I don't know what I'm doing but seen the message saying another thread was needed. I don't know what to add to this but though.

Erm. I'm Derek btw. 35 week on Thursday and due 6/10/16

Sorry but I have no idea what I'm doing 😂

I'm still pain free but this morning I had a little pink discharge and then a smear of blood when I wiped was all hopeful/worried it was a show nothing since........oh well

DerekSprechenZeDick · 22/09/2016 17:55

I've had constant back ache and lower stomach pains all day but no show.

I think she's winding me up

The pressure when I go for a 1 or 2 is not nice, anyone else having this? I don't remember it from previous pregnancies.

DerekSprechenZeDick · 22/09/2016 20:03

I feel like I'm about to just open up when I go to the toilet.

Like she might just fall out. I can't stand without feeling like I need a pee

Afreshstartplease · 22/09/2016 20:05

I feel very 'open' and a bit stingey Derek is this the same?

LillianFullStop · 22/09/2016 20:07

Positivity I've had period pain type pains too for a few weeks now since 31-32w. Strangely only in the evening!

Kariana I know how strange! was chatting to the other after we left the session and they all agreed she was quite the breastfeeding extremist and that we'll all just take it with a grain of salt Grin

Figgy sounds like a show - could you call your midwife to see what they think?

Fresh I get that weird low down pressure sometimes when I'm sat down a certain way too long. It is a strange feeling - almost like something is bulging?

positivity123 · 22/09/2016 20:27

Good to know. They've gone away now.but I feel as though my bump has dropped.

DerekSprechenZeDick · 22/09/2016 20:46

Fresh yes. It's a weird feeling.

My stomach is currently rock hard. I feel so heavy and tight

OP posts:
Afreshstartplease · 22/09/2016 20:59

It is a weird feeling indeed! Glad it's not just me! It's also much worse when I need a wee badly

DerekSprechenZeDick · 22/09/2016 21:17

Just gone for a pee and the pressure in my lower stomach made me hold
My breath a little!

Every day I keep thinking. . . . I really should pack my hospital bag. . . . But then I don't do it

Kariana · 22/09/2016 21:33

Me too Fresh! By next Thursday is my new goal for packing it as that's when they will try to turn him.

Afreshstartplease · 22/09/2016 21:36

Turning sounds scary Sad hopefully he will turn himself before then

DerekSprechenZeDick · 22/09/2016 21:37

I've just had the worst fanny daggers ever! It was like I was been electrocuted

Then my back had shooting pains when I tried to sit up.

OP posts:
Afreshstartplease · 22/09/2016 21:50

Sounds lovely that Derek!

I am hopeful for a good nights sleep! Last night was awful so we will see!

DerekSprechenZeDick · 22/09/2016 22:10

It was fabulous. Now just constant dull ache in lower back. Stinging type pain in stomach.

Might just cut her out Grin

Can I join in please? I was on one of the previous threads but have NC since then and dropped off the list.

34+4 here, due on Halloween (so could very well really belong in the November babies group but...well, call me an optimist)

This is my first baby -I'm having a boy- and so far, other than a really bad back and a pretty special case of insomnia, I've got off lightly with most things. Touch wood!!

Exciting and nerve racking in equal parts reading about all the early labour signs going on with you ladies- that'll be me in a few weeks, all being well, so it's great to know what to look out for. I'm doing this kind of alone, in a country which isn't my own, away from friends and family, so some online support will be a Good Thing in the next few weeks.

positivity123 · 23/09/2016 07:06

Hello Squtter. Glad you have had a good pregnancy so far. Loads of support on here!

Nickname1980 · 23/09/2016 07:52

Hello Squatter! Like positivity said, you'll find lots of support on here!

I'm 11 days behind you, due on October 20, so a chance this kid could be a November one too (got my 41 week appointment in for then in case labour doesn't happen before for me!).

LillianFullStop · 23/09/2016 08:22

Hello Squtter! Join us on the home stretch! I'm hoping for another thread baby announcement soon - wonder who is next after northern?? I'm betting on climbing!

mummyod · 23/09/2016 08:48

Can I also join now? Just saw the group today. Almost 36 weeks.

Due date is supposed to be 25th of Oct, but doctor told us that our baby girl (number one) had been 2 weeks bigger, so anytime after 37 weeks should be okay. More exercises , doctor also suggested. My tummy is definitely getting small for her.

Can't wait to see her soon! Btw, we are living in China. Wink

Afreshstartplease · 23/09/2016 09:14

Welcome to the new people!

Nothing new to report here. Another bad nights sleep. 36+2. Very very aware of the extreme waddle I have going on!

Any news climbing? Or Derek?

Kariana · 23/09/2016 09:39

Welcome Squtter and Mummyod! Hopefully we'll all be meeting our babies soon.

April it does sound scary but the doctor said they had never had an emergency cs after a turning and they do them all the time so that was reassuring. I'm mostly worried about the pain and the fact it's only a 50% success rate. Sad

DerekSprechenZeDick · 23/09/2016 09:41

She's still there. I didn't get to sleep while 4ish this morning.

Fanny daggers are back with a vengeance but no stomach pains

OP posts:
Afreshstartplease · 23/09/2016 14:14

Had a few very uncomfortable bh today but probably only one an hour and not painful just uncomfortable

Realised this morning I've been going for a lot of number 2s this week, which I know can be a 'sign'
