Neha good luck for tomorrow, I'm on a trail drug to help fix the liver, some anti-allery meds for the itching, iron for blood but if it buys me at least another week I'm going to keep going.

I'm not very girly either julie very rarely wear make up and you won't often catch me in a dress (formal occasions only!) but I thought I'd better get a haircut in at some point before d day!

Oh and my little wiggler was an estimated 5lb11 at 35 weeks eastend so 5lb4 at 34 weeks sounds about right

eastend, ds was estimated to be 6lb 2oz at 35+3 and was born at 9lb 1oz at 40+0. That weight sounds perfect!

iam - eugh, I feel exactly the same about work, really struggling to care about it any more and it still feels like i have ages left.

AmI - fingers crossed the drugs help you.

Eastend glad you're back under mw care, I hope you get the experience you want,

I managed to wake up with a cold today, I don't know how but I always get them when it's warmer! It's annoying! We had visitors yesterday too which was lovely but I think I've stood around too long which combined with the heat has meant massively swollen feet - I look like an elephant, I don't gave ankles anymore! 3 weeks left at work for me too and really ready for it now.

I'm seeing my consultant tomorrow to discuss the birth and probably have a growth scan which is v exciting!
Last week the midwife suggested I could still labour in water but would probably have to deliver out of the pool due to my previous complications. I would be happy with that compromise. I did have a birth plan last time but it all went pear shaped in the end. I will have a plan this time but am probably a bit more relaxed about it because sometimes things are beyond your control!

Only 2 more Monday's at work and hoping for some quiet days in the office now. No one covering for me so some things are just stopping till I go back but someone will stand in to manage my staff so I just have to tie up loose ends and do all that filing I have been putting off.

Another growth scan on Thursday... After that the next time I'll see baby is when I'm holding him/her in my arms!! These last few weeks seem to be flying!

I found this link online which if you enter your weight and height at booking in it will tell you your estimated baby weight! It also asks for fetal sex do put f or m (lowercase) or leave blank if you don't know. There is a box for parity which is the number of children you have already.
It also tells you what baby weighs now at your current week of gestation.
I know these things aren't always accurate but it's a bit of fun
Oh and is shows birth and gestational weight in grams so you need to convert it to lb and oz.

Mine says baby is currently 6lb 4oz at 36wks and estimated birth weight is 8lb. We shall see how accurate it is soon X

36 weeks and I've just had to take my wedding ring off. It was a struggle to take off when I 'tested' it so figured better safe than sorry! Not bad though I had it off from about 25weeks last time!

Oooo that's interesting julie says baby is 6ib 2 at the moment, and will be just over 8ib when born. Will see how accurate it is when I have my growth scan on Thursday!
