Time for another thread! What a chatty bunch.

We should get a spreadsheet set up that's an open shared document so we can all update it. I'll see what I can do but currently without a laptop!

Wow so much to catch up on!

Oyster unfortunately I read your super noodles comment just as I was doing the online shop. That's 3 packets in the trolley....

Some of you may not be able to handle this link right now but some of you will bloody love it www.buzzfeed.com/genamourbarrett/pictures-of-food-that-might-make-you-pregnant?bffbuk&utm_term=4ldqphz#4ldqphz

So I told my boss, made it slightly awkward as when I walked in the first thing she said was "sit down as long as you're not going to tell me you're pregnant!"
To say she was slightly embarrassed when I said yes is an understatement!

MaryShelley1818 · 24/04/2017 17:41

All went well at GP...MW appointment booked for next Tuesday!!

glastogal · 24/04/2017 17:42

Hello thread #3!! Wow looby that sounds a bit awkward 😳

glastogal · 24/04/2017 17:50

Filled out the spreadsheet - thanks for setting it up toots!! Really lovely to see all the dates down 👍👍

MaryShelley1818 · 24/04/2017 17:51

Mrsbluebell17 · 24/04/2017 17:56

Gday! Busy day here so sorry for the delay in joining the latest thread.

Thanks for the new thread tip and the great idea the the spreadsheet. Thanks for setting it up tootsy. I'll get myself added.

Glad the dress fit battenburg .....you successfully made me want to eat a ripple!!

*
Queen* Don't worry, my friend didn't know she was pregnant for a few months and ate a few rare steaks in that time and all was ok. I think it's pretty low chances.

Looby that sounds awkward!!! But at least she knows now!!!

Welcome Derry!

Another one here that can't stop eating! Oh and can't get rid of these horrendous painful spots on my face

MaryShelley1818 · 24/04/2017 17:57

Lol Glasto! I'm only 38 for another 11 days though....glad I filled it in this week 😜

Lixon · 24/04/2017 17:59

Glad your appointment went well looby and that the dress fitting was a success Battenberg!

Welcome derryjojo :)

Thank you for the thread management Tiptop and the spreadsheet Tootsy, will try and fill in now..

I was a bit naughty yesterday, had asparagus and a soft boiled egg, then hollandaise sauce with my main and then a cheese plate with 4 unpasteurised cheeses for my birthday meal Blush I'm a bit fed up of being pregnant given that I have been mostly since September last year and not eating cheese at Christmas didn't change the outcome of my last pregnancy so decided that as it was so early I'd let myself have one night off. The cheese was delicious, although I felt a bit nauseous from eating too much!

glastogal · 24/04/2017 18:03

bluebell so with you on the spots - I wasn't this bad as a teenager!!

Lixon - I eat runny yolks every other day! I seem to read that it's fine in most places and that it's not in just a few. Majority rules for me!!

MaryShelley1818 · 24/04/2017 18:10

That was fun!!!! Lol!

Battenberg I'm in Oxfordshire too Grin we did have some sleet earlier. It was mildly exciting for three seconds before we have a quick rain shower.

Lixon · 24/04/2017 18:14

Yes runny yolks I am generally relaxed on - I think the guidance changed quite recently although my NHS trust are not up to date... raw eggs a bit less so but touch wood no adverse effects so far! Imagine only hard boiled eggs for 9 months 😳

CantHelpDancingWithTheDevil · 24/04/2017 18:20

@TootsyBella84 can you add me please?

26 years old - will be 27 when due
Baby number 2

Thank you

Zaberwocky · 24/04/2017 18:21

Lixon I marvel at you being patient enough to boil an egg!

TootsyBella84 · 24/04/2017 18:31

Of course CantHelp. What's your estimated due date?

Oysterbabe · 24/04/2017 18:44

I see there's quite a few here pregnant with their second babies. Does anyone else feel quite guilty at throwing their existing child's little world into turmoil? I have an unbelievably adorable 16 month old DD who is the centre of everything in our lives. I worry about how she feel sharing the limelight.

Beardy1 · 24/04/2017 18:51

So today's been a monster day at work and the nausea has been challenging. Dh made salmon for tea and that was a no no!! Ewwww!!! Another item off the list for a while.

Wondering what everyone's thoughts are about getting your hair dyed. I usually get my roots done every 3 months and am concerned about the safety of having it done. The other option is to let it become a three toned mess if you include the greys!! Boo!! What's everyone's thoughts on the matter?

fishfingerSarnies · 24/04/2017 18:51

Runny eggs are fine I was going to have some for breakfast until I forgot about them and left them boiling for 40 minutes!

Don't worry oyster I'm pregnant with my 3rd my first two get on incredibley well (most of the time) my eldest loves being a big sister and has been asking us to have another baby for ages! I think having a sibling is a lovely thing and though it might be hard for the bigger ones at first they soon can't remember a time without the other one.
Though saying all that I'm worried a 3rd is going to spoil the great dynamics my two already have. Especially as it means they are going to have to share a room!

Mrsbluebell17 · 24/04/2017 18:53

So I'm out for dinner tonight with friends and not sure where we're going yet but I'm ravenous. Hope they hurry up and arrive so we can decide and order quickly Hmm
Here's hoping for a Nando's!

leighdinglady · 24/04/2017 18:54

beardy not a problem with foils as the dye doesn't touch your skin

glastogal · 24/04/2017 18:59

Ha - copying Mary and peeing on the only stick I have left.. do we think I'm ovulating? 😂😂
