Loving all the scan pictures. I'm getting excited for mine. Should have my appointment soon. Had my booking appointment today and my blood pressure is through the roof, so been put on tablets. Feeling like poop tonight so curled up in bed. Had a bit of a cry earlier, stupid hormones.

laughingGnomette · 19/11/2015 09:10

Morning insomnia would you kindly JOG ON?!! I'm tired 24/7 as it is and I really do not need to be woken up in the early hours every morning!! Angry
Many thanks.

Has anyone else lost all interest in work? I used to absolutely love my job (teacher) and now all I can think about is the baby and going on maternity leave. 7 months to go! Roll on Christmas!

BiffleRoo · 19/11/2015 10:46

Looks like my marriage might be over. Don't know where to start in sorting out housing. Feel lost and terrified.

mrsmugoo · 19/11/2015 11:02

Biffle - is this sudden? Are you ok? Do you have some RL support?

Mrspopper · 19/11/2015 11:06

Oh my god biffle. You poor thing. Write it down here it might help. We can brainstorm together xx

nehagarg · 19/11/2015 11:19

Oh no Biffle ... Thats so sudden. I am so sorry ... Where are you based? I am sure we can all help out in one way or another.

Aww biffle thinking of you xx

Today I've managed to shower, kids to school, exercise class and just made scrambled egg on toast - I couldn't eat it all but still better than nibbling on a rich tea bicci yay today is a long overdue good day !!

laughingGnomette · 19/11/2015 11:39

biffle Flowers I'm so sorry. I hope you have some RL support. We're here for you in a virtual sense if you need to get anything off your chest xx

MagicDucky · 19/11/2015 11:48

Oh no I'm so sorry Biffle, we're all here if you need to talk ThanksBrewxxx

MollieRos · 19/11/2015 12:11

Oh Biffle have a hug. Hope you're doing ok. Do talk about it on here if you want to.

mrslewis2015 · 19/11/2015 12:26

I'm so very sorry biffle I hope you are ok, sending my thoughts your way xxx

obsessedlex · 19/11/2015 12:38

Oh biffle this sounds awful, def second using our virtual support on here but one thing I would add now - tell me to p off if you like - but why on gods earth should you be the one sorting housing? you, bump and kids surely should stay put and he should be finding somewhere else??
Look after yourself, don't make any rash decisions and I would seriously stay put in the house - possession is nine tenths of the law and all that.
Virtual hugs and chocolate and tea and biscuits xxxxx

bikingintherain · 19/11/2015 12:42

Biffle we're here for you. We're happy to listen but also feel welcome to say nothing. We can cry with you, rage with you, talk about the price of milk with you. Big hugs and Flowers.

cautiousoptimist1 · 19/11/2015 13:05

Oh that sounds awful biffle. Hope you have someone with you.

Feel free to rant, cry, scream and vent with us here, we are all here for you. Or if you need to think of other things, we can distract you with our over consumption of salt based snacks!

BiffleRoo · 19/11/2015 13:12

lex we live in military housing so I'm not entitled to stay. Have no support in RL and just sat here crying my eyes out.

obsessedlex · 19/11/2015 13:48

Biffle that sounds more complicated then - I'm afraid I don't know where you stand.

I've just done a quick google search and found this link (not sure if this will work -

www.army.mod.uk/documents/general/Meet_the_Army.pdf

On page 9 it talks a bit about the UNIT WELFARE OFFICER being on hand for the soldiers as much as their families for support with releationship/housing etc...

Not sure if that is something that you could explore? xx

jbiscuits · 19/11/2015 14:56

Hi everyone. Sorry I've not been keeping up with the thread. I'd been getting anxious the last few weeks in the run up to our scan, so was trying not to think about the pregnancy too much at all. Anyway we had the 12w scan yesterday, and it's all good news, so hopefully I'll start to relax a bit more and keep up with the thread better!

biffle that sounds really tough Flowers

GrubbyWindows · 19/11/2015 15:06

biffle I'm so sorry to hear! That is so shocking!
You have every right to be a blubbering weeping mess!

Even if you have no right to stay put, you cannot actually be evicted from one day to the next. The most extreme version being- change the locks and sit tight until you have a plan b in place. Citizens advice and shelter both have really good people who can help. m.england.shelter.org.uk/get_advice

Do you know your neighbours? People can be incredibly supportive sometimes and offer shoulders to cry on.

Oh my goodness what grim timing. Just argh. And hugs.

GrubbyWindows · 19/11/2015 15:08

Meant to say- nehag thinking of you!! Did your boss let you work remotely??? I hope so!

And yay all the lovely scans!

Stom91 · 19/11/2015 15:25

Hi all. New to the thread. I'm not sure if I'm end of June or July? I think I'm 7 weeks?

bikingintherain · 19/11/2015 16:38

Welcome stom, we're a nice bunch (except perhaps when our cravings aren't being satisfied)

Rose2806 · 19/11/2015 16:46

Oh Biffle that sounds awful, please make sure you are still looking after yourself. Isthere any family you and the children can stay with to get away from it all a bit and give you time to sort out what's happening? Lots of hugsThanks
