I'm feeling a up and down of emotion and worry the same as a lot of you. So good to know I'm not the only one going a little crazy waiting for my 12 wk scan. Mine is Tuesday next week feel like the time is going past so slowly.

It was my dating scan today, the little beggar was being an awkward sod and won't lie still or flat got my EDD of 4th December for the next list update. 13+2 today.

Oh you lot are all just MARVELOUS wonderful woman, thank you so much to every single one of you who took the time to offer support and advice, it really has actually helped!! I am lucky to have a good support network and big family close by but especially with my dp right now I just throw anything he says back in his face (I'm a cow I know) it's just nice to have other ladies in the same boat, and it seems a lot of us are having similar feelings of anxiety that are probably quite normal! Re councilling I do actually see a therapist who is amazing and she's taught me about mindfulness too. I haven't seen her for the last couple of months or practiced any yoga either because I've been finishing off my teacher training (all done now thank the Lord) and hopefully I'll be back to exercise after tomorrow - not too much mind I might stretch to one class a week, ha! I also really like mindful meditation but sometimes I'm just like oh fuck this it's not working I'm gonna just go eat and sulk for a while!! Anyway I'm rambling sorry I haven't tagged people specifically I find this page difficult to navigate on my phone, but thank you thank you thank you x
