Ok so seen GP this morning and and filled out on line form to self refer to my midwife. I'm now thinking about ringing EPU next week and plucking up courage to ask for an early reassurance scan, or my midwife to refer me for anxiety due to previous mc. I just don't want to get to 12 weeks and discover a mmc.

So sorry @Picklesandpies .

My scan was also bad news. Grown with a HB but HB slow,a large yolk sac and small embryo measuring nearly 2 weeks behind my (certain) dates. Advised it's very likely I'll miscarry soon.

Hope nobody else has this happen.

Think I could be on the way out too :( having mild crampy pains and bright red blood when I wipe. Waiting for the midwife to ring me back to see if I can get a scan - not hopeful for good news though :(

Sorry to all those experiencing losses and potential losses.

I am so sorry to hear about the sad news and worries in the group at the moment. My thoughts are with you all.

I've just had a letter from hospital saying I am carrying Group B Strep-does anyone have any experience of this? Did it change your labour much? Then, just now, my GP rang to say I needed antibiotics as they had contact from the hospital and the GBS has given me a UTI. I knew I was going to the loo loads, but didn't realise I had a UTI.

Urgh @TheImprobableGirl what a horrible time all round. I'm crossing everything for you. Hope you get a scan soon.

I'm off to the GP this afternoon to hopefully get anti-sickness meds as I just can't function at the moment. However, having read the thread this morning I'm really going to take greater care with how I'm expressing my frustrations, I keep saying things like "I hate being pregnant" but actually I need to start being a bit more thankful and positive.

Argh @TheImprobableGirl hope you get ascan asap & its not the worst. Its such a stressful time 💗

Sorry to hear you're going through a crap time @TheImprobableGirl. Hope your midwife is able to offer you a scan.

Just heard back from the midwife - they haven't got space in the EPAU until Tuesday :( Better than nothing I guess - she said if it gets any heavier then the only place is A and E, which isn't really what I want to do!

There might be something in the surrounding hospitals on Friday, but I will only find out tomorrow morning, going to be a long weekend of worry!
