God, you've all been so busy! Feel like I've missed loads!

Major lols to the convos about backdoor massage and how fuckable we all are right now Grin

Indi - I got the NHS 'Squeezy' app a couple of weeks ago, for pelvic floor exercises. It's about a quid or so, but I really like it as it helps me do them regularly and gives me info on how to do them properly. I recommend it.

Usual stats:
Age: 29
Status: 25+1 with a vanilla, wiggly thing.
Starting to feel things now (anterior placenta, so been delayed), and it's very strange (in a good way!)

PotatosMum · 21/06/2016 12:01

Good to hear that increased movement seems to be normal for week 30, I'll stop worrying. Although I think Potato may have over done it yesterday, she's a lot sleepier today Smile

Shelb I had the movement on both sides when Potato was transverse... She's now head down so most of the movements are down low. I rarely get kicks anymore, it feels more like she's stretching and wriggling.
I also got the shooting foof pains when Potato first turned head down but they've eased now... No arse javelins as yet though Shock
Oh, and my butt hole is not being massaged or anything else by anyone!!! Shock

Soda Potato tends to have a few mental days then a couple of lazy days. I'm beginning to see it as normal for her... OH says I'm exactly the same Hmm

Indi I keep forgetting the pelvic floor exercises too but I can't sneeze Sad every time I try Potato kicks me and makes me catch my breath Sad

Miley I have peach fuzz belly too! It's weird!

OH has been informed that he's not getting any until the baby's here, I just don't have the energy and everything hurts.
My gag reflex is still dodgy too so he's not even getting anything else poor bloke. I feel a bit sorry for him but it's his own fault for getting me upduffed Wink

Finally heard back about my buyer. She's been approved so we're all systems go!!! Grin
Just need to get both the house sales and purchase aligned then with any luck we'll be able to move first week in August. I'm suddenly very excited about packing Grin

Yay potato that's amazing news. So pleased for you .

Mileymoocow · 21/06/2016 12:22

Ok how amazing is this! www.amazon.co.uk/Mija-Maternity-fleece-Pullover-Carriers/dp/B00S7WUOWW/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&qid=1466499082&sr=8-1&keywords=baby+carrying+jacket&linkCode=ll1&tag=ashfbnm-21&linkId=d1d5b98b900b96c9547fa64679712cd4 😂

potato that's brilliant news! Grin I'm so pleased for you!!!!

I gave in and had the soup. Then a chicken and coleslaw sandwich and a packet of rice cakes. Then yogurt and strawberries... I'm now uncomfortably full!

My lady part exercises I tend to do in the shower or bath if I remember can be arsed I try to do it 10 times, holding for 10 seconds each. Think I need to up it to twice a day maybe!

BunchOfBobs · 21/06/2016 12:33

I like the fleece Miley. I have a baby wearing coat so I'm good for walking the dog in the rain Smile it's got a pregnancy panel too so it's the only coat that I can actually wear when it rains at the mo.

I do my Pf exercises 10 time for 10 seconds each 3 times a day. When I remember

Mileymoocow · 21/06/2016 12:38

God, 3 times a day?! I need to up my game. I find 10 sets of 10 seconds quite easily done though so hopefully it won't be too much of a chore. I really need a coat for dog walking with sling on! Didn't even cross my mind.

Sodasoda · 21/06/2016 13:20

Thanks for reassurance re movements. Baby has been very squirmy so far today which is nice. I've just really concentrated on feeling it at work and done no actual work

We're managing to DTD around once a week which is a lot less than we used to (especially when TTC!!) but I just really don't feel like it. Ovia the bitch just did an article today about his apparently my sex drive is through the roof at this stage. Eh?! DH is willing but definitely not as keen as he was.

Need to up my game on pelvic floor exercises actually do some. I'm in the no camp on the perineal massage!

Great news on buyer potato

Those coats are amazing!

Mileymoocow · 21/06/2016 13:33

bunch thanks! I have my eye on the one you have or the trench coat, they look brilliant Grin

BunchOfBobs · 21/06/2016 13:54

Grin Miley. I can fully vouch for the waterproofness of mine. I've been in torrential rain and it just beads off. Trench coat looks nice too.

This is me in mine with the preggo panel.

Thread #8 - TTC#1 Grads - stripy bump photos ahoy!
BunchOfBobs · 21/06/2016 13:55

Jeez I look just like my Dad in that photo!

Canters15 · 21/06/2016 14:44

potato!! Congrats! So happy all is going ahead with the house.

I had an interesting development today. Made banana bread and the smell of the old bananas made me vom all over the kitchen floor. No warning at all! They never tell you this stuff before you get pregnant do they?!

I'm horny as hell at the moment, I keep pouncing on poor dh. I blame it on being preg with a boy!

Why on earth are we massaging buttholes as well as fannys?!

Co5mo · 21/06/2016 15:42

Co5mo, 35, harbouring 23+5 week chinchilla sized blue baby. New this week, baby gets restless just before I start to get hungry Hmm.

It's lovely and sunny here in Sorrento. I'm starting to feel the weight of baby and look a lot more pregnant than I did last week. The Italian respose to a pregnant women is lovely...special limoncello, extra scoop of icecream etc. Non of this aren't you big for that stage etc.

