Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 45th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The 44th grads thread is HERE

The thread we have graduated from is HERE in its 58th outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread HERE
for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

HERE is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates.

Jealous of your cola thurs... I heard Pepsi Max Cherry is good but it just seems... wrong somehow. If I were there I would be whiffing your rum like a weirdo. Grin

ThursdayLastWeek · 20/02/2016 22:24

Amaretto & cherry Coke mmmmmmmmmmm

Man, I can't WAIT for after March 4th Grin

CarrotPuff · 20/02/2016 22:26

Sky I'm jealous of your waddling speed. I get overtaken by 80yos...

Baby has gone a bit mental. I think it's shaking pom-poms for honey's imminent labour, doing some weird womb dance and trying to break through at the same time. I'm also getting lots of pressure in my bum...

SkyWasMadeOfAmethyst · 20/02/2016 22:28

Remind me how far along you are carrot?! HmmSmileGrin that sounds promising!

ThursdayLastWeek · 20/02/2016 22:37

carrot! Omg, aren't you 38 weeks ish??
I'm not sure honey will be impressed if you leap frog her at this late stage Grin

CarrotPuff · 20/02/2016 22:49

Haha don't get so excited viroids. At least I'm not. Yes, I'm 38+2.

As much as I wanted to have a baby sooner rather than later, now that I'm on mat leave I don't mind it cooking for a bit longer...

fruitlovingmonkey · 20/02/2016 23:16

Wow, it's all going on here today. Could be a very exciting week for the shaggers.
Thurs I'll trade your badly behaved DS for a badly behaved DH if you like? Seriously has been like dealing with a fucking toddler tonight. If only I could drink all the gin.

lildottie · 21/02/2016 00:10

Thanks sky, some days I really do have to pinch myself to believe we are actually here! Glad you've got past the initial sugar crash and are feeling better.

Thurs not given up on or started to try and sort crib yet, this is for when bean is older and goes into own room. Got a cot bed too so it will last a while hopefully.
Sorry you've had a rotten day. At least you can blame the tears on the hormones though right! Hope the Chinese has helped you feel better! We've been out for dinner with friends and I feel fit to burst...3 courses plus candy floss = bad idea!

honey hope you've had plenty of rest tonight and things progress well through the morning. Shaking all the pom poms for you.

fruit sorry for dh woes. Anything specific or just general toddlerishness?

honeysucklejasmine · 21/02/2016 01:40

Getting the odd tightening now. Popping the tens machine on and persevering with sleep.

SkyWasMadeOfAmethyst · 21/02/2016 01:57

Ohhhhhh come on honeydrop! I have woken to pee and needed to look and if you had news! Exciting! Exciting!

honeysucklejasmine · 21/02/2016 02:01

I'm a bit nervous now. What if I am a complete pussy with the pain? I always assumed I could handle contractions because of my endometriosis, but what if I can't?! I'll just reach for the gas and air of course but it's a point of pride. Wink

2 hours until we get up to shower and head in. Eek.

SkyWasMadeOfAmethyst · 21/02/2016 02:31

honey think of it like skiing... there is only one way off that mountain. You're gonna make it no matter what you have to do to get there. There is no shame in having the drugs if you need them, whatever helps you to feel calmer and in control is what's right for you. You can do this. You ARE doing this.

Sending you a big hug xx

FeatheredTail · 21/02/2016 03:27

You guys have made 3am insomnia extremely entertaining:

"I pretended not to speak English in the ladies at Liberties today"

"i am jealous of your waddling speed Sky"

Grin

God, that rum sounds good right about now Thurs.

Honey you'll handle as much pain as you're meant to and you're well prepped for the long ride/endurance side of it with your endo. Star

ThursdayLastWeek · 21/02/2016 05:03

Checking in from a pee stop to cheer for baby honey.
If I can handle the pain, you can. Coz im a pussy and you're well 'ard but I'm still here and doing it all over again.

Good luck!

Peenut · 21/02/2016 05:22

GrinBrew entertainment for the small hours! Must remember the not speaking English tactic Sky!

I like the downhill skiing Honey - you're on that slope and it's gonna be a crazy ride! (Remember there are always ski lifts in the form of pain relief if you need it.) God luck, um, now! 5am induction!

Well I'm awake thanks to DH, or should I say DN (dear nob). Went to see Foals this eve. Had so much fun dancing around and had to laugh (and feel delightfully snug) when some guy in the bar queue asked if I was a student and if I had travel plans, maybe south east Asia. He was about 22 and bless his young little face when I said I was actually having a baby! Grin I did then explain that outside of the dim lighting it is more apparent I am 35! Felt about 83 and was surely the only pregnant person there ... Or I assume so as most girls were wearing crop tops.

Anyway gig finished at 10:30, I was knackered and DH fancied another pint so The words ' why don't you stay in town for a bit' actually left my mouth. I should know better.

Queue 4am knock on the door because he can't find the key I had to leave outside for him. Ridiculous behaviour!!! 4am!!! WTF? I meant a pint or two not dancing on tables like some looser who isn't having a baby.

