Ha MrsRhubarb. Mine thought I was going to give birth in the car park. I got so far and just couldn't make it anymore. He had to run indoors and steal a wheelchair from a&e

Number4OnTheWay · 22/09/2016 12:18

Just checking in because I totally lost you!! Cathy up later xx

MyGreenSofa · 22/09/2016 12:20

Hi ladies! Not much to report here. Feeling very similar to you puggle - am 10+3 and feeling much better now although I don't remember feeling better til about 13 weeks last time which makes me worry!

We are on holiday too so doing lots during the days and also feeling jet lagged! Steering clear of runny eggs here as obviously won't be British lion stamped! Think NHS still says they're a no regardless anyway? Shame though as they love their nice runny eggs here with all their breakfast stuff!

JennyOfOldstones · 22/09/2016 12:41

I am 10 weeks tomorrow and sure my symptoms stopped around this point last time. I may or may not be hiding in KFC so not feeling better yet!

We have an awesome childminder. We drop off at 7.30 and she will keep her as long as necessary. £50 a day versus £65 for nursery. She has only had 2 weeks off in the last year. We do sometimes have last minute problems if her kids are ill though.

Mummymulb16 · 22/09/2016 12:46

I have my scan in an hour do I need a bladder?

Number4OnTheWay · 22/09/2016 12:49

Hopefully you already have a bladder mummy Grin but yes, you do need a full bladder :)

Mummymulb16 · 22/09/2016 13:03

I can't drink it's such a struggle as I am suffering from HG I hope it will be fine Sad

gemsbok · 22/09/2016 13:06

There's a real baby in there! They moved me forward a week, so I'm now 13 + 3, and skipped a week :-). New due date 27 March.

We don't get screening results for 7 working days if it's bad news - 4 weeks for good! I can't hold out that long to start telling people - I'm huge!!

NT measurement was 2.2 though, so nothing huge, I am a bit older though.

Hi all
I had my scan on Friday and also missed a whole week😊 So my new Due date is 24/03 which I'm really pleased about

JennyOfOldstones · 22/09/2016 13:41

Yay for the scans and gaining a week!

Bubbinsmakesthree · 22/09/2016 13:48

Jealous of those of you who have gained a week - I just want to fast forward! Congratulations on the scans.

It's crazy that you get bad news 3 weeks faster than good news - surely that means they have the results after a week. If they put them in the post it doesn't take 3 weeks to deliver - madness!

Ugh, flashbacks to the day spent waiting for the phone to ring for my CVS results last time, so anxious!

Celen · 22/09/2016 14:43

Those who've had scans, have you looked at your pics and done the skull/nub theory? Or had a look at the Chinese gender predictor calendar?

A friend of mine has looked at my pic and decided I'm having a girl & the calendar says that too - I'll be interested to find out if it's true or not! Grin

I'd also love to fast forward a week, your babies must be growing very well! Smile

gemsbok · 22/09/2016 14:50

Bubbins - sorry other way round! But 7 working days still sounds like too many to wait so I've just told people at work!

gemsbok · 22/09/2016 14:52

I have been looking at the nub and think girl - feel free to give opinions on the below pic!!

Mummymulb16 · 22/09/2016 15:22

Gemsbok to think girl!

Anybody want to guess mind. 13 weeks today so glad I am measuring ahead!

gemsbok · 22/09/2016 15:31

I would guess girl for yours too Mummy.

Caveat - I have no idea what I'm doing really, but I think the nub in my sons scan was really obvious and now I think I'm a pro Wink

StillaChocoholic · 22/09/2016 16:42

Ah great news on the scans Smile
I can't figure out where the nub is on any of the scans haha I'm crap with nun theory, I was trying to figure it out with mine earlier. Husband was also clueless.
Chinese prediction thing says boy though and I feel like it will be a boy. I was pregnant with my son this time 4 years ago, I'm just a week or so ahead this time.

Puggleface · 22/09/2016 17:31

Oh spoke too soon about the disappearing symptoms! Nausea is back!

Ah I love looking at scan pics and trying to guess what it is! I knew DS was a boy, he just looked so boyish! I also predicted correctly that my SIL would have a girl but I think that was just dumb luck!

MummaFB · 22/09/2016 18:11

Very jealous of people gaining a week - I had a scan on Monday and I've got from 12 weeks to 10 weeks Confused

Celen · 22/09/2016 18:15

How frustrating MummaFB! Do you irregular cycles usually?

MumiTravels · 22/09/2016 18:19

Me before work tonight. I'm not sure I'm kidding anyone Grin

Great news on all the scans! And lovely bump photos!

I think people are noticing how fat I'm getting! I'm 10 weeks and I just feel bloated and flabby!

Just finished 11.5 hours at school... I'm dead! OH has parents evening (teacher too) so I'm going home to sit in my pjs eat pizza and go to bed early. Not very healthy but I'm desperate!!

Niks2026 · 22/09/2016 18:49

Fantastic bumps and scans!! So envious here at only 8+2! I'm feeling very bloated and like my tummy is sticking out. Thankfully I'm a curvaceous 14/16 anyway and people know I've always seethed with my weight so I doubt they'd ever ask if I was pregnant incase they are wrong!

Very very tired this evening and still so nauseous :( gone off everything food wis! I've been having cereal for dinner.

RaRa25 · 22/09/2016 19:29

Great to hear all the lovely scan news and to see the pictures. Just over two more weeks for mine.
Forgot who mentioned about nail varnish, I didn't know it was a problem! Was going to book a pedicure in with a gel polish, is that a big no then?
As to hair dye, I would go for it at 11 weeks.
So frustrating today. Been looking for a dress to go to the races (my Dh's work do.) I look awful in everything! My boobs are so swollen, everything I tried on did not fit. I ended up with a black number from monsoon, lovely dress but feel i will look like morbloodyticia in it at the races.

Cazbg · 22/09/2016 19:37

Great to hear about all the lovely scans Smile got ours next Thursday.

Has anyone else found that OH seem to b less supportive with second pregenancy onwards. Mine seems to just forget I am pregenant. So irritating! X