Good to see everyone seems to be doing ok and excellent news on houses. Will catch up properly in a few days when I have to come back to the UK.

LisaTheSimpson · 21/06/2016 15:57

Co5mo - That's great! Maybe when he starts getting restless you know it's time to find a good restaurant somewhere! Grin

leoniethelioness · 21/06/2016 18:20

Ah, Co5mo - lovely! We went to Sorrento last October for our wedding anniversary. This year I could well be in labour... I really liked Italy and hope to go back before too long.

Leonie, age 27, 25+6 with a baby boy known as Pepper or, increasingly, Theodorable or Theo-saurus 😁

Had a letter from work confirming my mat leave today! I get paid until the end of June (SMP from January but full pay before that) so fits nicely with my plans to go back in July.

Mileymoocow · 21/06/2016 18:56

bunch I think it's definitely what I'll need. I'll add it to my list!

Oh god canters! Not sure surprise spewing and being horny are going to go hand in hand Grin

co5mo sounds beautiful! I'm jealous of you a little bit!! I've always wanted to go to sorrento Smile

leonie glad all your plans have worked out for you. Your maternity packet sounds the same as mine.

Can we talk fanny daggers? I've had a couple of shooting pains down below today and am pretty sure it can't be anything to do with baby toe poking me or whatever? Is this what you ladies were talking about earlier?

StarkyTheDirewolf · 21/06/2016 19:09

Fucking hormones! Jesus!

◆Today I've cried about the referendum "but what if the economy collapses and it becomes like soviet Russia?! I can't live on vodka and potatoooooes!" Actually wailed, with real tears.
◆Madonna's 1985 classic chart topper 'crazy for you' came on the radio and I had to go for a sit down.
◆Dh decided instead of me cooking, that we'd have Chinese as a treat, and I didn't know if I wanted Chinese. Because obviously it's such a big decision!
◆Our ndn popped over briefly with their beautiful 7 day old baby girl, I waited till they went but then cried because im jealous she's already had her baby! What the fuck is that about?!
◆I remembered a bit from Orange is the new black that upset me last night.

This is fucking awful, I am NOT a Cryer! Dh thinks I'm having a breakdown. I've told him this is LIFE from now on! He looked a bit concerned and went to the gym.

Evergreen17 · 21/06/2016 19:13

New thread! Grin
Just catching up now

leoniethelioness · 21/06/2016 19:19

Starky Hugs!! Please don't tell me about OITNB. I'm trying to save the new season for mat leave... Not sure I'll last that long.

Pinklily1 · 21/06/2016 19:49

Hi ladies

Just checking in from Cyprus to place mark! I'll catch up when we get back.

Pink, age 33, 30 weeks today with baby No.1 and Team Pink Smile

StarkyTheDirewolf · 21/06/2016 19:59

I shall keep shtum leonie all I shall say is, whilst trying to be as vague as, it is not all sweetness and lighthearted anymore. And quite traumatic in places. Not something to watch when sleep deprived/hormonal/off kilter.

Loving how everyone is signing in from beautiful places in the world! Grin

Truly excellent news about the house potato Woohoooooo! Ceeelebrate good times, come on! Grin

bunch was it you that gets gaviscon equivalent on prescription? I'm having a mare with acid reflux/heartburn/indigestion this week! Got a midwife appt tomorrow (supposed to be 16 week but am 18 weeks) and am definitely going to have to ask because im going through rennie like they're going out of fashion!

Did anyone get to listen to baby's heartbeat at their 16 week appt? I don't know if they do it in my area so I'm not getting my hopes up.

Mileymoocow · 21/06/2016 20:04

I'm keeping all of OITNB for maternity as well as game of thrones! Never seen either but everyone keeps telling me I'm missing out.

pink hope you're having an amazing time!

starky I'm not a crier either and I cried on a walk with OH and the dog because he didn't want to go the way I wanted to go! I have never in my adult life cried in public until the psychotic side of pregnancy reared it's ugly head. Some days you just need to blubber and then eat a shit ton of chocolate.

Mileymoocow · 21/06/2016 20:08

starky I think most midwives do offer at 16 weeks though they do stress it's not routine and that they don't normally do it until 20 weeks or so because sometimes it's difficult to find the heartbeat. Also shit news about the heartburn, it's a butch.

StarkyTheDirewolf · 21/06/2016 20:11

I've been horrified miley I had to go pretend to have a poo because I was so upset about possible chance of living in British soviet Russia! Dh heard me and asked if it was my piles playing up, which made me laugh, but also fart and then I cried again because he cared about my piles! I'm a liability today! He's gone for Chinese, I move been left in charge of dvd choice because, in his words "whatever I choose will be wrong, you've been a nightmare today and I don't want to inflame the beast again! But I may strangle you in your sleep!"

So we're going to watch pitch perfect 2, because we've not watched it yet and pitch perfect is our favourite! Acabelieve it!

ElleSarcasmo · 21/06/2016 20:15

Elle, 35. 17+1 with a little pomegranate! Expanding rapidly too.

Crying at fanny daggers and arse javelins!!

Sorrento sounds gorgeous Co5mo, I love Italy.

Bunch love the babywearing coats! Cute and practical.
