@TinyPawz I'm 13+2 and feel like I've had my energy back for about the last five days or so. But it's different for everyone. With my last pregnancy I felt better from 10 weeks so it's lasted much longer this time.

Nevada54 · 05/05/2018 13:12

13 weeks today!

I have totally gone off tea. Usually have 4 or 5 a day and massive mugs too. I've switched to red bush which isn't offended me as much, but I do miss real tea!

I've had my energy back the last few days. Haven't fallen asleep on the sofa in a couple of weeks but really really struggling with early starts for work.

Saraswati · 05/05/2018 14:44

Argh had some brown gunk again today, trying to tell myself it's nothing to worry about. The sonographer said I'd get some more and not to worry unless it's red but it's really hard not to fret! I've done more stuff today and finally dtd this morning after nothing for a couple of weeks, my poor dp I'm not going to let him near me again!

13 weeks today and still knackered but nausea is subsiding which is promising as I had hg for full 9 months with dd!

TinyPawz · 05/05/2018 16:10

11 wks today and exhaustion is kicking my ass. Seem to be sleeping every hour god sends, house is surviving on bare minimum of cleanliness. Hopefully energy levels come back soon and the lovely nesting kicks in super early.

Magpie24 · 05/05/2018 17:14

@TinyPawz am 13+4 and energy levels mostly fine now. Still needing an early night but on the whole fine

moomoo85 · 05/05/2018 17:47

I'm 13+1 and am still tired (had an hour long nap this afternoon and have just got back from taking my son to a birthday party and feel I am ready for bed!)

NoCatsHere · 05/05/2018 18:18

I’m 11+1 and can feel the tiredness lifting a little. Still in bed earlier than normal at half 9 or so but that’s an improvement in when I was struggling at 8pm. I’m also finding the afternoons a little better now too as that was when I was at my most shattered. Hope everyone is having a lovely bank holiday weekend.

Melaniesunflower · 05/05/2018 22:07

I'm definitely not being very rock and roll lately with the tiredness, I'm completely useless in the evenings!

CVB1990 · 05/05/2018 23:56

I had a few days of being OK..... then I got hit with an awful cold which keeps me up all night + since last night have not stopped throwing up. I’ve been very nauseous for weeks but not actually sick, I hit 12 weeks yesterday so had everything crossed for a slight improvement. I’m yet to be proven right....
hope your all feeling as well as can be + having a good sunny weekend ☀️

Amarettoplease · 06/05/2018 10:02

We went to friends’ house for the evening yesterday. I was the only one not drinking, managed to stay until after 1am and then drive another couple home. Not something I’ll do regularly but was quite proud of myself!

Sabulous · 06/05/2018 10:57

We had our scan on Thursday and all looked good. They didn't redate us, so we're due 11th November. With my daughter they moved us by 5 days, so I was surprised that that date didn't change.
Mothercare have a sale on this weekend for those looking at prams and stuff. We have a mamas and papas sola, easy to push one handed which is great for dog walks. Just need to get a bigger car now as our boot just about takes the pram, and we won't have the other back seat spare to put stuff on!

Sabulous · 06/05/2018 10:58

I'm really missing chocolate. Totally gone off it Sad

TinyPawz · 06/05/2018 13:40

Put on maternity leggings today with I absolutely do not need to be wearing just yet but by golly are they cozy. It's a slow transition into Henrietta slob from here 🙊

GiveMummyTheWhizzer · 06/05/2018 13:45

Hands up if you had a sobbing meltdown at the woods because you couldn't get DS bike to fit back in the boot the same way it came out; oh wait just me?! Meltdown number two of pregnancy - done ✅

TheUbercornMum · 06/05/2018 14:16

Hi all, sorry I haven't properly checked the thread for a while. I've been on our Facebook group but sometimes find mumsnet hard to keep track of and reply to especially when I'm feeling like I do today (very sick Sad ) and I can't remember who said what, so I apologise for not replying in this post and replying on Facebook. But wanted to check in and say hi. Tiredness wise I am ok, I don't seem to be as affected, it's just the sickness. Grrrr!! Hope everyone having a good BH weekend!

TinyPawz · 06/05/2018 14:19

Is everyone on the facebook group? Bar me I mean?

TheUbercornMum · 06/05/2018 14:23

Hi TinyPawz, no, not everyone, some of us on the thread, but don't ask me who as I haven't equated the usernames! Blush

mrsmistergav · 06/05/2018 15:54

I'm not on the facebook group. How do I join?

TheUbercornMum · 06/05/2018 16:45

@mrsmistergav I sent you a private message!

sarahhh1984 · 06/05/2018 17:31

@TinyPawz I'm not on the Facebook group - don't have a Facebook account.

@GiveMummyTheWhizzer I've been a mess of mood swings and meltdowns so far this pregnancy. Completely flipped on DH the other night because he shut our bedroom door all the way rather than leaving it slightly ajar so I found it slightly harder than normal to get in while holding a cup of tea and the baby monitor. The way I went off you would think he'd taken the door down and beat me with it. 😂 I was nowhere near this bad last time.

moomoo85 · 06/05/2018 17:49

@GiveMummyTheWhizzer I burst into tears a few weeks ago because ASDA ran out of potato cakes...

Emelene · 06/05/2018 18:04

@GiveMummyTheWhizzer - I may have been so hormonal / over emotional last night that I actually cried at the sad parts in Paddington 2. Blush

GiveMummyTheWhizzer · 06/05/2018 20:02

Good to know I'm not alone. I spent a good portion of the afternoon at my mums sobbing uncontrollably like an absolute nut case.

@Emelene - I cry at that kind of thing when NOT pregnant let alone now!

marchblossom · 06/05/2018 20:41

I'm not on the Facebook group either, but not sure it's possible to do private messages on the app? I can't find an 'inbox'?!

marchblossom · 06/05/2018 20:46

@TheUbercornMum I worked out how to find my inbox! Grinplease could you also send me the Facebook group details?
