i'm in the middle of a village but the main trunk road runs along the edge of it and the hospital is my side of town!

just need to get hold of DaisyMoo now cos she's doulaing for me

Just to let you all know CaptainDippy is fine and says hi to everyone, she didn't get any time to herself after work last night to post, but wanted to let you know she hadn't gone into labour!

No news from CB or Doghouse. Hope they are ok.

Had a terrible night. Woke up with agonising pains down my right hand-side. Felt totally unrelated to the pregnancy. It hurt so badly I was shaking uncontrollably. Had 3 big wees in the space of about 5 minutes, so wonder if it is a UTI. Listened in to the baby with the doppler thing I bought at the start of pg and all ok. Was really scary though, and now feel exhausted.

Anyway, hope everyone is well, and can't wait to hear baby news.

I am happy to take over as temp PA if you like, as not due until the end of the month. I could inerview myself!!

SOSPL - have you rung your GP or Midwife?
You don't want to be getting a UTI my lovely - get a sample sent off!!! (sorry if I sound v bossy!!!)

You rest up and take it easy - drink plenty too.

Had a hideous start to the day. Phil taking James to his Mums for the day on the way to work....expects me to have James up and dressed in 5 mins flat with no fuss....er hello????

I'm trying my best to rally him and get him ready to constant interuptions of "I've got to go in 5 mins" and "If you don't hurry up James Daddy is going without you" - v helpful and cue big tantrum - sigh

Men sometimes have absolutley NO CLUE and I have just e-mailed him to tell him so...!
Going back to bed for a bit to watch crap and probably eat easter egg chocolate!

SOSPL I'd echo MIAMT and see if you can get a sample off, urine /kidney infections in pregnancy are no joke as a couple of friends of mine have found out. Hope you can get some rest today.

Thanks ladies. I did give in a sample on Tuesday as last week at MW appt, there was a trace of Leucocyte (sp??) in my wee. Has been ok for the last few days - MW left me a whole load of sticks to test with, so I have been testing each day. Leucocytes showed up again today, so will give her a call I think.
