Catching up, this definetly moves fast!!

marie the reasearch is very poor on vapers which I know from my job. I would try and avoid being around them in confined spaces as there isn't enough understanding of the chemicals produced from the product.

asparagus oh yes, I'm constantly wet. I think it's the wonders of pregnancy.

TheGrumpySquirrel · 23/04/2017 19:13

Hi oyster and congrats!! My DD was also unexplained spontaneous early delivery at 35+5.. my midwife keeps saying lightning doesn't strike twice!

leighdinglady · 23/04/2017 19:16

Asparagus - yes! DH thinks he's just that good haha

mamalovesviolet · 23/04/2017 19:35

Hi Oyster! My DD also made an early appearance too! It all started at 35+6 and she came at 36+1. So I'm a bit anxious as well! I didn't get any pre baby maternity leave Confused I really want some this time around!

mamalovesviolet · 23/04/2017 19:38

We had dinner early so we could eat with DD. I am now so hungry. Would it be wrong to have two dinners? I really want McDonald's!. I didn't show for ages last time but with all this eating I don't stand a sodding chance!

DoctorDonnaNoble · 23/04/2017 19:42

Just in from a 'run'. I'd started couch to 10K a few weeks ago. And I need to keep a close eye on my weight (I know I'll be consultant led already). Also, don't want to let my move back to fitness slip as will be even more devastated if I lose this one too. I planned to run a 10km race at the start of September. We'll have to wait and see on that I think.

Oysterbabe · 23/04/2017 19:56

Interesting that there a few of us with pre-term experience. When I had DD I was in one of these groups and we all had January 2016 due dates. The first arrived in October and the last in February, they spanned 5 months. Hopefully our babies will be a bit better behaved!

Well done on the run Donna I'm really going to try not to gain so much this time. I still haven't lost the baby weight from DD, at least I can stop trying now 😂🍫

TipTop333 · 23/04/2017 19:57

Just wondering where I can pick up a membership form for the Pissing Yourself A Little Bit Whilst Vomming Club? Seems I am now eligible to join.

Hi all,
Impossible to keep up with this thread lol.

@Oysterbabe my first was born at 35 weeks as well. I was under the consultant with my second as they were convinced she would also be premature. She ended up being born at 40+3. Don't worry your bubba will come when they come.

Sorry to hear about those who are experiencing loses - been there it's horrible.

Someone mentioned bloating - I literally look and feel about 5 months pregnant. The last two days I've trippled in size 🙈 This happened with my daughter and then by the 2nd trimester it went back to normal before a bump formed.

I'm absolutely exhausted and SO HUNGRY I want to eat constantly 😬

My daughter (DC2) was a twin but we lost the 2nd one. I know there's increased chances of twins if you have previously conceived them, tempted to get an early scan in a few weeks to find out. I'd love twins. I feel like I'm a twin mum without twins. Looking at the size of me the last 2 days I wouldn't be surprised if there was 4 in there lol

leighdinglady · 23/04/2017 20:08

tiptop 😂

My boobs are finally sore! Yay (I'm a weirdo)

I've been on call today and hoping I wouldn't get called. I did. Right in the middle of an afternoon snooze. I swear I almost cried! I feel drugged I'm so tired! I might have to tell work soon so I can come off the on call rota

Zaberwocky · 23/04/2017 20:17

Tip sorry to hear you're joining Sad I would seriously invest in some Tena. And a bucket to live in the loo. For when you need to wee and puke and can't prioritise Grin

Oysterbabe · 23/04/2017 20:22

My nausea hasn't properly kicked in yet but when it does, chicken flavour supernoodles are what you need. They are the first trimester food of the gods.

Angielka · 23/04/2017 20:23

Thanks tiptop and asparagus for your kind words. For now it seems to be a one off (fingers crossed) and I've thrown up twice more so am hanging on to symptoms and no more bleeding. Scary though.

Asparagus I second the discharge Smile with me it was around then that it started and i still gave it. Apart from the spotting today...

Hello to all the newcomers 👋

My DDs were both 3 days late and then got stuck on their way out so two emergency cs, which means this one will be a planned cs if we get there; likely to be end of Nov.

TipTop333 · 23/04/2017 20:51

Oyster agreed, I would love super noodles right now. I'm not sure dh would agree though and I'm already in my jarmies.

Exhaustion hit this afternoon. Zzzzzzz. Had to have a nap and still feel shattered. Busy week ahead, roll on next weekend Smile

MontyPants · 23/04/2017 23:52

Guys I can't stop eating carbs and sweet foods! Veg is the enemy. I'm absolutely dreading the midwife weighing me. Do you think she'll tell me off? 😳

Mrsbluebell17 · 24/04/2017 05:09

Morning all. Monty I went through that last week. Thankfully I'm back onto fruit and veg now too but for days I couldn't face anything like that. Hope you're ok. When's your midwife appointment?

FeedMyFaceWithBattenberg · 24/04/2017 05:34

Morning everyone!
I'm hoping for a better day today all round.
Though I feel I could sleep for a million years.
I'm off work today so I am just going to drop DP at station, come back and hop back into bed for a bit. My dress fitting is at 12, I'll let you know how it goes 😬😬 I've resigned myself to the fact it won't fit!

LapinR0se · 24/04/2017 05:47

Morning. Got up at 5 for a flight to Amsterdam, will be there all week for work. Currently waiting to board feeling soooo tired and a bit dodge in the tummy area.
Can't even have an espresso to wake me up and I know the rest of the team will want to be out boozing every night Confused

DoctorDonnaNoble · 24/04/2017 05:48

Up at 5 after a half midnight wake up due to a nightmare we think (DS is 19 months). I think it's going to be a long time until nap time!

isitwinetimeyet16 · 24/04/2017 06:10

Morning everyone! Up at 4.45 here, argh!! Going to be a long day....

So sorry to see your news @weasledee

@Angielka fingers crossed for no more bleeding and your scan going well

@DoctorDonnaNoble I managed a little run yesterday, am positive I'm shorter of breath already! I can't stop eating and am sure I'm going to get a telling off from the midwife!

@Carlotta82248 @MmmAsparagus still in the symptom free club over here (apart from the discharge, terrible wind and bloating - such glamour!!) I only got a bit sick around 9 weeks last time so still have a couple of weeks to go.

Hope everyone else has a lovely day!

looby1304 · 24/04/2017 06:39

I'm dreading today, first day back at work after Easter holidays and was awake for an hour and a half at 3am! Not ideal!
Also telling my headteacher today so I can get time off for my MW appt, as lovely as she is I'm not looking forward to that!

Tinyti83 · 24/04/2017 06:55

@MmmAsparagus Yes there appears to be a lot of us!... I couldn't believe it when we entered the dates/cycle length and it came out at 25th Dec! Its safe to say I won't be cooking Christmas dinner this year..ha ha. Timed that well with it being our turn this year!! 🤗 when we tell the parents we're going to get some menus from the local hospitals cafe and say they we suggest here for xmas dinner.... with the scan picture inside (all being well of course) 😂

When you say a manual for pregnancy would be handy... I couldn't agree more!! I'm worrying at every twinge and cramp till I read it up. The tiredness is killing me at the min though I don't know about you? Everyone else?

Ti x

BirdBrain85 · 24/04/2017 07:22

Morning all,

I've got to go and do a three hour update of life support training today. Not looking forward to it as I've been feeling so nauseous. My mum thinks I should say I've hurt my back so I don't have to do anything strenuous but I would have thought fake resus would be okay? Hmm
