Thinking should I have ice cream, but I've had 3/4 of a big bar of galaxy, 3 meringue nests, an M&S rhubarb fool desert and lots of extra thick double cream today......so maybe not!!

But, I have had a huge portion of roast veg and some grapes and some raspberries as well as peppers and green beans.....so positively virtuous on the five a day front?

Don't worry natty, I am 25 and haven't done any of that stuff in the last 5 years (well anything that wasn't with my dp!)! I managed to fit in a lot of being bad in a couple of years!!
