I didn't even know about private baby scans til this pregnancy, I definitely think they're worth the money! I'd heard of the 4D ones but not early ones x

jpeg sorry your EPU were so horrible - fingers crossed there will be good news on Sunday! Hope you start feeling pregnant again before that. My symptoms are very up and down if that helps.

I'm feeling nervous today about the idea of a second child - I love being able to be so devoted to Number 1 and the prospect of being able to give him less love and attention is scary.

I've just had a packet of pickled onion monster Munch. They were amazing. Both DS and I were completely underwhelmed by my cooking tonight so they were very welcome.

I've put DS to bed and now in my pyjamas laying on my bed very drifty. I've got 3 loads of washing to go away but that can be tomorrows problem.

Congrats on the scans! I'm tempted to get and early scan but miscarried after one last time so may just wait till 12 weeks.

I've not been able to get out of bed today. Feel rough and not being at home is making it worse. We are leaving the glamping tomorrow and I cannot wait to get into my own bed!

Calling the Dr's on Monday to arrange a booking in appointment as I'll be 7 weeks then and past my 'fear' point!

I just spent £30 on my absolute favourite deliveroo takeaway... Could barely eat any of it!! So annoyed!! But maybe it's a sign I'm still preggers... Fingers x

Hope everything settles down jpeg I'm sure you will see your little heartbeat on Sunday.

I'm really trying to hold tight and not go for a private scan. But I keep thinking I should just for the reassurance especially as so many of you ladies have had them.

But it's only 2 weeks until my 12 week scan so I'm trying not to over think and question every symptom. I'm sure I'll be a nervous wreck at the scan.... Which usually means I'll need a nervous poo!

I had the worst exhaustion today, felt like I was being dragged from the underworld when I woke up and was a bit nervous to drive as so tired.

Am 8+2 today and going for my booking-in tomorrow.

Still ex-vegetarian, I can't stop eating meat! I had a Subway turkey breast and ham sub for lunch, I ate it away from my desk as I was so ashamed that everyone knows I'm a staunch veggie yet I am scarfing down meat. Ate four slices of roast ham yesterday

So funny everdene, what pregnancy does to you! I used to be a massive sweet-aholic, scoffing large bars of chocolate and big bags of maltesers frequently during the week...now I can hardly bare to even look at chocolate/cakes, very peculiar

Anyone suddenly got sensitive skin? I've shaved my legs a few times in the last few weeks and they are so sore with a red rash afterwards Can't wait til Autumn arrives and I won't need to bother until I give birth

Everdene I'm eating so much protine at the moment. Usually I'm a sweet girl, but cakes and chocolate is making ne sick and I jut want roast gammon, ham, beef, turkey, chicken etc etc. I would kill for a Sunday roast right now!!!

Are you normally a camper shark? I'm also off home tomorrow and really looking forward to a good shower where the water is hot and lasts more than 30 seconds at a time, sitting down on my toilet and properly emptying my bladder rather than a rushed hover job and finally snuggling up in my warm bed in my warm house on my comfy mattress and sleeping. I actually love camping but I'm feeling horrific and am ready to go home now!

I usually love camping, such a laugh and relaxing. We're actually glamping but I'm finding the whole not drinking thing miserable, nothing beats a lovely silky glass of red next to the fire pit of a late summer evening. I've been going to bed at 8pm in a grump!

Sensitive skin big time! I went for a wax and was actually crying! I've been waxing for nearly 10 years and it never normally bothers me but it's just absolutely horrible now!

My appetite has returned with gusto after a few days of not fancying food. Demolished a large bag of Doritos Chilli Heatwave this evening. Noticed afterwards that one bag is supposed to contain 6-7 servings.

everdene now I want subway. Might be able to persuade ds that that's what he wants for lunch tomorrow though I have promised him "mato soup and crunchy rolls" because it's our last day just me, him and dd before he starts nursery on Monday - his birthday Saturday and a christening Sunday - I'll be trying to hide the fact that I want to throw up and I'm actually about twice the size that I normally am all weekend

Just catching up with all of today's messages... It's a big difference being back at work where I don't look at my phone literally all day, as compared to the summer holidays when I'm checking the damn thing every five minutes

Shark I'm with you on the lack of a silky red - makes an evening it does. Now I can't even stand the smell. Am I the only one now still too chicken to make a booking appt? May have to crack on with that - I've another scan on Weds so maybe after that...

My skin is also really sensitive - it's usually quite bad, but I used my usual exfoliator a couple of weeks ago and it made me bleed!

Hell I'm sorry about your friend. I would go as well if I was feeling okay. Train travel can be relaxing providing you get a seat and no one smells too bad.

7:30am is a totally acceptable time to be eating cheese puffs right? They were the only thing that stopped me being sick! I was up at 4am dry heaving and couldn't get back to sleep. Hope everyone had a restful night.

We told my parents, the in laws and our brothers last night. They've been sworn to secrecy until the 12w scan but we figured we need their support if anything goes wrong. They were all ecstatic - first grandchild on both sides. My brother is so excited about being an uncle!

Sussex That's cracked me up #Bagel gate. I feel your pain!

I'm also totally off sweet foods, just want salty savoury things. I was the same last pregnancy. Wonder if it means another girl? Though that would mean we are nearly all having girls looking through the comments on here!
