millsbynight it's really annoying. Last week I was thinking I can't go on with this nausea for another couple of months, now I'm desperate to feel sick. I am getting small waves of nausea now

Got my scan date. 4th July. It's only a month away but feels like forever. I'm desperate to see a heartbeat.

Any ideas about an energy boost. Work is not going well because I am exhausted. I actually slept really well last night got a full 8.5hrs. But I'm still so tired. Wondered if anyone had any tips?

I start my mornings with Spatone Iron in pineapple juice and then have my cup of coffee 20 minutes later. I have my breakfast in between. It's not an amazing energy boost but it's enough to get me through mornings of sorting a toddler out and getting myself into work.

coragreta i was just thinking the same thing. Had a week off last weeek on holiday and nothing prepared me for how tired I feel today at work I need an afternoon nap...

I've just bought some spatone & orange juice. I am knackered. All. The. Time. I had a 1.5hr nap yesterday afternoon!!!!

is every one planning on telling work at 12 weeks?

I had to tell work early due to 2 precious miscarriages and really bad morning sickness!

I've been off work for 3 days now due to my morning sickness, it is so horribleI've got a GP app today, does anyone know if the GP will write me a note just to say I've attended due to a pregnancy related illness so I can give this to work so they can't discipline me? My work can be assholes and I want to cover my back

Hi gem, I've got signed off the my 2 previous pregnancies with severe morning sickness. Your doctor will sign you off if required, I was off for 8 weeks both times. Was a hurrendous time

My dating scan will be when I'm 10 weeks. It's so frustrating that they don't take into account longer cycles even though I knew when I ovulated. Guess I'll just get called back again a few weeks later to do nuchal fold measurement. Two days off work instead of one .

waitingonasmile here is my scan from today I'm 10 weeks tomorrow! I had the same frustrations, they thought I was over a week further than I said as I ovulated later. I also have to go back in a few weeks for a rescan.

Emma2803 aww baby is still so tiny compared to 12 weeks! Did they check over and make sure everything was ok or did they just tell you to come back? Going from LMP definitely doesn't work for everyone.

They checked for heartbeat, measured length and told me to stay still and you could see the little arms moving.
I know it's so silly, I said to the Dr I know exactly when I ovulated and he said oh well it could still be a week either side and I thought don't be ridiculous it definitely couldnt!!! The swimmers were there when the egg was released so that's when it was fertilised!!

I've got a problem private scan at 8 weeks on Saturday which I can't wait for. Even just booking it makes it feel so real!

I'm 7+3 today and so far the entirety of week has been my worst. Week 7 has been so manageable so far! Did anyone else find that?

I woke up in sharp pain last night really reslly low down but only lasted 10 minutes. Anyone had anything similar? I've got aches there today.

@Emma2803 love the scan pic, I have an early scan on Saturday and I'll be 9 weeks 6 days when I have mine!

@Rosehyd2 week 7 and 8 were by far my worst, felt constantly sick and could eat hardly anything but this week I seem to be craving anything and everything! I had quite bad lower left pain at 6/7 weeks and some spotting and went for an emergency scan, everything was fine it was just a rather large, harmless cyst causing it! I was told that some pain is quite normal due to body changing. Hope it eases off for you soon xx

@coragreta my 12 week is 4th July too!!! My scan last week put me back a week which was annoying but I'm sticking to my own dates just now. Only 4 weeks to wait!

I have my booking appt 13/6 so not long to wait for that either.

Had loads of nausea/heartburn not actually been sick yet.

I'm now 7+6 acorrding to my dates feel like it's totally dragging.

I wake up in the middle of the night and my boobs are honestly AGONY!!!

Worked nightshift Saturday and I swear I was ill Sunday. Have tonight and tomorrow aswell to go.

Any other nightshift workers on here could give me any tips? Xx

Hi all, going back to feeling cold. I was in Majorca last week and if I got in the sea/pool I was bloody freezing. I also slept in DH's socks, full pyjamas and dressing gown, it was weird.

Got my booking in on Weds, going to ask for an early scan because of previous ectopic and miscarriage. Has anyone been refused this? Very worried about it!

Cravings are coming and going, today's is BBQ Sauce!

Can I join? EDD tbc, but I assume 25/1 !!!

Cramping and bleeding at the weekend and it was confirmed by scan today that there is no longer a heartbeat. I should be 9 weeks today and baby is measuring 8 weeks. Very sad.
