Haven't had a call from the hospital yet so I'm crossing my fingers that the bloods came back ok.

Oh Ameilius I bet you are so worried and understandably so. My understanding is that high risk results come back very quickly, so the longer it takes to hear anything the better. However, it could be with your family history they will prioritise you anyway. Thinking of you.

Got a question- anyone else feel constantly hungry? I mean it don't matter how nauseas I feel or how much I eat I just constantly feel empty! It's getting on my nerves now

Amelius I second FuzzyO, fingers crossed everything is well with baby, I have two friends who had aminios as their figures looked really bad, they've both got healthy children.
I've asked for all tests too, & am alternating between really feeling scared to not thinking about it.

Tiredmum I am constantly bloody hungry, and my stomach grumbles really really loudly constantly unless I eat so much I am completely stuffed, then I'm ok for a bit. Then it begins again!

Sorry you are going through this worrying time Amelius hopefully you will hear soon that all is ok.

Yep that's me fuzzy, I'm quite fed up of it tbh! Wake up in the night like it too but too tired to even consider going downstairs to eat

My scan was lovely. All fine, measuring perfectly 2 weeks on from my scan 2 weeks ago - 12+4, edd 13th nov - the day after my birthday!!

I'll be bowing out of this thread. Embryo was there, but max 6 weeks. I need to go back next week to check, but there is no way I'm only 6 weeks pregnant.

ameilius is there anywhere you can get to that does the harmony type testing? Try googling NIPT + nearest big city. Though I think you said you were a long way from big cities, so that might not be much help. I'm hoping that everything is OK, you're only just outside of normal and I think 13+6 is right at the end of the time allowed for nuchal testing.

Fingers crossed everything is fine Amelius. Have the hospital said you'll get some genetic counselling? The measurements are so so tiny at this stage, we're talking fractions of millimetres, so hopefully the measurements were a touch off.

Working today, been here an hour already and feel rotten. Had a panicky dream (about being late for work!) which jolted me awake at 4.30 and I couldn't get back off. Should be done by 5, all going well. Not had a proper coffee since the BFP but very tempted today! 😴

Also, who should I PM about the FB group?

Thank you all for your kind words. I'm feeling ok - have done so much googling - and see that the odds are in our favour and 3.8 isn't hugely too big so I'm hoping for the best. I think when we get the double test results we'll be offered counselling and advice on what to do next. Sadly the Harmony/Nifty test is illegal here and going back to the uk/a neighbouring country for the test isn't an option right now (time, money etc.)
