May I join please? Just got my BFP. According to my calculations my EDD is 12 January.

My nausea seems to have stopped being constant and now just comes in waves. Hit the jackpot yesterday when I was sifting through the loft and found my dream genii pillow! Thought I threw that out years ago.

Hello all.
Glad to see so many of you.
I had a scan at 6 weeks which measured 5+6 and there was a tiny heart beat
They also found that my right ovary is twice size of left as that's where my corpus luteum cyst is and there's another unspecified mass, which they're querying as a collapsed cyst. Need to go back and get checked again 2 weeks.
I have vomited a lot these last few days. Feel horrendous. Like a bad hangover. I hate being pregnant at the moment. Feel so ill!

I keep forgetting to mention that my dr prescribed me Lactulose for constipation, she said it's much gentler than things like senna and would just "soften things" when I got to the pharmacy it was cheaper over the counter! Anyway hope it helps anyone else suffering!

ION lots of friends all popping at the moment! Baby season seems to have started again for me!

PS I'm another one who has no idea how to PM you fattycowagain but I think now I've got to 7 weeks I could join the Facebook group - I'm fat and have told a few ppl now so it feels safer!

I feel the same. My DH has gone off on a stag party this weekend. His phone is off and I'm fuming. I've been in pjs all weekend. No energy and vomiting all the time. Wish I had enough energy to go to shops.

I think fuck off is appropriate. I had to bloody ring him last night. He knew I was feeling ill and I'm alone. I'm shocked as he's normally wonderful. You'd think he'd check in with his pregnant ill wife. I'm fuming.

@Fredthefrog I'm on holiday with the in laws right now, here all week! Haven't told them, have been sly - eg sitting next to DH and swapping glasses at dinner... although SIL arrives today and there's no way I'll manage to fool her, she's way too observant! So annoying

From. I had to tell my dad when he worked it out. And my sister who is 10 asked my mum and my mum refused to lie to her. I'm so annoyed because it would be so hard to explain to a 10 year old if something goes wrong.

I'm very tempted to pay for a private scan at around 8 weeks, but I just wondered what others have paid for private early pregnancy scans? (if they weren't NHS ones). I can only find ones for £80ish, but I was really hoping I could find one for a bit less!

The cheapest in my area seems to be £75. I'm still unsure due to the price.

I have lost track a bit but for the list my EDD is 20th Jan. I have an early scan on Wednesday as I am at risk of ectopic, should be around 6 weeks then so hoping for a little heart beat, I can't remember if they can see it that early?

When have people started with morning sickness? I'm around 5+3 and hasn't started yet, I was quite bad with my last pregnancy so wondering if it will kick in soon or if I'll get away with it!

Friend of mine went to a place in Liverpool called Before the Stalk, they do early reassurance scans for £45, seems pretty reasonable.

@acquiescence I think every pregnancy is different. With DS my morning all day sickness didn't start till 8 weeks. With this one I was vomiting at 5 weeks!

Hello, could I join please? I'm due around 25th Jan I think and this would be my first. Hoping to get some tips and advice from you lot! No symptoms yet at all that I can tell- I just thought I was getting early period pains for a few days.
