I also had a EMCS due to PreE. Really hoping for a VBAC this time but not sure it'll happen since I didn't even get to full term last time.

HariboFrenzy wow, that's funny! What time is yours, mine is 12:40pm. I found out I was pregnant at 3 weeks + 6 and didn't do an early scan so I feel like it's been a very long wait!

Gruffalo mine is at 2.20. I found out before 4 weeks too! I did pay for a private scan though impatient bugger I am but that was at 8 weeks, so still feels forever ago!

Victoriaaaaa the constipation will go away eventually, don't worry! I had constipation and my bloating was awful (I looked like 4 months pregnant) from week 5 to 8, and I'm still bloated after I eat, but the constipation got better slowly then went away about week 10. In the meantime, if you put prunes and other soft fruit in a smoothie every day it might help. Eat lots of soft fruits like strawberries and plums, and salads, and cut out as much dairy as you can, and no fried food (I can't digest fried food anyway right now)--that should sort it!

That's my problem I'm loving drinking milk at the moment 😩 I'll try and cut down

Am I the only person with the opposite problem?!! I've had mild on and off diarrhoea since the tww. Totally agree with the bloat though, I'm enormous!

Has anyone got any tips for this constant nausea? Been like this for 8 days now, yesterday I was constantly throwing up.

Because I'm constantly sick my stomach is in agony!! Please any advise welcome

Sorry Gem, but if you find something that works let me know! I'm actually finding anything with melty cheese works better, but nothing really gets rid of it for long. I haven't been actually sick with any of my pgs, but I've felt more nauseous every time. I'm still only 6+5 so Maybe this is the one that will get me.

Am flying solo this weekend as DH is away. About to send DS for a nap and I might give DD the remote control and fall asleep myself 😂

Iamchanging I've had exactly the same problem and did with my last pregnancy as well. Seem to have lots of trapped wind with it as well. Finally seems to be easing off a tiny bit now at 10 weeks.

Yep I'm exactly the same Stripey. I'm 7+2 so hopefully I will follow suit and it will ease off soon!

@Iamchanging I had that as well from tww until a week or so ago (am 9+4)... maybe you re having twins too!!

No twins chocolate, had a scan yesterday and DH is very relieved that there's just one in there (though secretly I would have loved twins!!) I was on clomid to conceive and released three eggs so we had a very high likelihood. Congratulations on yours!

I've been exactly the same Iamchanging. I feel so grim. Between my frequent trips to the loo with that disgustingness and my constant nausea I can't say I'm loving this phase of pregnancy! I don't remember it being this bad with my first. I just keep telling myself 'nausea is good, nausea is good...'

I would secretly love it if it was twins too

Glad there's a few of us suffering together 😂 Yes I feel really sick today but we had been trying for so long for our first that whilst it's not pleasant I'm still glad as it means I'm finally pregnant!!!

Has anyone else had horrendous headaches? I thought it was because I had a bad cold but they've gone on a bit long now.

@Waitingonasmile Me! I ended up sleeping on the sofa for over an hour today while DS napped and DD did colouring. Woke up feeling worse than ever. My head is pounding 😩

Eekthreek I'm really struggling with it. Never had this last pregnancy. The joys of first trimester

@waitingonasmile I've been suffering this week with headaches too. Horrible aren't they! I just want to sleep in a dark room when they come on.

I had my 8 week scan today and it was AMAZING! Baby is there with a very strong heartbeat and measuring just over 13mm. I 100% would recommend an early scan to anyone as impatient as me. I know things can still go wrong but I feel much more relaxed now (and will tell a few more people).

Haha @Waitingonasmile, my lovely first trimester is treating me to:

-constant nausea

• bloating
• gas (to the point that DD has said 'pardon you' to explosive burps so many times this weekend that the 2yo has started joining in when she forgets)
• aversion to kitchen smells, had this last time too
• no temperature control, I'm either freezing or overheating
• can't get enough air - it's too stuffy indoors so I've got all the windows open
• can only do one thing at a time, haven't got the brain power to multitask even a tiny bit. I get distracted mid sentence and forget what question I'm answering
• headaches
• all the tiredness. So much tired

Bring on the 'glow' (ha!) 😒😁

Ah the can't get enough air thing was me today! It was blowing a gale here but I had the patio doors open at one end of the house and the windows open at the other. I'm also eating constantly so not sure whether I'm bloated or I'm just really, really fat. I look about 5months gone.

Good morning lady's. quick question. Had a sore nunny yesterday and today. Just been loo and there's small abouts of fresh blood. Do we think it's a water infection xx

Ruthcarr1990 if it's sore when you pee then it could be. Might be worth getting GP appointment tomorrow just in case it's an infection.
