So so sorry Weasle. Take it easy. Can you get checked at EPU to be sure?

Marie90 · 23/04/2017 08:23

So sorry weasledee, sending you all my love Flowers

Looby don't panic, someone wrote on here a while back that you get a hormone surge every 72 hours i think, which is why symptoms come and go.

The first post i read this morning was yours Goldie about the oranges.... Now that's all I can think of! Can't wait for asda to open so i can stock up!!!

LapinR0se · 23/04/2017 08:30

Oh dear annie you poor thing!!
I fainted at 20 weeks last time, I do think it's quite common to faint in pregnancy

MmmAsparagus · 23/04/2017 08:31

Hi, I was wondering if I could tentatively join you all?

Weasel - I've only just joined but I'm sorry for what you are going through Flowers the same happened to me in December. The only advice I have is the same as Looby & to make sure you look after yourself.

MmmAsparagus · 23/04/2017 08:38

I'm 5w+5d today. No symptoms except the odd wave of nausea in the evenings - I'm terrified.

I had a early miscarriage at 5 weeks in December & I just cannot relax Sad

I'm toying with the idea of stockpiling CBD so I can test every Tuesday to make sure it stays at 3+ - I've gone mad!!

Is anyone else here symptom lacking?

fishfingerSarnies · 23/04/2017 08:48

So sorry weasel. I had the same last month it was tough but conceived almost immediately after so fingers crossed for you.

Asparagus I'm lacking in symptoms too, but step away from the tests. They cost a fortune and won't change anything. I haven't done a cb digital as I know I'd get addicted.

fishfingerSarnies · 23/04/2017 08:50

Mmmm just had a delicious breakfast of soft boiled egg avocado on toast. With a generous sprinkling of salt

MmmAsparagus · 23/04/2017 08:58

You're right Sarnies - I know it won't change a thing at all. My sane part knows that, the other part says "well at least then you'd know if you were about to go through another early loss". Last time I had no warning... Sad I feel like I need to be prepared for the worst.

Carlotta82248 · 23/04/2017 09:12

@MmmAsparagus I'm exactly the same 5+5 and feel nothing really, boobs are sore but not hideously and did feel a bit sick and tired yesterday but nothing hideous. Definitely going to have an early scan, I need to reassure myself this isn't a figment of my imagination! (Also had early 5wk misc in Dec) x

Lixon · 23/04/2017 09:24

So sorry weasel, bleeding and cramps don't always mean miscarriage but if that is the case I hope you have lots of support and make it into a new group soon.

Annie I'm very glad you're ok but would also be mortified in that situation! Hopefully you got to eat something after all that?!

Step away from the digis asparagus! I know exactly how you feel having had 3 unsuccessful pregnancies but testing won't make any difference to the outcome and can cause stress when there's no need to worry. At some stage (not sure how many weeks) I remember reading that tests stop working accurately due to hcg levels being too high to measure or something so definitely not a sign that something's wrong. Today you are pregnant and the weeks will sloooowly pass!!

weasledee · 23/04/2017 09:24

Thanks fishfingers, can I ask how quick u got pregnant again? x

FeedMyFaceWithBattenberg · 23/04/2017 09:35

Morning everyone..
Horrid nights sleep for me.
Consequently feel rough this morning.
😔
I told my mum on the phone last night as we're about to go on holiday on Tuesday with my sister (who I'd already told!). It was okay.. no major reaction either way!
My lovely DP bought me a pair of beats wireless headphones as a wedding present but gave them to me yesterday because our puppy chewed my iPod ones up 😳 so they were a god send in the night and this morning whilst him and the in laws were asleep!

60percentbanana · 23/04/2017 09:45

So sorry weasle I had the same at the end of January with my October 17 baby. I had an unsuccessful cycle after the mc then got pregnant on the next one (don't think I ovulated straight after the mc). Take care of yourself xx

fishfingerSarnies · 23/04/2017 09:59

Well I'm 5 weeks based on my last period which was my miscarriage.

JCHatchling · 23/04/2017 11:19

So many newbies, welcome! So much going on I can't keep up! I'm 7+1 today, had a scan at 6+6 on Friday and saw a fluttering heartbeat, such a huge relief!! For the week before I was on the edge of a panic attack with worry, but read once you see the heartbeat the risk of miscarriage goes down to 3%... I would recommend!!

Beardy1 · 23/04/2017 11:50

weasle I'm so sorry to hear your news but you seem to have a good outlook which really help. due to my MC complications I was advised to wait till my first period came and then try again. I MC early Feb and was pregnant by April. I'm happy I waited as my head was all over the place but you are early days too so you should recover find to try again straight away if you choose to.

Queen0ffaff · 23/04/2017 12:18

Really sorry to hear that news, weasle. Look after yourself. Flowers

Queen0ffaff · 23/04/2017 12:23

I am so totally sleep-deprived. I'm not the best sleeper anyway, but I just feel like a zombie now. DH has just gone away with work for a week and I'm feeling weirdly tearful! Going to drag myself out for a walk, then try and stop myself just sitting on the sofa and eating half my body weight in cake. I don't rate my chances much... Maybe a touch of nausea wouldn't actually go amiss around here!

BirdBrain85 · 23/04/2017 13:05

Weasle I'm so sorry, thinking of you Flowers

I'm feeling sick nearly all the time now, still haven't actually been sick but like it's entirely possible. I'm dreading work tomorrow as it's making it very hard to concentrate on anything.

BirdBrain85 · 23/04/2017 13:06

Queen I feel really nauseous but still forcing myself to eat a ridiculous amount because it's the only thing that makes it bearable Sad

Queen0ffaff · 23/04/2017 13:41

Ah, sounds like I'd be sitting eating either way, then, Bird! It does sound miserable, I don't envy you that. Here's hoping it won't last too long.

Mrsbluebell17 · 23/04/2017 13:54

We're doing well at over 900 messages again! I've just eaten a very small box of chips from the chippy. Not good for me but the salt and vinegar taste was amazing and hit the spot. Now I've had to come back for a nap. So so so exhausted and have such a busy week ahead and a long day especially tomorrow.

How are you all doing this afternoon?

CantHelpDancingWithTheDevil · 23/04/2017 14:11

So I'm for Prague next Sunday. Just me and my best friend - was supposed to be a girlie drinking holiday; going for coffee soon to break it to my mate 😂

I'll still go, obvs..but minus the gin and beer

This should be fun 😂 she will be fine like and happy for me once the shock wears off, but I'm still dreading it 😂

MaryShelley1818 · 23/04/2017 14:13

Weasle I'm so terribly sorry, thinking of you xx

FeedMyFaceWithBattenberg · 23/04/2017 14:34

@weasledee sorry for your news. CakeBrew
Can't believe this thread is nearly on 1000 messages 😮
I'm still feeling rough, despite being in bed for two hours, feel sick sick sick.
DP and in laws have gone to harvester for lunch and I texted him asking him to bring me a McDonald's back (knowing the chips usually help settle my tummy) and he replies telling me to get it myself. I think I've annoyed him! So I'm gonna go out and get that in a little while. What's everyone else's plans? X
