Morning everyone.

Sorry i haven't replied. I lost the baby on Sunday. Had contractions and miscarried at home before being rushed to hospital for help with the remaining tissue. I'm a bit lost to be honest not really feeling too much yet think I'm still quite shocked. Heads all over the shop....

Wishing you guys all a happy healthy time in the next few months Flowers x

IndiX · 04/05/2016 09:23

Morning everyone!
Oh bunch sorry about your bump pain, do you think it could be muscle related as potato says?
Potato I can't remember the last time I slept right through at night. My dreams are getting more and more vivid too. I'm sure there is nothing to worry about with the house but yes it is annoying this limbo stage when there is nothing you can do.

So I'm 17 weeks today, I started feeling a few 'pops' over the last few days, literally like pieces of popcorn and my tummy feels bubbly too but I always put that down to wind or digestion. The pops definitely didn't feel like anything I've had before..little Beanie is getting active I think!
Here's my 17 week bump, I'm just about starting to round out..I have my holiday in 2 weeks so hoping I'll look a bit more bumpy by then and not just like I've eaten a load of carbs Grin

shelbTa · 04/05/2016 09:23

Oh peaches, I don't know what to say, I'm so sorry to hear that. How are you?...stupid question xx

IndiX · 04/05/2016 09:25

Peaches i am so sorry!! I didn't see your post before I posted mine. Please look after yourself, I am so sorry. Sending you lots of love X

StarkyTheDirewolf · 04/05/2016 09:40

peaches I'm so sorry mate, look after yourself and take it easy Flowers

indi lovely little bump.

Into day 3 of constipation. I'm going to have another nap and then sit in the back garden. Need to dig the fake tan out of the wardrobe and get a bit of colour on me thinks. Feeling fat, bloated and pasty, Blergh! Grin

Peaches8Posies · 04/05/2016 09:46

Thanks. Just feel kind of in limbo. My mum says I'm still in shock she's probably right. Guess like any grieving process you just have give yourself the time you need. My OH has taken time off so I'm well looked after. Being in the emergency unit and experiencing this certainly makes you appreciate pregnancy and our bodies more than ever. X

PotatosMum · 04/05/2016 09:49

Peaches I'm so sorry, please look after yourself, I know it's hard but try to remember that these things really do happen for a reason. I really hope we see you back here soon with better news. FlowersChocolate

Indi that's a lovely little bump and glad you're starting to feel movement. Those early ones are hard to define but pretty soon you'll be being battered every which way Wink

Stark you might not need the fake tan. One of the weirder pregnancy symptoms is that you'll tan much easier... Just be careful, sun exposure during pregnancy can make your face tan in blotchy patterns Confused

I'm usually a factor 50 sat in the shade kind of gal potato with my colouring I look like I'd tan but I've got the most sensitive skin ever, but I'm reckoning an hour in the garden with some shorts on can't hurt, all my freckles are coming out anyway, ill look like Pippy Longstocking soon!

peaches you probably are still in shock, it's an awful thing to have to go through, be kind to yourself and take it easy Flowers

LisaTheGreek · 04/05/2016 10:15

leoniethelioness · 04/05/2016 19:47

So sorry to hear your sad news, peach. Please look after yourself. I'm so sorry you're going through this.

Feef I was/am really worried about telling work but everyone has been lovely. I'm quite young too (27) and I've only been in my job since September (but the same employer for over 2.5 years) so I was really nervous but it's been fine. Whenever I worry about the impact on my career of having a family early on I think about the benefits of right now (mostly that it'll mean Pepper has more time with us/its grandparents). I'm 19 weeks and told a lot of people for the first time today so don't feel you need to rush to tell people.

Newmrs22 · 04/05/2016 20:03

Oh peaches sorry to hear that. Take care. Let everyone look after you.

PotatosMum · 04/05/2016 20:05

How's everyone doing this evening? I'm really feeling the round ligament strain at the moment, that coupled with my fibroid is driving me slightly mad... I'm sure Potato must weigh more than the apps tell me she should!

So, I let the EA I'm purchasing with convince me to see their mortgage advisor today... He was rubbish! Granted he came to my house but he had only prepared one quote, hadn't looked around and compared different options to see which would be the most cost effective and when I asked what we did next he handed me an inch thick stack of forms and told me to fill them I. And he'd come collect them and get his administrator to make the application... After he left I looked on line and found that the mortgage he advised was available to the general public, all you had to do was fill in the same firms online. So what exactly am I paying him for???!
I shall be going back to th

Oops! Posted to early

... I shall be going back to the more expensive but also more competent mortgage advisor at my selling EA. what a waste of time.

Sorry for your loss peachesFlowers glad your DH is being a good help. Take it easy.

Hopefully I'm wrong about work potatoesmum and leonie but I think not probably! Not sure I'll make it to 19 weeks without telling anyone though as I wear a uniform that's already a bit snug.

PotatosMum · 04/05/2016 21:27

OMG have just found out that OHs stb exw has been looking at our new house on right move, trying to find floor plans, looking it up on google maps and doing drive bys of it Shock
Err... Stalker!!! Apparently she just likes to know what other people have but it kinda makes my skin crawl.

potato mate, there's interested as curious, and yen there's fucking weird! She sounds deranged!

Dh's ex (dss mum) is likely to hit the roof when she finds out I'm preggo, she still call me 'that bit of skirt' been together 3 years and married or ignores me/my existence completely. But then she refused point blank to let ds come to our wedding then told him "daddy didn't want you there, he didn't invite you". She's never clapped eyes on me. She will be more angry that he's dared to have another (dss is 13) and to make sure it doesn't affect her money.
