Thanks girls we home on Tuesday but yes I recommend anyone going abroad to stock up on calomile lotion it helped last night and the night before!! Normally my skin is super good but I defo think its down to being preggers!

Anyone else eating then getting full really quickly and can't finish? Found this since about 3'week ago I'm starving then I eat and just feel full after about 3/4 mouthfuls! Oh and constipation yes in with you guys pre pregnancy I was regular like clock work every day now I'm once every 3-4 days and it hurts when j do! How wonderful pregnancy is haha! Xxxxx

Found babies heartbeat for the first time tonight on my Doppler. Was lovely. Haven't been able to hear it till now. It was very faint mind. Quite high as well. Just below my belly button

I'm also in the constipation camp, pretty sure I have piles too but I don't really know as I've never had them before and I don't know what to do about it.

Wow,staffi, that is high! The midwife found it for me at 11 weeks and it was still in my pelvis!

oriana I'm suffering with horrible piles too. You can get an ointment called Scheriproct and it helps a lot. They're not fun!

banana me too, the 3 way anusol is safe to use in pregnancy.

My constipation issues seem to have been solved by drinking a litre of apple juice a day!

Is anyone else getting really bad headaches? I seem to wake up with a really bad headache every morning.

Electrica my due date is 9th Dec, my 12w scan is on Weds, this is my first and I've also had 3mc. What are the chances?!

Solomon it was very faint so thinking baby was somewhere else. I have been trying low down but have only heard my own heartbeat.

Oh my goodness barkingtreefrog that is such a coincidence! Good luck on weds, how are you feeling? I'm soooo excited/nervous never got this far before. Unforch I've got a throat infection right now and feel like absolute crap, so resting even more at the moment - bloody typical for me to get ill! Also get headaches! No constipation yet but eating like a horse I've put on sooo much weight

chapman this is weird, I seem to have had / be having everything you post about! Yes to being full very quickly! Went to an awesome restaurant yesterday and I didn't have a dessert. Unheard of! But I knew I'd just get heartburn and feel sick...

Scan at 9am on Tuesday! Can't wait to see the peanut again. Is anyone else being charged £4 per image print by their hospital? EPU just printed one out without us even asking but that was a different hosp to where we're booked at.

hannah yes my nipples are really big compared to what they were pre-pregnancy. I'm embarrassed by them at the moment and hopefully they will return to normal :/

Scan photos at my hospital are £5 for one or three for £10

We were always charged for scan photos in the UK. Here they just click print every time they see a good angle and we've got loads of different ones! Although there are also free teas and fresh coffee and fresh flowers in the waiting room, so I think they're still making enough money from our insurance payments.

Yep, I think it's £3 per picture for us too. In at 9am on Tuesday too Azure, can't wait!

We get a pic free but only allowed one at 12 week scan unless they are poor quality and if you get a nice sonographer, might get other poor quality pics. I think we have to pay at 20 weeks. EPAU won't give any pics here either.

Hello ladies!

I've been lurking for a little while but now we've had the 12 week scan, I feel I can take the plunge!

According to the dating scan, we're due 30th November but I was estimating more like 3rd December so I feel justified in staying in this antenatal group!

We joined a mumsnet group for our daughter (This will be our second - we already have a beautiful 19 month old daughter called Matilda) and it really was an incredible source of laughter and support. We're still in touch on a facebook group - all 60 of us and it is lovely to share the ongoing parenting experience.

We're team yellow - we like surprises!

Hello lovely people. My wonderful wife has just posted. I was a part of the last bus and am part of the Facebook group. Hope you don't mind me joining this one. As Mrsthedog says we have a little girl already and don't know about this one.
I haven't even lurked because last time I struggled to hold off my worries before twelve weeks.
Hope all are starting to experience less of the first trimester difficulties.
