Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 40th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The 39th grads fred is HERE.

The thread we have graduated from is HERE in its 55th outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread HERE for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

HERE is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates.

Great news Molly!

Cars like mine are going for just shy of £2k on auto trader, but I imagine mine is not in an especially wonderful state. Dealers have offered £1300-£1500 for it, so will see what garage say tomorrow. We've used this garage for 25 odd years. Old chap knows me by name, what my car is, what it used to be, what work it has had done... Everything. Trust him not to rip me off so hopefully he'll offer me something decent for it. Although potential new car is an absolute steal so wouldn't mind if it was slightly lower offer.

MollyBloomYes · 20/10/2015 21:56

We've got a garage like that honey, whole family uses them, makes such a difference! Gx for new car joy tomorrow (though am intrigued as to how much space a clio would have for carseat, pushchair etc? Only thing perhaps worth considering is size of next size up car seat when they outgrow infant carrier, DS's is bloody enormous. Or do clio come in different sizes like the Megane?)

honeysucklejasmine · 20/10/2015 22:05

It's a five door and bigger than my current car, but will be checking against pushchair and how much room is behind me when the seat is adjusted etc. Can't buy tomorrow, need to retrieve money but be good to see what it's like.

Lil says she is starting to get ms. GrinSadEnvy

oneyorkshirepud · 21/10/2015 07:30

Ooh Yey for Ms Lil! (And bleurgh too)

Honey I love love love my clio but it only has 3 doors so when baby arrives DH will have it and I will have his shit car. Not happy!

jellypi3 · 21/10/2015 08:42

Yay for Ms lil :) it's her scan soon isn't it? In a week or so?

We've got a Peugeot 208 which our pram fits in with the wheels off. I'm a bit concerned about the next size car seat (hopefully small seat should fit) but I might get a new car by then. DP doesn't like the idea of getting a second hand car, but brand new ones are so expensive. We could trade this one in for about 6k and get a decent 2nd hand car for that.

I think I'm going to mention to mw about reduced movements on Friday. I'm still feeling baby kick and move but it's deffo less than before. I know it's almost certainly nothing to worry about but it's worth telling her I think.

honeysucklejasmine · 21/10/2015 09:15

Jelly love, if its worrying you enough to mention, I wouldn't wait till Friday.

Jcandy · 21/10/2015 09:26

It's always worth getting checked out for your piece of mind jelly

Hope the car is right for you honey I had an mot on my last one and within 3 days had bought another car as I realised the one I had was gonna start costing me loads of money. I love my corsa even if the boot is a funny shape!

Feeling pants again today. Nausea has come back with a bang. I thought it was tailing off. Taken the day off work to rest as I'm tired too and the nausea is always worse when I'm tired.

Yay lil for morning sickness! It's reassuring at that stage but hopefully it won't be too bad or last after the first trimester

jellypi3 · 21/10/2015 09:32

I just feel silly troubling them, i have felt her move in the past 24 hours just not as much as normal. I might give them a call and see what they say, but i'm at work in london now so can't really do much from here!

jellypi3 · 21/10/2015 09:32

sorry you're feeling rough jc :(

FeatheredTail · 21/10/2015 10:20

Sorry you're feeling rough JC. I'm feeling loads better, so perhaps it's a pass it on thing? There's only so much nausea to go round at any one time. Enjoy your day of peace and quiet.

pretzelpieces · 21/10/2015 10:46

jc sorry you're feeling poorly and hope it improves soon.

Hooray for good scan news and lil's ms Smile

pud Ugh that's rubbish about the rib pain. Bet you are counting down the weeks.

PS I've eaten 3 pain au chocolat in the last 24 hours. Blush

FeatheredTail · 21/10/2015 11:06

I could so eat a pain au chocolat right now Pretzel.

Dribbles

Jcandy · 21/10/2015 11:24

Mmmmm pain au chocolate....... even through the nausea I'm still hungry and eating helps. Just wish I could constantly eat but yet not put on vast amounts of weight!

Thanks feathered it's good to share Wink

jelly it's not about no movement it's about a reduction in what you feel is normal. I had a massive panic at about the same stage as you as the movement changed and I couldn't feel it as much, the baby had just moved position which is why it was different but it was a big relief to hear the heart beat and have teamed midwife tell me everything was fine.

MollyBloomYes · 21/10/2015 11:51

Definitely get checked out if you're concerned jelly in my experience they never mind and would rather be safe than sorry.

That's great about Lil. In a weird way! Sorry to everyone feeling rough.

Got c section scar checked yesterday as it's hurting so much. All fine but bloody hell it hurts! Feel like I'm being ripped apart. Still got ten weeks to go! On the plus side however it is the perfect excuse for a snuggly sofa day with my boy Smile

Hope everyone is OK on this rainy Wednesday-halfway to the weekend!

jellypi3 · 21/10/2015 13:22

Just phoned MAU and they asked me to go in so will let you know what they say :)

ThursdayLastWeek · 21/10/2015 14:06

Good luck jelly, I'm sure all will be fine, keeping all 20 fingers and toes about my person crossed for you Thanks

20 weeks today viroids! Huzzah!
Over halfway there Grin
(Sorry my stats are wrong as I don't know how to change them)

MollyBloomYes · 21/10/2015 15:33

Gx jelly!

oneyorkshirepud · 21/10/2015 15:57

Gx Jelly, I think at your stage baby may well have just changed positions but definitely best to get it checked out.

Yey for 20 weeks Molly!

Ha! Good work on the pain au chocolate Pretzel! That's impressive (and important nutrition for the baby too!)

Sorry to be an annoyingly smug teacher but it's the start of half term now! Woop! Grin 10 days off and planning to spend them all in the local swimming pool. 24/7. Might get a lilo. Hanging around at school now though as they have just interviewed for my Mat post and I want to see who gets it. Actually quite nervous!

honeysucklejasmine · 21/10/2015 16:38

Gx for you Jelly. Always better safe than sorry.

Car was nice. Not offering as much for mine as I would like but equally the new car is about £2k cheaper than it is elsewhere locally, so still cheaper over all. Will have to chat with DH.

jellypi3 · 21/10/2015 17:12

Back home! All good, hospital were amazing. Baby's heartbeat was fine and she was wriggling like a good 'un so they think she's just changed position. However my BP was high and I had 3 times the normal level of ketones in my urine so had to have blood tests etc. They said I need to eat more (shocker!!) And make sure when I'm at work in meetings I'm snacking.

So relieved all is OK though.

oneyorkshirepud · 21/10/2015 17:24

Good news Jelly, especially on the eating more front!

So I did an Asda click and collect for all the stuff I need for my hospital bag. I am at the store now and they can't find my order. The customer services man said 'Did you just order some lynx?', err no, do I look like I wear lynx? So I replied 'No, I ordered disposable incontinence pads, maternity sanitary towels and nipple pads' then did a bit smiley face. Ha ha haaaaaaaaa. Funny. Still waiting for my shopping though.

jellypi3 · 21/10/2015 17:40

I'd preggo rage at him pud
