Hi everyone, been a bit absent lately. Got a horrendous sickness bug on top of a chest infection and foot and mouth. The joys of having a toddler when ur pregnant immune system is so terrible!
yellowmellow so sorry to hear this. I have had two missed miscarriages at 12 weeks. It is so hard to got through. If you have any questions about anything ask away. Make sure u get lots of support from partner and others. Guilt is normal but you have to remember u have done nothing wrong. So sorry to hear. Lots of hugs xx

yellowmellw · 10/05/2018 11:52

Thank you my partner started crying and he never cry's which made me feel worse. They are giving me a week to see if it happens on its own so fingers crossed it does.

Did anyone feel like they needed to make it in anyway or did you just try move on .

yellowmellw · 10/05/2018 11:54

Mark it

Cleozeta · 10/05/2018 12:00

Sorry to hear that yellow. Nature can be so cruel Sad

JimmyPestoJunior · 10/05/2018 12:15

So sorry to hear your news yellow. Thinking of you x

Paranormalbouquet · 10/05/2018 12:17

yellowmellw I was just desperate for it to end but regretted that later and wish I’d given myself more time to grieve and recover.

Some people find it helps to plant a tree or mark it in some way. I don’t think there’s a right or wrong way to approach it. Please look after yourself, and remember you did nothing wrong and there is no right or wrong way to feel.

Skittlelover · 10/05/2018 12:31

yellowmellw it's so hard when you see your partner upset too. It does get better and can bring you closer together in some ways. I didn't mark my losses specifically with something. However each one had a bump name bean, acorn and pop. Zap is my current one. I also have my scans from the two where I saw a heartbeat. Having names made them feel real to me and my partner but there's never a right or wrong way. Xx

Yukka · 10/05/2018 12:35

Hey ladies so sorry @yellow really feel for you, stay strong and focus on the future.

My brown has turned pinkish. I rang epu and they will see me Monday due to x2 previous mcs. Worried. I feel a little period like today. Hope it stops in its own 😰 X

Buenavista · 10/05/2018 12:53

Yellow, I’m so sorry, its just so cruel. Be really kind to yourself over the next few weeks, it takes a while for hormones to settle back again.

Buenavista · 10/05/2018 12:54

I’ve been having the light pink / brown spotting too along with tugging / pressure / crampy feelings. It’s so anxious making! I’m 8 + 2 by lmp

Pampl3m0usse · 10/05/2018 13:19

my truly appalling six months has ended with a MMCat 9.5 weeks. on my birthday. six months on from my mum's suicide a week on from my grans funeral and a week before her inquest. beyond crap. good luck with your pregnancy journeys, hopefully we will have something to celebrate before too long.

Paranormalbouquet · 10/05/2018 13:26

Oh @Pampl3m0usse I’m so sorry, especially after having a good scan before. The only thing I can say is that I hope it completes quickly. For you too yellow.

MagicalCreatures · 10/05/2018 13:43

@Pampl3m0usse and @yellowmellw
I am so so sorry. Life is truly shite sometimes.
I always thought missed miscarriages were rare but I don’t think they are as rare as they make out.
Just keep going. Stick 2 fingers up in the air and don’t let it break you. Our thoughts are with you all constantly.

I’ve had some heavier spotting myself and losing some tissue the last few days, even after seeing a heartbeat Monday measuring 6+4 weeks.
My boobs hurt less today and seem to have deflated. I’m not hopeful anymore. This journey absolutely sucks!!!!

Got my booking in appt this afternoon with the midwife so will see how that goes x

balalalala · 10/05/2018 14:13

Oh gosh, some really sad news on here the past couple of days. Thinking of you all.

MamaBerg · 10/05/2018 14:53

Not been on here for a while so just catching up with the messages. So sorry there's been bad news recently for a few of you Flowers

My nausea has now mostly gone but I am still stuck with a lingering cough after a bout of laryngitis around the time of bfp. Sometimes I cough so hard I feel really sick Sad.
In place of the nausea I now have a weird pain/ache/tightness right under my ribs, central like at the bottom of my bra band. Worse when I breathe deeply. I feel like there's already a 35 weeker in there pushing up on my lungs! Its mostly just uncomfortable. I also look very pregnant! I'm in maternity jeans and I know I don't normally have a washboard stomach, but my muffin top is now round and starts under my ribcage. The two must be related!

MamaBerg · 10/05/2018 14:53

I'm 9+1 today

December2018 · 10/05/2018 16:10

Sending lots of loves to all of you ladies in need... I'm so sorry to hear all this bad news it's truly heartbreaking 😘😘💐💐 XX

Usernamechecksout · 10/05/2018 18:19

I had a scan and blood test today (the harmony test). Scan showed a baby and a heartbeat, measured at 10+6, but the nuchal fold was measured at 3.5mm, at the top end of what is considered normal. I’m so glad I’m doing the harmony test, which I’m hoping will show all is okay. I just have to wait up to 10 days now for the results! So worried :(

Paranormalbouquet · 10/05/2018 18:23

@Usernamechecksout I’ve booked my harmony test for 3 weeks time. I thought it best since I’ve booked cerclage.

Paranormalbouquet · 10/05/2018 18:26

Sorry, posted too soon, thought it best before I put stitch in. In case there’s an issue. I hope all is ok. At least it’s more conclusive than nhs scan.

My last successful pregnancy NT wasn’t an option as I was in Ireland. Strange to see such a big difference.

Rachie1986 · 10/05/2018 18:33
