I'm really not sleeping so well at the moment. I woke at 4 (having gone to bed at gone 12) and just couldn't get back to sleep. I've got a lot of study/work pressure on at the moment so not sure if it's that or hormones. Normally I sleep like the dead.

Anyone else getting up at silly o clock?

Oysterbabe · 24/04/2017 07:24

Morning everyone!
4+1, I'm so far behind 😂
I'm a bit concerned that the test I did yesterday was a digi and not even fmu and it said 3+ best not be twins!

60percentbanana · 24/04/2017 08:00

Sounds like triplets not twins Wink

DoctorDonnaNoble · 24/04/2017 08:08

Bloody exhausted this morning. Fitbit says I got 6 hours. Feel like I got about 3 if that. It's about four hours until nap time. It's going to be a quiet day here I think.

TootsyBella84 · 24/04/2017 08:08

Wow this thread moves quickly!

Hope everyone is well.

Sickness is officially kicking my ass. I've gone from wanting all the stodge and salty food to nothing. I couldn't get to sleep last night for feeling so queasy so got up to the loo and started being sick 🤢 this was 11.30pm! So much for morning sickness, it's turning in to non stop sickness! Hopefully I will lose a few pounds in the process 😂
1 week tomorrow until early scan at EPU, it can't come quick enough x

60percentbanana · 24/04/2017 08:23

Donna my sleep was horrendous last night too, I've screenshot my Fitbit data. The bit where I'm restless I was actually awake but lying in bed still. I reckon I've had about 3 1/2 maybe 4 hours

Feeling surprisingly un-nauseous this morning and instead of relief I'm worried.
Joys.
8 weeks today, hopefully it's normal for the sickness to gone and go !
Happy Monday everyone!

glastogal · 24/04/2017 08:36

Wow, I had a couple of busy days and this thread has grown so much!! Welcome all the newcomers 🎉🎉🎉

I'm in the symptomless club too, ladies that were worrying.. I'm 8+3 today and all looked swell with my little dude at my scan last week.

Spent the last few days telling my close friends and family the good news.. my dad barely looked up from the football but he is really pleased 😂 we just have to tell DP's parents next weekend and the club gets no bigger until after the 12 week scan. I like that people know now!!

ExPresidents · 24/04/2017 10:29

Can't believe how quickly this thread is moving! How many of us are there?! Lots of Christmas babies Smile

Hope everyone is feeling well today. Angie I had spotting/bleeding with my first, it was brownish blood mostly and turned out to be implantation bleeding, I hope it's the same for you.

Feeling absolutely starving today and can't believe we have another 7 weeks til we can officially tell people, it seems a lifetime away!!

FeedMyFaceWithBattenberg · 24/04/2017 10:30

Morning sickness has to be the worst thing ever invented. I've been sick 3 times already this morning. And none of my clothes fit ☹️☹️
Throughly fed up!
Still, according to my app little petit has grown to the size of a dice.
33 weeks to go!

ChocolateRaisin · 24/04/2017 10:43

Hi everyone, feeling nauseous today as usual, though I generally find afternoons and evenings the worst. I had to cancel most of my plans at the weekend because I felt so rough, I hate feeling like this!

Chamonix don't worry, my nausea disappeared for most of a day, it soon came back! Enjoy the relief while you can!

Bloating seems to have started today, jeans feel too tight this morning which doesn't help with feeling sick. My boobs are starting to hurt now as well, before it was just my nipples. Slept shit last night as well. Sorry for all the moaning!

I'm a bridesmaid in 3 weeks, I tried my dress on yesterday. It fits fine but there is 0 room for my boobs to grow anymore... Let's hope they stay the same for the next few weeks!

Scan on Thursday... Very anxious about it.

Zaberwocky · 24/04/2017 10:55

Look at you all rubbing it in with your vanishing nausea 😂 !

Battenberg you have my sympathy. I'm on number 6 now. It's exhausting isn't it?

Chamonix1 · 24/04/2017 11:01

Zabe. If it makes you feel any better I've got constipation instead. Just sat on the toilet and cried because I need to clean the house for a viewing.
Just.want.to.go.to.bed
Almost climbed in my fresh sheets as I made the bed

MaryShelley1818 · 24/04/2017 11:16

I'm back at work today after a few days off and feeling dreadful. Not exactly sickness but exhaustion and almost like I feel drunk. My head is spinning.
Roll on hometime!!
I have my early scan a week today and so anxious about it.

Sereniela · 24/04/2017 11:34

First night in a few weeks where i haven't gotten up at 3-4am for a wee (then feeling like i have a uti for the next hour that's gone by morning).

Probably because i went to bed at 9pm with a headache, nausea and refused to drink anything after 8pm. I thought my nausea was passing Hmm

Unfortunately the dog woke me up at 6am with an upset stomach and related accidents - I usually have a strong stomach for that sort of thing, but not so much today...

7+5 and still waiting for my booking appointment.

Zaberwocky · 24/04/2017 11:40

Cham Sad have you erm, tried anything to get it moving?

Chamonix1 · 24/04/2017 11:51

Just drinking loads of water and working my way through the fruit bowl today.
I feel seriously sorry for you Zabe and others that are being sick, so far only 1 time for me I reckon 6 times a day and I'd crumble!

Angielka · 24/04/2017 11:54

I'm only up to 3 times today but it is seriously kicking my butt.

🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢

mamalovesviolet · 24/04/2017 12:01

I've just eaten my lunch. It didn't hit the sides! This hunger is crazy. I really don't remember being as hungry as this with my daughter!

Oysterbabe · 24/04/2017 12:06

I can't decide if my hunger is because of the pregnancy or if just because I'm a greedy cow and now feel that I've been given a licence to stuff my face. Trying to be sensible, I gained so much with DD and still haven't lost it 🙈

Wonderfulstuff · 24/04/2017 12:15

I'm defo part of the nausea club today. Have the week off work and a massive to do list but I'm currently sat on the sofa unable to move due to dizziness and nausea. Have my booking in appointment tomorrow but apparently have to pick up a pack from the surgery in advance. So got get my shit together and get to the surgery. Bleurgh.

Desperately running out of space on this thread so thread # 3 is here December 2017 #3 - Beware! There is much talk about food on this thread!
www.mumsnet.com/Talk/antenatal_clubs/2911543-december-2017-3-beware-there-is-much-talk-about-food-on-this-thread

As I set it up I noticed there is a Jan thread already going with some late Dec due dates in which makes me think that this is us now and things have moved past us! A sign that things are progressing...

DoctorDonnaNoble - I'm also a runner, next month I have a 5 miler, two 10 milers and a half marathon. Assuming I am not vomming by then. I'm 6 weeks today and other than a little bit of an energy lull around 3pm and sore breasts, I'm symptom free. So I'll be running as long as I can. First time around I was ill for the first 28 weeks, if I have the energy and determination, I might as well continue! Just slower than normal, I've decided against running the Marathon in October though - I've not started training for it and it could well finish me off!

LisaPoouts · 25/04/2017 12:15

Hello :) gosh the sickness is killing me. Haven't been able to go to work yet this week as I can't function on a morning at all. It is terrible.... I can't drink either, water makes me gag, so I tried fizzy for a bit and now this makes me gag too :( so exhausting! Worth it I guess, but still.... X X X
