blondie1001 · 02/02/2018 18:01

So sorry to hear this pumpkinpatch - thinking of you xxx

Shook2018 · 02/02/2018 18:22

So sorry pumpkinpatch Flowers

Sals27 · 02/02/2018 18:36

Really sorry to see your bad news pumpkin

I have spotting today for the first time. Its brown and not alot so I'm really hoping its old blood. Thank god for scan tomorrow to check all is ok.

MrsCaecilius · 02/02/2018 18:38

So sorry @PumpkinPatch000

Spotting here too. Horrid just to wait and see.

Namechangedtoscream · 02/02/2018 19:55

Bleeding and cramping here.

No point calling EPU they don't scan over the weekend and my appointment is on monday. It's going to be a long weekend.

UppityStitch · 02/02/2018 20:02

I'm so sorry @PumpkinPatch000. Please take care of yourself Thanks

@Namechangedtoscream If you're in London the link I posted the other day had a few that are open on weekends. If not, you could try other nearby big hospitals

Namechangedtoscream · 02/02/2018 20:09

I'm north Essex but thank you. I might see if Ipswich or Broomfield are scanning over the weekend. London is too far

Kingy2910 · 02/02/2018 20:42

@namechangedtoscream have you thought about going to a&e. My doctor has said if I get anymore to go straight there and they would do a scan straightaway no matter what time or day it is.......hope you get sorted

Namechangedtoscream · 02/02/2018 20:48

No. My local hospital is one of the worst in the UK and I'm being managed by the recurrent miscarriage clinic who say to call EPU no matter what - I don't need a GP referral I get direct access and just need to say I'm worried and they'll see me but they don't scan on weekends.

Flybynight1 · 02/02/2018 21:19

Pumpkin I'm so sorry. Be kind to yourself

Namechanged good luck! I hope you either have a quiet weekend or find someone to scan you for some answers...

Got a private scan tomorrow as a viability check, will be 7w6. Symptoms have really fallen away the past week (although been travelling for work and super stressed) so I'm feeling quite nervous about what we will see Sad DS is coming with us due to lack of childcare so hoping even if we hear bad news that a cuddle from him will help dull the blow a bit

Pumpkin I'm so sorry to hear that. It's so unfair and just awful.

NameChanged You can't seem to get a break, hoping the bleeding stops asap and the weekend goes quickly. How's the sickness?

Good luck for all the scans tomorrow, I hope they're full of healthy, viable fluttery babies.

maxiflump1 · 03/02/2018 08:41

Good luck with your scan @Sals27. Fingers crossed all is good.

@Namechangedtoscream and @MrsCaecilius are you guys still spotting today? Hoping it was just a one off for both of you.

maxiflump1 · 03/02/2018 08:42

Oh and good luck @Flybynight1 with your scan too!!

MrsCaecilius · 03/02/2018 09:07

@maxiflump1 still bleeding, with some stringy bits last night (sorry, TMI). Spoke to 111 this morning and now waiting for an out of hours call back. Feeling scared.

maxiflump1 · 03/02/2018 09:09

Aw @MrsCaecilius sorry to hear this. Fingers crossed for you Thanks

PumpkinPatch000 · 03/02/2018 09:22

Thank you everyone of your kind messages, they have been a comfort to DH and I. Finding things hard to cope with but grateful it's the weekend and we haven't had to pretend like everything is okay at work. Telling our parents has been absolutely heartbreaking.

To anyone else experiencing similar, try not to panic. When I went to the hospital yesterday they still said after the scan (where they saw nothing) everything could be fine and it's normal to bleed/have spotting during pregnancy so everything could be okay. It was only really when the blood test was confirmed we knew because the levels were so low.

Sending luck and love to you all. If anyone wants to chat send me a DM. I'm not sure if i'll pop back to this thread again or not x

CuppaSarah · 03/02/2018 10:14

MrsCaecilius sorry I missed you were spotting. Hopefully when out of hours get back in touch you'll have an idea what's going on.

MrsCaecilius · 03/02/2018 10:41

Off to the hospital for an appointment with out of hours. Hopefully they can tell me what's going on. Staff on 111 and out of hours GP have been totally lovely. Keeping fingers crossed!!

MonaTheMoaner · 03/02/2018 10:54

Good luck on all your scans and appointments!

Namechangedtoscream any news on a weekend scan?

Flybynight1 · 03/02/2018 11:32

Positive news here, bang on dates with a good heartbeat. Relief! Now to try and move my booking in appointment (currently at 10.5 weeks) or book a dating scan in advance of the booking in to make sure we get it in time for the NT!

MrsC hope you get some answers today

Excellent news @Flybynight1 how many weeks are you?

Namechangedtoscream · 03/02/2018 12:05

No. Other hospitals say I need to stick where I'm receiving care so got to wait until monday. Cramping like a bastard tho.

kirinm · 03/02/2018 12:07

Are you bleeding or just cramping?

BumpowderSneezeonAndSnot · 03/02/2018 12:12

Bleeding has stopped just nasty cramps.
