Wow! Thread number three.

I cried seeing my DD being lovely with a horse today! Hormones!!

So tired today. DH is on nights, DD was up at 5 and when he got up this afternoon I had a nap!
I came to bed at 8 but I've been catching up on I player bits.

fuzzyo good luck with the scan today, is it the 12w one?

I've got mine on Thursday and I'm getting really quite scared

After a good weekend symptom-wise, I woke up this morning feeling like I've been hit by a bus. I've swapped my WFH day and gone back to bed.

Guess I really must have overdone it Saturday, I even had a 3 hour nap yesterday yet still feel rough today. This growing a person stuff is hard going.

Thanks everyone. Yes, it is my 12 week scan. It feels slightly surreal today but in many ways it will be a relief to finally know if everything is ok or not. I just wish I could bypass the actual scan and get to this evening straightaway.

It's Monday early evening where I am and god have I felt like crap all day
I'd been feeling so well I thought the MS was easing off but it's hit me hard today. Just feeling tearful and very sorry for myself! Moan over...

Ooh good luck everyone! My scan isn't until next Monday so will love to see your photos until then! Fingers crossed.

I think last week was the most tiring yet but have been feeling less like a 90year old over the weekend. Very strange being completely out of puff just walking down the road.

I was getting a little worried at sharp abdomen pains but have convinced myself that it's early round ligament pain. Only looked it up because people mentioned it yesterday so please keep the weird symptom descriptions coming! Feel so reassured that others are experiencing the same type of things.

Can I come and join in?

LMP makes my due date 15th Nov. This will be DC2; DD is 3. Scan booked for Thurs 5th. Generally feeling pretty well, but getting seriously impatient.

Hi everyone, I hope those of you who have had or are having scans today all have lovely positive news to share! I'm getting anxious and excited about my scan on Wednesday, so hope all's ok.

I've started to get a bit more energy over the last few days so hoping I'm turning a corner as I approach 12 weeks. Had a terrible allergic reaction to my friend's cat yesterday though which wiped me out - my allergy isn't normally too bad but think I'm super sensitive now I'm pregnant, especially as my sinuses have been really stuffy/irritated over the last week or so. I've also been getting the pains when sneezing (which was pretty constant yesterday!). I've also read that sinus problems/stuffy noses are a pregnancy symptom - who'd have thought?

Thank you everyone. I am now absolutely terrified. Why can't all scans be restricted to the morning so at least it is over early?

I had a sinus problem early on flamingo and have a constantly stuffy nose.

We had a great scan, Sprout was moving about, it was incredible to see. They've put me forward a few days too, so now I'm due on 5th Nov! On top of the world right now!

I had joined the December ladies but somehow miscalculated my dates and was told today at booking my due date is. Nov. 22nd

Not sure when my scan is as I left it all Abit Late but I'm around 9 weeks?

Afternoon all!

Tarts, I had the dizziness for a while and actually ended up fainting a few times, which was mildly terrifying. I had a sinus infection which combined with low blood pressure to make it all horrible, but it might be worth at least a telephone chat with your GP about it? It is horrible, you have my sympathies

Had our scan this morning which took HOURS because the little tyke didn't want to play ball We were in and out three times over an hour and a half, lots of walking and eating chocolate and variously emptying and refilling my bladder before it eventually decided to move from being head down and let us get the nuchal measurements. Then there was a separate wait for bloods to be taken, and then a very bizarre chat with a midwife which was essentially about nothing, so we were there for two and half hours in total Still, all is good, baby seems happy so I'm relieved.

EDD has now moved to 27th October, as I expected - I've always felt I've fallen pregnant on something ridiculous like day 3 or 4, and moving my EDD forward a week shows that I was right on that one. With an ELCS as well I'll probably be nearer mid than late October but I'm going to stay with you guys

Thurlow - we are EDD date twins, with by the sounds of it similarly awkward babies. They had to measure our heartbeat through the scalp

Yay had my booking appt today with a lovely midwife. She let me cry all over her about last birth and has left me feeling a lot more positive.

Today has been a great day for scans! I feel really bad about all my complaining about no symptoms now when everything is fine with the baby. So relieved though.

Hey ladies

I have been a-lurkin' for a few weeks (as I did on the TTC boards, trying to remain a sane person) but am ready to plunge in! I think I am 11+1, MW thinks I am 12+1. Having a compromise scan tomorrow and have spent all weekend convinced it's going to be a disaster, including a dream when I went to a hospital to say I thought I was having a mc, to which they replied 'you were never even pregnant, you idiot, we looked at your blood tests'.

Apart from POAS and come-and-go symptoms it's so weird to have had no external corroboration that you have a small person in you. What if I did make it all up?! If I ever have another pregnancy I'm getting an early scan, fo sho!

So basically terrified about tomorrow but also desperate just to know either way.

Spindelina we are scan date buddies with the 5th. I'm due on the 13th Nov but I'm sure this will be pushed back due to longer cycles than the traditional 28.

Feeling much better this evening, I ended up sleeping for another 4 hours this morning - no wonder I felt rough when I woke up!

Hope everyone is ok and symptoms are starting to ease off a little.

I am going to get my maternity clothes down later this week and have a look online for a few new clothes. Tempted to splash out and have a scan at 16 weeks now as well...
