Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 40th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

Here you are viroids! Lovely new title pretz! Hooray for the arrival of the batlet and huge relief that lilbeans are hopefully still ok. I was worried there when she wasn't on...

It's damn hot here. All of that worrying about hot baths and jacuzzis is clearly bollocks, this country is hotter than any jacuzzi I've used in the uk and people obviously reproduce here. I took the bump for a 20 min walk at 9am and was bathed in sweat and had to lie down in front of the aircon for 30 mins afterwards. Am planning on pool shortly (we've come out somewhere in search of pool and wifi).

I think it's hitting me now that I don't have a job anymore and I am going to be having a baby... All that packing was quite usefully blocking these truths out. DH being wonderful and it is lovely to be back in the same place but it is going to take me a while to adjust...

Hello Niff! I always thought that about the advice re; temp. And like BFing mothers not eating windy foods or whatever. Indian women (for example) seem to handle the heat and the lentils just fine!

I did parkrun this morning, and had to walk for the first time. I also rolled my ankle (on a flat bit ffs) so it's a little sore now, but nothing a bit of a rest won't fix

My Mum is making chocolate cola cake, my favourite! LOVE HER!! Staying at home this weekend and ended up on the sofa at 5am as I couldn't sleep in bed. Mum came down about 8 and tucked me in with a blanket. Still nice to be looked after by your Mum when you are 30, must remember that for this bambino!

Hello new thread! Excellent nct sale skills jelly, they are terrifying places but fantastic bargains to be had!

All the drama yesterday (well not really, more just faff). My friend from where we used to live was visiting, we were meant to be going to the farm. She's following me in her car and plows into back of me at a junction because 'she thought I was going to pull away'! Junction has a weird blind corner that iI was assessing with she didn't realise so just....kept on driving! I'm fine, DS is fine and after quite some time on ctg last night baby also seems happy. Car however is is not such great shape, probable write off, doubt the insurers will pay much for it and we need one with isofix for car seats! Just what you want two months before new baby and Christmas! Ah well, we're all OK and that's the main thing! Friend of course devastated! Never rains eh?!

So NCT was good, but I went for a bouncer. I found one, carried it round. Went to buy it... Label fallen off, can't sell. Grrr. They popped my phone number on it on a sticky label if seller wants to ring me. Gx!

Got a bumbo, some 0-3 vests and a few lamaze bits.

SIL gave me left over breast pads, mat pads and size 1 disposables, and another friend gave me play mat and bfing pillow. So it's all good!

Yup it's been an interesting month, hoping it calms down soon! Am now very zen about everything and completely going with flow. Totally unlike me and rather nice in acquired sort of way. And the courtesy car is LUSH, lots of dashboard toys, swanky Bluetooth phone music system thing, very shiny. Bit scared to drive it tbh would be just my luck I prang it
