reassuring. And then I obsess over whether it's dark enough.

I got a 1-2 weeks again on the CB digital today (albeit it with quite diluted middle of day pee) after getting a 2-3 two days ago so I worked myself up into a state. Spent a fortune on FRERs and I have a much darker line than my FRER and internet cheapies than on the day I got the 2-3 weeks reading so now I feel silly for panicking and wasting money and trusting gimicky digital test!

So glad we're all in this together! DP doesn't really know what to do about my worries other than just say 'I'm sure it'll be fine'.

I'm really glad it's not just me testing and checking knickers /toilet paper obsessively. I've done 2 FRER , 2 Internet cheapie and a cb digital with week indicators. I have another cb so hopefully it will go from 2-3 to 3+. Blood test today showed beta >1000 so looking good but still really worried.

Barely eaten all day, feeling rubbish. And very anxious. Hoping I'll be able to relax and enjoy being pregnant after I've been for my scan next Fri!

Another knicker/paper checker here too. Even turning the light on in the middle of the night to pee 🤷🏻‍♀️

I can join Knicker Watchers Anonymous please? I need to relax but my god the days drag by don't they? I keep checking my pregnancy app, hoping that another feed days will have magically gone by but no!

I don't even know how far on I am so can't even count the weeks really! Probably should just make an educated guess and stick with that

Hi all. Had a BFP this morning so marking my place here. This will be my second child, DD is just gone 19 months. Not sure when my period is due but I think I'm only 12DPO, but line was v bloody positive so I’m feeling pretty good about things. Will probably go for an early scan at 8 weeks or so as long as nothing requires me to have one earlier!
