Tell us Ria!

(yes, am still here, got caught up on thread with a picture of naked David Beckham and discussion on penis size)

bedroom doesn't appear to have done much about its appearance

Daisybump · 27/04/2007 10:42

I'd decided on Ds name well before he was born and TBH it took a bit of time for him to 'grow' into it IYSWIM. This time, we've got several possibles, but are waiting to see what fits best...still want Maisie though.....so does DH, he just hasn't realised it yet

Daisybump · 27/04/2007 10:45

It doesn't matter how hard a stare I give my ironing, its not playing the game either....maybe if we had toast and clover all those wee animals would appear and do it for us

foxybrown · 27/04/2007 10:46

I fear it is too late for me to EVER be Snow White!

hollyandalice · 27/04/2007 10:47

I've had toast and clover and it didn't work ! Maybe it's because I had pb&j on it too! I tell you what whoever at Heinz invented Toddler's Own Mini Apple Bears was a farking genius! They are yum! Not that I'm eating dd's snacks or anything !

Daisybump · 27/04/2007 10:48

hollyandalice · 27/04/2007 10:49

lol daisy! I've only had sex twice, so I must be practically virginal!

foxybrown · 27/04/2007 10:50

Yes, i've only had sex 4 times, in the last year!

hollyandalice · 27/04/2007 10:52

4 times? Wow! I think my total is about 2! Seriously!

foxybrown · 27/04/2007 10:52

what's with all the 'Shitty Shite' threads in active conversations this morning?

Is tourettes catching?

hollyandalice · 27/04/2007 10:53

Obviously! Fuck!

foxybrown · 27/04/2007 10:54

I now only have half an hour to sugar soap.

hollyandalice · 27/04/2007 10:55

I'm going to clean my bathroom now. I'm not washing the floor though, dp can do that when he gets home! If I get on my hands and knees I'll never get up again!

Daisybump · 27/04/2007 10:58

mmmm..took us two goes to get pg and only maybe three times since then....but DH did admit the the day that he's finding it all a bit wierd as I get bigger.....think he's just angling for the oral administration of prostaglandins though TBH

Hello all!

Can't believe is first time I'm posting on this thread - a lot can happen in a couple of days...

Have been bit manic - cat got into a fight and has a paw twice its normal size requiring trips to vet and lots of stroking, and work v. busy, but can see end of tunnel now at least...

Glad to see everyone's well. Lilkel, welcome back! (I'm marylou, by the way. Felt the need for an image change ), Sputnik and Trace, glad things are holding themselves together and Holly, hope you got the dress!

x

foxybrown · 27/04/2007 11:03

I want that as the new thread title Daisy!

fuck. i should sand before I sugarsoap shouldn't i?

foxybrown · 27/04/2007 11:04

morning catsuitgirl!

poor cat! makes me miss mine - I hope yours is OK.

Daisy, are you still getting a cat?

Daisybump · 27/04/2007 11:09

Poor kitty...hope he/she is OK

Not sure....a bit worried about the main road as its close...

But, friends of ours have some friends who run their very own animal sanctuary (??) and they have cats for re-homing, so K and I are going to take a drive out there one Saturday......watch this space, I'll probably come home with a sheep

Then you could join in the thread about having a goat as a pet daisy.

Promise not to laugh then, I have sworn DH to secrecy, but I suppose none of us know each other in RL so it's not like telling anyone really?

Iris or Lloyd. Plus, I'm afraid, two middle names each (I don't have one you see and with DS1 we used both grandads names as middle names to be fair. Have wished we hadn't bothered ever since as FIL is a miserable old git.)

Funny how this housework is as unmotivated as we all are this morning. My hoover stayed where I left it when I went to collect DS2.

I have killer HB from my bacon sandwich...

Daisybump · 27/04/2007 12:07

Love the names Ria....i like flower names like Rose and Lily, but DH won't hear of it.

we're having 2 middle names too as DS has two and we wouldn't want them to bicker.

DS got two because its tradition in DHs family that first born son is either john as first or middle name. but this would have given DS the initials CJD so I had decided on a different one. then in a fit of drug-hazed stupor in the recovery room after my C-section I told DH that we could have john as well...and he'd told him mum and dad before I realsied what I'd done.....kind of suits him though...
