We're pretty early but thought I'd start a thread to see if anyone else is here already.

I'm 4+1, apparently due around 2 May. Would be great to have some company :). Already obsessing over every little thing. The next 8 weeks are going to drag!

That's cool. I've sent a request. How do you know who's joining though?

I'm definitely still in a denial stage so not really stressed. But I've been having daily headaches and taking paracetamol every morning. I had this last time but not in the first trimester. Feel very bad about it but I can't function otherwise :(
Also, in 2/3 weeks post ovulation I've had:

• dental X ray and local anaesthetic (x2)
• considerable amount of alcohol (wedding party!)
• lots of painkillers

I read somewhere that it doesn't affect the baby before you know you're pregnant but there's a niggle of guilt going on.

Dorotha, I feel the same guilt as well. Don't worry because it's all or nothing at the early stage. As in baby's fine or you have a mc before you even know your pg. also the placenta isn't functioning yet so can't pass stuff through. (Can you tell I've been frantically researching this )

I'd like to join the Facebook group but can't log on for some reason as I only have the app on my phone :( can I PM someone so they can search and add me?

It won't let me follow the link to the FB group on my phone. Can someone give me a clue what the group name / profile picture is so I can just search it myself?

I told my best friend today, she's 33 weeks herself and had a mc 4 weeks before she got pregnant with this one so I feel like she understands all the little anxieties and worries I'm feeling, it's nice to have someone to speak to other than DH. But I'm not telling anyone else until the dating scan!

Hi all, went for my scan (due to bleeding last week) and thankfully everything seems fine! Saw a little flickering heartbeat and everything. Feel like I can relax a bit again now.

How's everyone else feeling today? I'm 6+1 and have woken up feeling very sick and exhausted today which has taken me by surprise a little bit! I thought the sickness feeling might be a bit more gradual!

6+6 today and still no symptoms other than slightly sore boobs (but I'm taking progesterone daily which accounts for that!). Can't wait for scan next turn as really feel like it's all pretend at the moment.

That said, started new job today. Team is tiny and office so quiet! Just as well I'm not nauseous yet as they would all notice!

Oops that was wishful thinking. 5+6 today.