I look forward to the day out/night away we had planned today before scan on Monday with him hungover to death. NOT.

honeysucklejasmine · 21/02/2016 05:23

Thursday I think that says more about your mental state than anything else! Grin

In induction suite. Obs being done.

honeysucklejasmine · 21/02/2016 05:24

I love skiing BTW. I have my own boots etc and everything but haven't been for a while as its so pricey!

Best place I ever skied was BC, Canada.

ThursdayLastWeek · 21/02/2016 05:36

I went to Whistler for a few days but couldn't actually afford to ski Blush

Sorry about idiot husband pee - what a wally, make him pay tomorrow! Maybe swap him for that lovely kind visually impaired boy?

I thought I woke up at 5 because I needed to pee but there's been a dog barking incessantly for the last half an hour so think that's what woke me up. Now I can't get back to sleep. I love dogs, but this one wants to chill the fuck out.

You're quite right honey, I'd say my mental state is currently 'compromised' so perhaps I'm not the best example Wink
You'll be grand. It will hurt, but that's why they have pain relief.
You're going into this with waters gone and tightening a already, that's such a head start!

fruitlovingmonkey · 21/02/2016 07:44

Yay Honey almost there! Love the ski analogy. I guess giving birth would be like learning to ski, feeling out of control and pain but really worth it afterwards. I love skiing. One day I'm going to go to Japan, the combo of powder skiing, Japanese food and onsen would be right up my street. Has anyone been?
Comisserations Pee from someone else with a knob for a husband. Mine has friends staying and got stupidly drunk and was a dickhead and then let me go home on my own so he could stay out again. Apparently a lovely dinner with friends is an appropriate time to basically tell me that none of his family like me. He then came home, not too late this time and passed out without noticing that I was lying in bed crying. He keeps apologising but this pattern of get drunk/ be an insensitive dickhead/ apologise profusely is wearing thin now after the third or fourth time.
Cheer us up with happy baby news please!

ThursdayLastWeek · 21/02/2016 07:58

Oh no fruit! What a nobbber husband too!
Again, I hope you're able to make him pay today - can everybody start cooking something really smelly. Or turn the to up v loud?

Mine own husband has got up with DS this morning and is taking him swimming. Probably a good thing for village politics otherwise I might be inclined to find that bloody dog and euthanise it. Or it owner. Angry

5hell · 21/02/2016 09:16

thinking of you honey! hope things are progressing well - can't wait to hear the big announcement! Grin

exciting (and slightly scary) to hear of others' BH/pressure/cramping...good job I'm bottom of the list because I'm so not ready!

pee/fruit so sorry about knobbish hubbies....hopefully you can make them pay they will make it up to you both later Flowers

had a nct coffee meet-up yesterday, which was v nice as we don't actually get that much time to chat at the classes. then did a bit of baby shopping - got bouncer, changing mat, thermometers, blankets etc :)

today is not starting so well though...constipated.com :(

Morning!

honey my sil was worried about labour being worse than lupus pains but she said because they weren't constant, or there's a mini break between contractions it was actually easier. So hopefully you'll be done from already dealing with all IR pwm previous pains. If not take the drugs. No one cares if ur a hero!

5hell hope you get to do a pooh baby soon!

pee/fruit ltbs. Why do grown men think this behaviour is acceptable!?! And fruit wtf?! So what if his family don't like you, supposedly he does "like" u if he's having a baby with u so why does it matter what his family thinks! Fwiw my mil reluctantly tolerates me for fear of dh not speaking to her if she kicks off at me again!

Thurs I can't cope with dogs incessantly barkomg like that. There used to be a really happy one where we used to live. They kick it out at 6am and it would start. Of have gone and given them a piece of my mind bit couldn't figure out what house it was. Did scream at them from the window as they were letting it in once and it slightly improved after that!

CarrotPuff · 21/02/2016 09:25

Sorry about knob OHs. Mine can be an arse too sometimes.

Honey hope the silence means things have really kicked off! PUUUSHHH!

Had pancakes for breakfast. Going to farmers' market later. Just need to have that shower now...

KateBeckett · 21/02/2016 09:29

Oooh honey hope things are progressing nicely!

pee and fruit oh dear... I hope they both realise they've been nobbers and try to make amends! Where are you off to pee and yay for scan on Monday! Are you going to find out?

I had an entertaining half an hour yesterday looking at name berry to try and find something we both like... 'Schleppy' is now top of the list, closely followed by 'ponce' and 'science' Grin Grin Grin

Peenut · 21/02/2016 09:47

Aw Fruit! What a super turd DH! I hope you withdraw all access to cups of tea in bed and eat all the bacon butty ingredients before he wakes up!! I realised last night that being around pissed people when you are stone cold sober is not much fun - they do and say stoopid selfish stuff. That's really insensitive of him to say that stuff to you!!! AngryFlowersChocolate

Good suggestion Thurs, may trade him in for the sweet 'I'm having a gap year to find myself' queue boy!

Doing a little dance for Honey! Baby birthing klaxon poised ...
