Wow! Thread number three.

Oh wow Littlegrey im pretty nervous about the scan already!

So excited for those of you who saw their gorgeous babies today!!

fedup and GreyCat, I also have my scan next Thursday on the 5th so we can all wait together! Can't come fast enough, I got myself worked up today. I've not had anymore spotting and that's got me worried, which is so stupid!

I'm having the most stressful time at work at the moment- I snapped at one of my staff today. He's bloody useless but it was unprofessional of me so feeling bad. Also feeling weird as my MS has literally disappeared overnight (after 4 weeks of puking 6 times a day minimum) I'm actually hoping it'll return to make me less worried!

Got my scan letter today- 17th May! So far away! We will be about 13 weeks then but hoping it'll be a good photo that late at least?!

Jam my nausea has been much better today than recent weeks... it is worrying but I guess the symptoms come and go and hopefully improve the closer to 12 weeks we get! Also, my scan is on 16th May so we're just a day apart! I'll just be 12 weeks then.

Oh that's good news Elderberries we can all keep each other sane! Mine is at 2.20pm so a long wait beforehand.

Mine's at 4pm fedup & elderberries, but I also had one last week to work out how far along I am so I'm feeling much calmer about it now! It'll be a long day that day waiting for it though... 4pm is a long wait from my 6am wake up!

Afternoon scans are horrible as your entire day is spent building up to it and frantically worrying.

I hope time goes quickly for all of you who have a long time to wait and everything goes well in the meantime.

Mine's next Wednesday, luckily at 8.30am. Going to be a long few days but glad there's a bank holiday weekend coming up. 11 weeks tomorrow so feeling quite positive, probably won't feel like that before my scan though.

Mines is Wed 4th too and is at 2.30! Am going to work in the morning so will at least be distracted then. Will be 13 weeks so hoping it'll be easy.

Very jealous of all you ladies with day time scans! Ours are all out of hours - I've got the first slot on Thursday which is 5:30pm.

Dear everyone, lovely to see all the scan news -- congratulations and good luck to everyone coming up tomorrow. Seems lots of good vibes around, which is nice after some tough weeks for lots of us.
Mine's on Thursday and today I got my baby on board badge so all starting to feel a little more real/more nerve wracking.
Just been out with DH for a date night for first time since what feels like last century. only to cinema near house and I felt ick, but good to do something normal/outside.

Yay copper, someone else with a late scan! I'm so jealous of everyone having theirs already! Mine is at 1.45pm so I'm sure the day will drag beforehand.

So after my miraculous day of no MS yesterday, I thought I'd get up at 6 to get some work done early before the school day starts. However, I've just spent the last 20 minutes being really sick and not being able to leave the bathroom. And now just wobbling around the house feeling sorry for myself. I briefly considered taking a sick day but I just have so much work to do that I can't! So, looks like I'm back on the fun MS train! 2 and bit more weeks til I'm out of this bloody trimester. Then hopefully it will start to ease up! Pregnancy glow, my ass!

So happy about the good scan news.

I Think the waiting and the build-up is the worst. My best scan was at 10 weeks where the midwife just said she could do a scan if we were worried, 5 mins later we were looking at our baby on the screen. Totally unexpected, so absolutely no time to worry about anything.

I just had a normal yoga session that no one else turned up to so I had a surprise private prenatal sesh. It was awesome. The yoga woman said if she could recommend anything, do squats everyday as those are the main muscles we'll need when the time comes. Also, practice relaxing your belly as much as possible.

DH is back overseas again this week with work so really have to concentrate on feeding myself properly else it'll be minute noodles and beans on toast all week.

Can someone pass me a grip, please? I've just walked past the junior doctors and all the cars beeping has made me cry. Need to compose myself before I walk into the office!

That's good Bolly although I am hoping to meet some new friend at my prenatal yoga class, so hope a few more attend when I begin.

I slept terribly last night, dreaming about the scan. Scan nerves have never started this early for me before. Worried something is wrong.

Is anyone else finding sleeping really difficult? My DH is getting on my nerves something chronic, last night I was raging internally because he dared sleep within 2 inches of me and I felt like he was breathing really heavily just to piss me off

Yay such wonderful scan news! Good thoughts and deep breaths to all having scans today or this week :) Mine's not until the 13th May so I've got an age to fret about it!

A FB friend of mine announced her pregnancy yesterday and she's due in November too, I'm pretty sure she uses MN so I'm wondering if she's in this thread now. Although I might be mistaken, I can't remember if it was MN she was on or NetMums

Cake, yes totally! If DH even thinks about touching me I go nuts and not in a good way! Totally unreasonable of me but I can't help it. Plus I keep waking up at 4am and can't get back to sleep. V annoying.

Completely, Cakes, I'm getting the rage too. I keep waking up at 4am on the dot to pee, and then need to eat something (and then the bloody cat demands to be let out) so by the time I get back to bed I've half woken, and even the sound of DP breathing is enough to make me want to throttle him. I've started putting the earplugs in

Last night I burst into tears because DP didn't make enough stir fry. I really wanted it, and was so happy that I fancied eating something healthy, and then he mucked up the portion sizes and mine was too small and I couldn't even have any of his as he'd put more 5 spice on his portion

Slumber my scan is on the 6th also 3:20pm what time is yours?

Had scan today and so far all looks good! I'm a little further along than I thought which I'm not complaining about so my official due date is 30th Oct. however my previous two have both arrived late so hope you guys don't mind me sticking around x
