potato I've had 4 triple chocolate cookies today and am in no mood for food so you can feel free to share the pizza I've ordered for our tea!

Aww feefs! That's a cute little bump! I do love it when people start showing.

Also stretch marks. I'm suffering early (noticed my first one at about 22 weeks) but I expected it as I had them quite badly during puberty. I've been layering on the bio oil which has helped with itchiness especially on the old bosom.

Mileymoocow · 26/06/2016 19:31

bunch thanks! I always forget to try that trick. Iced water is imminent.

Evergreen17 · 26/06/2016 19:53

Wwwwwoooowww what is this boob liquid talk?? I thought you only had milk after baby is born BlushBlushBlush

PotatosMum · 26/06/2016 20:20

Miley just call the midwife. Better safe than sorry and nothing gets babies moving like having a monitor put on them while you explain they aren't moving Hmm

Thanks for the offer of food but I gave up waiting to be fed and cooked fish and chips. It was bloody gorgeous!!!

leoniethelioness · 26/06/2016 21:09

Hope you are alright, Miley.

I've not had much movement this weekend either but I have been fairly busy and my placenta is rubbish too. It makes me feel quite fed up.

Sodasoda · 26/06/2016 21:17

Thanks for the advice everyone. I normally would probably be irritated (but he really hardly ever goes out that late) but not as annoyed as I felt last night / this morning so agreed it's probably delightful hormones contributing. He was apologetic and understood how I felt so we made up! No time to go out for nice dinner as we were going to a friends house for BBQ. I drove all the way there and back on the motorway so really proud of myself - feeling much more confident with driving now Smile

miley I've had plenty of days where baby is less active but makes up for it the next day. But if you're worried, definitely give midwife a ring.

I had boob leaking in night around 17 weeks bizarrely but nothing since then.

I've got the Sunday night blues hugely. Really busy work ahead of me. Urgh.

BunchOfBobs · 26/06/2016 21:18

Hope you're okay Miley.

Mileymoocow · 26/06/2016 21:26

Thanks ladies Flowers pretty sure I've felt a couple of small movements but if it's the same tomorrow I'll call the midwife. I don't want to be a worrier but I'm slowly realising it isn't an option when you're a mummy!

Heartburn is at an all time high and not even gaviscon is helping! Also OH is booking Dubai as we speak after a long chat and us both deciding he should go. We agreed he should go for 2 nights and I have the promise of a present on his return Grin

soda well done on the driving! That's amazing progress!

BunchOfBobs · 26/06/2016 21:38

Miley I wouldn't wait until tomorrow, if your concerned that things are different it shouldn't be put off to the next day. Don't mean to scare you sorry, just best to be safe.

shelbTa · 26/06/2016 22:01

Yeah I'd ring them miley - I know it feels like you're bothering them but you ain't. Glad you've felt a little something though - could you try eating something sugary too?

X

shelbTa · 27/06/2016 05:43

Morning

How you doing miley?

5am wake up for me, again, and feel like pelvis is being cracked open. Guna be a long day.

X

leoniethelioness · 27/06/2016 06:21

Hope you're well, Miley

Pretty sure I woke up every single hour last night... Tired now.

PotatosMum · 27/06/2016 07:12

Morning ladies, how are you all today?

Shelb definitely know the cracked pelvis feeling. Most of the time I'm walking around like an old granny at the moment Sad

Leonie sorry you had a bad night.

Miley how's the movement?

It's my first real day of pre-maternity leave holiday. Feels really weird, like I should be going to work, I'll be busy enough though as I've got to clean the flat top to bottom before the buyer visits this evening, change the bed and catch up on the course I signed up to a few weeks ago which I have fallen completely behind on.

Even so, I feel a bit naughty not going to work. Confused

Morning all. Missed loads while I was away, will try and have a good old catch up now. Hol was lovely though, although extreme heat gave me hilariously fat feet and fingers!

Hope everyone's doing ok. Miley, any more movement this morning?

ElleSarcasmo · 27/06/2016 08:32

Thanks for all the recommendations guys! I will check them out. I might start with the Argos one that Feefs posted as so cheap and would be nice for BFing if it fails as a pregnancy pillow.

Not looking forward to leaky tits! Confused I thought it was post baby too Ever.

Potato hope you will get time for some rest today as well.

Miley hope everything's ok.

Soda glad your OH has redeemed himself. It's good that you're happy driving too, one less thing to worry about!

Does anyone who's been to an NCT sale know what kind of things you can get there-is it just toys or can you get bigger items like prams etc? Our local one isn't till November, but we are planning to put off the big purchases until later on (if I can wait that long!)

I'm 18 weeks today and scan in 2 weeks...can't wait to see baby again.

BunchOfBobs · 27/06/2016 08:49

Morning all,

Hope all is okay Miley.

Welcome back Planet, hope you enjoyed your hols.

Shelb I know the cracked pelvis feeling very well, it's hideous and I'm sorry you've joined the ranks. Sitting on a birthing ball helps and change how you get in and out of bed. Keep your knees together and swing them out at the same time- same with the car.

Danni89 · 27/06/2016 08:59

Morning hope all is ok Miley.

elle- I went to my local NCT sale and they do pretty much everything (cots, prams, high chairs). I would just advise you to get there early

LisaTheSimpson · 27/06/2016 09:19

Another one hoping you're ok, Miley.

Sorry I haven't been around over the weekend. Been really busy with a few events.

Shelb, how are you doing these days? Is it painful/uncomfortable now the baby is so engaged? Hope you're not in too much discomfort.

shelbTa · 27/06/2016 09:42

Lisa - I'm well uncomfortable. I've joined bunch and potato in the cracked pelvis camp. My groin is on fire and there is some kind of continuos pulsing just above my pubic bone which I'm assuming is coming from baby's head! Bet you can't wait eh?!

Potato - I get what you mean by feeling naughty, it's legit though, enjoy it!!

X

LisaTheSimpson · 27/06/2016 11:26

Oh no, Shelb, that sounds horrible. I'm so sorry.

No advice, I'm afraid, but hope you can find some relief from it and it doesn't get any worse (same to Bunch and Potato as well, you poor things).

Mileymoocow · 27/06/2016 11:35

I'm so does your pelvis actual crack?! That sounds horrendous.

Thank you all for your concern lovelies Flowers I went to my pregnancy assessment unit this morning and all is ok with baby. Still no movement but heart rate is lovely and healthy so just being an awkward bubs. I'm less stressed now thank god. She did mention I'm measuring a little behind (24cm at 25+2) but didn't seem worried too much. Just wondering if anyone else has been measured smaller?

BunchOfBobs · 27/06/2016 12:11

Miley I'm so relieved. I've been thinking about you all day. I've no experience with measuring small, I'm measuring over 95th centile Shock. But yes I actually hear my hips crunch and crack. It's delightful!

Mileymoocow · 27/06/2016 12:35

Aww bunch sorry to worry you! I remember you saying you were measuring over 95th Shock I've done a little googling and decided that it's not something I'm going to worry about. I'll ask tomorrow (25 week midwife appointment typically!)
That sounds utterly horrendous and painful Confused still, only 7 weeks left for you Grin I'm ridiculously excited

LisaTheSimpson · 27/06/2016 12:58

So glad you're ok, Miley! I started to think the worst.

Ouch at the cracking and crunching, Bunch Shock Sending you lots of virtual ice cream and chocolate!

Has anyone had particularly bad earache as a symptom? I don't think it's affecting my hearing, but the inside of my left ear has been quite painful the last few days :(

shelbTa · 27/06/2016 13:32

Lad to hear it miley. I wouldn't worry about that, I think it's only a rough s
