Going on a night out with the girls tonight. Never been a big drinker, but it would be nice to have a cocktail in the sun. Hoping there's mocktails on the menu! I can see me heading home early though

11+4 today, symptoms have definitely gone. I don't feel the need to stuff my face anymore. Scan in 12 days and counting.

Just told dd. She was chuffed but was convinced it's a baby gorilla from the photos. Is now requesting 2 sisters and a brother.
That's the scariest bit done with, she's only 4 so doesn't really know what it REALLY means for her. Probably for the best

Ah I'm loving all the 12 week scans! Have you all updated the spreadsheet with new due dates?
I'm 11 weeks tomorrow, still being sick and still on Cyclizine but I think things may be improving, it's hard to tell. I'm going to try and not take them in maybe a week or so and see if I still need them but that scares me 😂
I've got 10 days until my scan still and I'm so nervous, even though I've already had 2 positive scans I just keep expecting the worst!

Loving the scan pics - been reading but not posting. Chamonix my DD2 is 4 too, and keeps talking about her baby... although gave my mum a very strange look when she asked if she was getting ready to be a big sister... all a bit surreal still.

So sorry about all the sickness still about. I'm 13 weeks tomorrow and haven't been sick since Monday! Belly has definitely popped out and have been getting lots of comments at work and the girls' school. Given in to comfy maternity wear and already looking forward to the second trimester calm before the storm. Have a good weekend everyone!

No takeaway for me tonight - found fish cakes with a cheesy middle in Morrisons earlier.. really Slimming World friendly, so I'm gonna live off them now. Oozy cheese 😍😍 I'm a happy gal!!

I definitely don't look any different yet but think it takes a bit longer when you have extra padding in situ already.....

The takeaway didn't go well, it's in the kitchen virtually untouched!

I thought Fajita Friday had been a success but followed it up with my first vom for about 2 weeks

@Chamonix1 Well done on breaking the news so well to your daughter! Glad she's excited 😀 We are waiting till the DNA and gender results come back in a couple of weeks' time to tell my SC - really hoping they take it well..... 

@Alpanini Am with Chamonix and beardy - had respite from symptoms just before 11 weeks but only for 2 days before they hit again full force. 13 weeks tomorrow and it looks like the bouts may be getting shorter but who knows?! Different everyday

So this arrived today as well as my scan date. Scan will need changed as I'm away with work. So glad we booked our private on. I think I can wait a week but I'm not sure I could wait nearly 3!
Smear book says the GP needs to decide if I need to have it or not.
Nausea is less than it was but I'm not back to my usual meals and snacking yet (maybe not a bad thing!).

Alpanini yeah my symptoms have been on and off for the last few weeks but I am feeling sick again tonight.

Carlotta no takeaway here tonight but been to a friends for dinner. Managed to keep it covered up I think which is good because I want to wait until twelve week scan next week to tell the rest of our friends. Tootsy I feel exactly the same as you. Totally nervous for next week.

Glasto we have those fish cakes a lot normally, the 2 syn ones? So nice!!!

Scots* for some reason I thought you couldn't have that during pregnancy but I don't even know where I've got that from.

Lying in bed feeling dehydrated even though I've drank loads of water. Have a headache and feel sick. Hope I can sleep more tonight.

scots i would speak to your mw about it. Do you know how long ago your last one was? I'm waiting until after I give birth to have mine and should still be in the timeframe.

Ugh, another really terrible nights sleep. I did sleep but it was so broken, I feel rubbish this morning kept waking feeling really hot and sick. Got a busy day ahead too.

My MW said they won't do a smear while I'm pregnant.

Yeah from what I know they don't do smears during pregnancy.

Going for my first run since Feb this morning!! Doing my local parkrun. It won't be fast, I will probably take a few walking breaks but I'm actually looking forward to it!! Feeling so huge at the moment (I've put on a lot of weight on my thighs, hips and ass in my break from running!!)

Glasto enjoy! I haven't run at all since March and I've ballooned on my stomach, hips and thighs. So I look VERY pregnant. But I'm far too tired to run so I'm really impressed by you .
