Shortly after me posting earlier today that I didn't have a booking appointment date, I got a phone call 'reminding' me of my appointment at 6.30pm! So I went to the pointless group session this evening. My 'proper' booking in is next week. Apparently they sent me the letters weeks ago Hmm

SpanielLedWeaning · 03/08/2016 20:06

So sorry to hear your news Cho. Please take care of yourself over the next couple of weeks.

I hope that your dreams are fulfilled in the not too distant future.

Lozza92 · 03/08/2016 20:25

Sorry to hear that cho, hope your taking care of yourselfFlowers

Dozygirl · 03/08/2016 20:49

ElsaMars · 03/08/2016 21:36

Really sorry Cho Flowers

Zenzie · 03/08/2016 21:55

Oh Cho, I'm really devastated for you, especially after everything you've been through to get here. Please look after yourself and be kind to yourself. I'm glad you've told your parents, you need the support right now.

My parents also live a long way from me but I've told them everything about my attempts ttc and I know they appreciate being in the loop. Everyone's parents are different but I do get a lot of support from them even though they're a long way away.

Thinking of you.

Aimee500 · 03/08/2016 22:01

Horrible news Cho. I've been there and I found telling people really important. Although no one new we were ttc, when I had a mmc I wanted people to know it was happening. I think if family are supportive telling them is the best thing.

ChoChang · 03/08/2016 22:53

Thanks guys. Told them now and they are very supportive. Not that I ever thought they wouldnt be, really just that I didn't want to have them worrying about me , plus everything takes so long esp with investigations and ivf it can be weeks/months between appointments and anything actually happening. But I'm glad they know now and will keep them in the loop for support from now on. We've told a couple of friends tonight too via message and they've been great too.

Right you lot, get back to talking about bra shopping and symptom spotting!
I'm gonna bow out now, best wishes to you all x

Dustycorners · 03/08/2016 23:02

Best of luck for the future, Cho x

Hope to see you around the traps sometime soon, cho. Good luck.

charlybs · 04/08/2016 09:32

Just came back from scan - thankfully everything is ok and little shrimp is 3 days older than we thought. It looks like a broad bean and has a heartbeat.

Good luck to everyone else who is worried xxxxxx

Brilliant charly so relieved for you Smile

SuperDuperJezebel · 04/08/2016 10:33

Yay that's great news!

Dustycorners · 04/08/2016 10:43

So pleased for you Charly!

I am so desperate to have a scan and see what's going on in there!

I've just been to the GP about my sickness/nausea. He's given me some anti-nausea medication (promethazine), so need to see how that goes. If it makes me drowsy though I can't take it as I drive to work Hmm

Newbie7077 · 04/08/2016 10:47

Congratulations charly !!! Fantastic news CakeSmileCake

Cantstringawordtogether · 04/08/2016 10:59

Ah beautiful little bean there Charly, great news!

MissClarke86 · 04/08/2016 11:27

Congratulations Charly! What did they date you as?

charlybs · 04/08/2016 11:31

Thanks MissClarke, I dated myself at 8 weeks today, as bean was 19mm they've dated it as 8+3

charlybs · 04/08/2016 11:31

And thank you everyone Grin

NameChange30 · 04/08/2016 11:40

Congratulations charlybs! Such good news Smile

I'm 10 weeks today - a quarter of the way there! Argh! Confused Got 2 weeks and 1 day to go until my scan, counting down the days as you can tell!

Butterpuff · 04/08/2016 12:00

Congratulations Charley great news and great picture. I honestly don't know how far along I am. By LMP it's 8+1 but as I have long cycles I'd adjust it to 7+1 but if it was 7+1 then I wouldn't be pg as dh and I missed that window entirely! Looking forward to our scan on the 30th to see where that puts us!

Hope the tablets work dusty and quarter of the way there sounds awesome nanechange.

Hi to all the other March 2017 members. Was happy to find you all, as this is my first pregnancy and I am finding the whole experience surreal. Lots of very strange things are happening to my body and I feel pretty isolated due to not being able to tell anyone. It is nice to read that this is all (seemingly) pretty normal.
