Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 40th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

Thanks carrot! I've just picked up some trousers from next ... No proper bump yet but getting really uncomfortable so just giving in! I'll let you know what they're like, think they are 24quid and I'll probably wash and wear them nearly every work day.

Thanks gouda, she said generally they sort themselves out but if I get any severe pain I must go in as it may be twisting! So hoping that's a very rare occurrence!

Yeah the first tri tiredness was actually worse than when I had glandular fever. I was convinced that iron levels were low but nope, they were surprisingly high - random.

First day back at work done... It was awful my class behaved terribly, I spent the whole day being shouty teacher, feeling guilty for being shouty teacher, and worrying about small (womble stretchy pains seemed worse today, maybe because I was on my feet all day, being grumpy with kids and not napping?! Feels fine now!)

Popped to gp after work to see if they could shed any light on test results, and whilst they had nothing for 12w tests they did have my booking in blood results, so at least I know where I started at...all OK except slightly low lymphocytes

Tiredness seems to have eased again. Not enough to stop me getting on with stuff generally but more tired than normal.

Who asked if I'd be 10weeks based on LMP? LMP is pretty irrelevant for me as I down regged for 2weeks after bleed before 2weeks of stims hormones to grow the eggs. But based on fertilisation day being 2wks pg I'm 8wks tomorrow. But clinic date from transfer so I'm 3days behind that at 7+4 tomorrow where they are concerned.

Keeping all gingers crossed for you lil. I'm sure everything's fine in there, it's just a question of how many

carrot well cream only is what I was told but Google brings up conflicting advice. does anyone else think the system around medicines in pregnancy is just so unhelpful. Everyone's scared of getting sued and you can't tell what is genuinely likely to cause harm and what probably won't?

Hey pretz this site is Canadian and is affiliated with the Canadian equivalent of Great Ormond Street Hospital. You can search for over the counter treatments and get information on studies and advice that is more liberal than the UK. motherisk.org I find that I prefer to read up on here before making decisions on treatments.

Lots of scans this week, good luck scanners!
Still no sign of ginormobaby yet, had another growth scan yesterday and baby is measuring 10lb 6oz so seems baby is growing 1oz a day! Booked in for a section next Monday at 40+2 but hoping baby will make an appearance before then (as long as it doesn't rip me in half on its way out naturally!!!)
Oh and I've found next maternity trousers quite good and pretty cheap.

Consultant for me today, discussing elcs. Quite nervous, am sure last time she said I could have what I wanted but there's still that doubt, especially as I said I'd originally go for the vbac. Going in armed with reasons. And many many snacks to keep the boy quiet for the duration!
