H&m maternity jeans are amazing, I've already bought my first pair in black and wear them to work when I'm sat down in the office all day. I tried them on in store first and as usual with H&m had to go up a size for them, but down a size in another style etc etc.

Gender scan tomorrow! I'm so nervous in case something's wrong.

I second h&m maternity - so comfy! I've had mine for a while as was so bloated at the start and nothing was fitting!

@Disinterested good luck for tomorrow! I've got mine on Sunday and keep dreaming that something is wrong... So hard not to worry but I'm sure everything will be fine and you'll feel 100% better when you see your baby on the screen!

@Klaw thanks for thinking of me, but do you have the right person? 😂 I've already had my dating scan and my sexing scan isn't until the 5th of August. Good luck for yours on Sunday though:)

@Roseandbee H&M maternity jeans are the best! They are as comfortable as leggings that go over your bump, and yet so flattering too. And they're £40 and you can try them on! I think New Look often stock their maternity range in large stores if you want to try there as well, although I can't vouch for them. I was really bloated for, oh, only about 3 months with constipation so I was already in them for comfort under a floaty top the odd time. Now that I've finally got a real bump it's nice to have them in the wardrobe ready to go--never too early! :) My work maternity uniform really needs to come in soon; I'm 17+5 and the hair-tie-on-the-button thing will only last me another week or 2 at best...

Starting to get really obviously big now at 17+3. I've lost my Baby on Board badge 😭 so have ordered a new one from TfL but from memory they take ages to arrive!

17+1 today and due date is 2nd Jan!

Have to say been lucky with morning sickness as only had rather bad nausea in the evening until about 10 weeks ...

Starting to get nervous and looking forward to the 20 week scan now! 3 weeks to go...eeekkk! Have an obvious bump and no hiding anything now...just praying everything is ok!

Hello all, can I join too?

EDD 23rd January. 14+1 at the moment. Terrible nausea and vomiting all day long. I'm hoping it might end soon but I had it up till 19/20 weeks with my first so not holding up much hope.

We had a harmony scan, mainly to find out the gender and we are expecting a girl!

@AmandaP86x Definitely not too big! I've not put on any weight yet (in fact I've lost 8lbs, thanks morning sickness!) and my bump is bigger than yours! I'd say you're just right.

People have been commenting on how 'big' I am for about 8 weeks - to the point that before my 12 week scan I had comments literally every day that I must be having twins! I had to tell people at work very early but there's no way I would have been able to hide it anyway! It was mostly bloat at first but has now settled into a bump, I also get massive after I eat so by the end of the day I'm much bigger - I was getting really frustrated with all the comments but am now embracing the bump and wearing tight stuff to show it off lol!

I feel really big but everyone is saying I don't look it
Although by the end of the day even my husband will agree my tummy is big

Think I've put on about 1kg so far but none of my normal jeans fit
I had 2 pairs that were too big that were great for a while but now have to use the hairband trick

I bought a pair of dungarees from ASOS
They aren't maternity but they are so comfy, going to ask a dress maker friend to make me some stretchy panels to pop in the sides for when I out grow them

I tried on maternity legging and fell in love but everyone I know who's been through pregnancies have said not to get into them till much later as you end up living in them and then get sick of them

Ladies I'm back from my scan and I'm so sorry to change the mood of the thread but I want to update those who have been kind enough to think of me or write some thoughtful comments over the last week...
My baby has passed away peacefully since the last scan. I think it was yesterday as my sickness stopped suddenly. Naturally we are both heartbroken but are thankful for the DC we already have...
I've taken a tablet and go back in Friday to deliver the baby, not what I thought I'd be doing in July.
I want to thank you all for the laughs, discussions and support since we all got our BFP's many weeks ago. I will probably lurk here as I'd love to hear how you all get on next January. It's early days yet but I think we will try again as soon as possible and would love to share hopefully some good news with you all....
It will feel wrong not be part of the "January 18" board but who knows maybe a "July 18" board instead...
I wish everyone one of you the very best and give those lovely bumps an extra pat today in memory of my little one.....
