So pleased to see such lovely twelve week scans! Can't wait to see the rest of the scans flooding in.
My scan is also booked in for tomorrow Monty! Anyone else had a history of fibroids? They're in my family and one was spotted at my private early scan. The midwife at my appointment didn't seem too worried but did say that a doctor would be checking in on me along the way.

Awful tragic news this morning. I can't believe how cruel some people can be.

GadgetgirlUk · 23/05/2017 16:26

@Tiptop, amazing scan pic! X I'm off sick today, have a pounding headache and just couldn't face staring at a screen all day. Am hoping the symptoms start to fade soon, as feel like I've got flu without actually having it!
Awful news from Manchester, thinking what a sad world our babies are growing up in. But at the same time there are some wonderful people who helped and were completely selfless, am hoping these win out against the shit.

Nausea seems to have vanished but it's been replaced by either pain just below my boobs or pain between my shoulder blades. I had total panic of ectopic pregnancy but it's shoulder tip for ectopic and mine is between the blades. I really need a massage. Maybe it's just hunger or tension. It's a busy week before taking 190 kids on a residential.

LapinR0se · 23/05/2017 18:34

@scotslamb that can be gallbladder pain which is triggered by pregnancy. I had it last time and it is excruciating

BeeMama2017 · 23/05/2017 19:48

Haven't posted for a while, trying to catch up as I've been busy wedding planning while trying not to fall asleep every 5mins! Less than 3 weeks to go, I think I'm more excited about having the week off work afterwards for our honeymoon..

It's so lovely to see people's scans! I've got mine booked for 1st June when I'll be 12+4 according to my calculations!

Symptoms are really up and down at the mo, I've been sick a few times but it's mostly just the insane tiredness that's getting to me. Plus I'm having some poop issues and getting abdominal pains from being constipated, oh the joys! So sorry to hear about you guys still being sick, hope your poor belly starts behaving soon @zaber

Tiptop - what a lovely scan pic! Shame baby wasn't cooperating but it's nice you will get to see the little wriggler again 😁

Hi ladies, I was a member of this group last month but had a miscarriage, so just wanted to let you know I'm now a member of Jan 2018 as got BFP at weekend!
Just want to wish you all the best x

Yay weasle thanks for letting us know!

dirtygrubbybikerchick · 23/05/2017 20:11

Wow! That's amazing news @weasledee ! Really happy for you 😃

TheGrumpySquirrel · 23/05/2017 20:14

Oh wow @weasledee congratulations! You have given me hope as I had a miscarriage a week ago. I was meant to be due 10th Dec. Can you tell me how long it took to get your BFP after your MC?

TipTop333 · 23/05/2017 20:19

Congratulations Weasle! And lovely to see you grumpysquirrel how are you getting on?

weasledee · 23/05/2017 20:31

Oh no grumpy, I remember you! :(
Sorry to hear that, it's not easy is it?
On a positive note I used the day of the miscarriage as CD 1, did the ovulation sticks and it showed ovulation. Did the deed and positive at the weekend!
I think that's a definite "positive" so dark! Smile
So hang in there grumpy!

TheGrumpySquirrel · 23/05/2017 20:31

Thank you @TipTop333 most of the time I'm ok then I just cry and cry sometimes - like last night. I'm back at work but it still feels very surreal that all this happened to me. At least I'm physically a lot better and the bleeding has almost stopped. I'm using the clear blue fertility monitor to see if it can detect ovulation before my first AF. That makes me feel a little more in control

TheGrumpySquirrel · 23/05/2017 20:32

@weasledee that's amazing! How soon after the MC did you ovulate? And can I ask what your original due date was? Congrats again x

weasledee · 23/05/2017 20:34

14 days after, but that's my normal cycle and I was due Christmas Day :(
There is hope! x

TheGrumpySquirrel · 23/05/2017 20:38

Thank you love x

Angielka · 23/05/2017 20:46

Aww, weasledee you have warmed my heart! Hand in there squirrel and be kind to yourself. I remember crying out of the blue for weeks after my mc last summer. It takes time xx

Angielka · 23/05/2017 20:46

Hang in there... not hand!

weasledee · 23/05/2017 20:54

Thanks all, keep us updated grumpy x

MaryShelley1818 · 23/05/2017 22:04

Hi everyone...we have a baby-shaped baby!!
Baby was kicking it's little legs like a frog, waving it's arms and at one point jumped up and back down! Strong heartbeat too.
Measuring 4 days behind my dates (exactly the same as the early scan 3wks ago so presuming they're right!) so that shifts me back to 9+6 and due 20th December.
Because I was 9+6 they couldn't do the NIPT as it has to be 10wks plus, so we have to go back a week on Thursday for the blood tests and will get a free rescan and more piccies!

dirtygrubbybikerchick · 23/05/2017 22:10

Amazing @MaryShelley1818 ! So exciting to see the baby move, isn't it?

Mrsbluebell17 · 23/05/2017 22:25

Evening all.

I'm struggling to stay positive as tonight I've started getting sharp on/off cramping pains in my pubic area and like sort of ovary area. It's totally scaring me. Any reassurance?

Nice scan pic Mary. Hope all goes well when you go back.

Great to hear from you with great news weasle.

How you doing squirrel? I keep thinking of you.

dirtygrubbybikerchick · 23/05/2017 22:46

@Mrsbluebell17 I have had (and still have sometimes) sharp and dull cramps in those areas quite a number of times. The hospital said (after ectopic was ruled out) that if I wasn't bending over double and bleeding heavily then it is probably just stretching pains and/or gas (amazing where the gas pains appear!). Hope it eases up hon

dirtygrubbybikerchick · 23/05/2017 22:53

Tonight I am mostly worrying about... having stupidly eaten two pieces of a cooked crab sushi roll which had roe all over the top of it... was so absent minded I didn't even twig the roe despite having been so excited to have found sushi with cooked fish in it! 😞
