So I've had some red bleeding and sitting in epu now. Doesn't look good.

Theknittinggorilla · 20/09/2016 11:37

Oh choccy fingers crossed all is ok. Are they scanning you?

Bellatrixandstrange · 20/09/2016 11:44

Fingers crossed for you choccy I really hope all is well.

choccybiscuit · 20/09/2016 11:54

Still waiting, it's very busy here. There us also lots of babies in here which is making it very difficult. I can also feel some mild cramps. I think they're going to scan me. I'm so frightened it's gone. I'll keep you updated.

MyGreenSofa · 20/09/2016 11:56

Thinking of you choccy!

Vivid dreams - yes yes! Such a bizarre pregnancy symptom.

Loads of food aversions, still quite off sweet stuff but I think it's starting to subside. 10 weeks now think I'm starting to feel a bit better which of course makes me worry, especially as we have told a few people since we had that first scan, like being too eager and tempting fate. Of course none of that makes sense.

Oh toothbrush in the mornings is my worst enemy!

Welshy11 · 20/09/2016 11:59

Hope the scan goes ok choccy.

Ok so what's with the brushing the teeth sickness..I physically bring up dinner every night when I brush my teeth. Have tried eating earlier and that doesn't help. I've heard that using a manual toothbrush not electric helps so giving that a go today. Has anyone got an tips for the nausea...please don't say ginger!x

LuchiMangsho · 20/09/2016 12:15

Yes I have v mild sickness but brushing my teeth is torture. Friend suggested doing it in the shower but I can't be bothered. I just grimace and endure it.

Niks2026 · 20/09/2016 12:15

Lemonade is my tip for sickness. The bubbles help settle my tummy.

Sorry to hear you've had some bleeding Choccy. Fingers crossed they scan you and all is ok.

Good luck to the ladies having their 12wk scans today.

naranciata · 20/09/2016 12:22

Don't brush again for 20 mins after being sick or you'll ruin your enamel!

No fainting this morning and I didn't have breakfast due to poor planning. Feeling a bit dizzy now so will sit and browse MN while my lunch goes down.

Still in France for another 2.5 weeks...still no nice cheese, charcuterie, red wine or rare steak. :(

Theknittinggorilla · 20/09/2016 12:31

I've found a Cold can of coke settles my sickness. Very rarely drink coke normally but it is helping, though I'm limiting to one a day max. Not the healthiest of solutions but I'll take anything at the moment.

Helbelle75 · 20/09/2016 12:32

Thinking of you choccy and hoping everything's ok.

SharkBastard · 20/09/2016 12:52

Hope you're OK Choccy, thinking of you

I'm really struggling at work, just want to lie in bed with the bucket next to me!

Don't know how you nurses and teachers do it, I'd be a mess!

ScandiManny · 20/09/2016 12:57

Hope you get seen soon Choccy and that everything is okay Flowers

MrsRhubarb · 20/09/2016 13:06

Oh gosh Choccy I really hope everything is okay Flowers

I had my booking in, and my midwife was lovely. It was the same I one I had last time, so it was really nice to see her again. She asked me how DD was, and was thrilled to see a picture of her - last time she saw her she was only three days old. She gave me a cuddle when I got all teary about how sick I was feeling, and disappeared to grab a GP and write me up a prescription for Ondansetron there and then. Fingers crossed it helps, I''ve only managed a banana and half a cup of tea so far today Sad

marmitecheesetoast · 20/09/2016 13:06

Think of you choccy everything crossed for you

Number4OnTheWay · 20/09/2016 13:19

Cocky, really hope all is well.
So glad you've got some anti sickness meds Mrs. Hopefully it'll help quickly xz

choccybiscuit · 20/09/2016 13:26

Really can't believe it but baby is fine! Very active, saw heart beating.... I'm shocked tbh, when I saw the amount of blood and cramps I thought it was over. I'm so happy! Thank you for all your kind words! Mw thought it might have been a burst blood vessel as she couldn't see any haematoma and cervix was closed.

Bellatrixandstrange · 20/09/2016 13:32

That's great news choccy I'm so glad all is well with baby.

summerskittles91 · 20/09/2016 13:34

Had my 12 week scan this am, measuring bang on 12 weeks and due date calculated as 4th April! Baby doing well and was certainly wriggling about, didn't want to stay still at all. Such an emotional experience but feeling much better knowing it's real Grin

summerskittles91 · 20/09/2016 13:34
