After welcoming the Batlet, we're ready for Halloween, our bellies full of candy and almost nothing green! With accidentally bald fanjos, never-ending nausea, and delinquent babies, it's JS Grads 40!

Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 40th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The 39th grads fred is HERE.

The thread we have graduated from is HERE in its 55th outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread HERE for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

HERE is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates.

2 more sleeps!

oneyorkshirepud · 01/11/2015 09:15

Ooh scan week, yey!

Christmas cake is in the oven and smells lush Grin

SecondCupOfTea · 01/11/2015 09:57

Dammit Pud! Now I want to make a Xmas cake...maybe next weekend as already made a huge chocolate cake yesterday.

Has anyone else struggled with their super sense of smell? For the second week in a row I've had to peel shallots wearing my swimming goggles and noseclip, other wise I'm in floods of tears Hmm

FeatheredTail · 01/11/2015 10:05

Onto my Christmas Pud today Pud! Taking a lot of self control not to hum Christmas songs.

Tea hope you can take something that eases it? Poor you!

Lil - am doing the same thing with the countdown! You'll be 7 weeks right? Also did you just have new windows installed? Me too! Now faced with the problem that I can't get any of my old blinds up!!! Confused

Had a day of feeling NORMAL yesterday! Well, until about 830pm when I fell asleep for half an hour during "Spectre". Woke up again feeling refreshed Smile Not feeling too shabby today but really wish I had some annual leave to use before Christmas. Yawn.

CountryGal4 · 01/11/2015 10:19

Tea snap my super smell skills are insane!!! On the other hand it has affected my taste buds. Everything tastes really bland

goodnessgraciousgoudaoriginal · 01/11/2015 14:50

Hello everyone!

After the total faff with the passwords a few months back, I stopped coming onto MN for a while. I think it was after I was asked to change my password for the fifth time in five consecutive days.....

Anyway, nice to see some familiar faces are still about (yorkshire!), and a number of new ones. I've no intention of trawling through the no doubt hundreds of threads I've missed, but I hope everyone has been having a good time of it, and there have been lots of babies safely born Grin

I've only got a couple of months left now, and have the final scan coming up soon!

Welcome back gouda!

honeysucklejasmine · 01/11/2015 15:05

Gouda! Good to hear from you again!

ThursdayLastWeek · 01/11/2015 15:14

I actually saw my bump do a roll earlier - very exciting times Smile

I also just did some reading in elcs and realised that even though I'm having one I'm still terrified. Can someone remind me that childbirth is actually a teeny tiny part of becoming a mother please and that it won't last long.

pretzelpieces · 01/11/2015 16:15

Gouda! Good to see you again.

Thursday This is what I keep telling myself about labour but I'm still pretty much terrified. Hooray for rolling though!

Hi all, my family have been down for the weekend and have done loads of decorating in my house. I've mostly just sat and watched but yet I still feel absolutely shattered! Does anyone still have any energy left? Still got 6-8 weeks to go!

Welcome back gouda!

pretzelpieces · 01/11/2015 18:03

Sympathy jc, DP is moving in today and even though I've only carried some light ish things up and down stairs and hoovered his old place, I'm exhausted!

We're going for tapas tonight to celebrate 8 yrs together, yay! Halloween Smile

Hi again Gouda!

Jc lucky you having family who can decorate!! I wish I had 'handy' people in the family who could paint/restore/fix! Having to pay our handyman ££ to do our living room in a couple of weeks.

Day 2 of feeling NORMAL. Was enjoying it. Now really scared. Just praying everything is ok. Norks still big (one alarmingly bigger than the other - come on right nork, sort it ahhht!). I'm 11+4. Was this a turning point for feeling a bit better for anyone else......?

ThursdayLastWeek · 01/11/2015 18:09

Yes Feathered that's right on time Smile
You have a scan soon?

I'm off out in a mo for takeaway and a film with friends - totally child free yippee!

FeatheredTail · 01/11/2015 18:23

Thanks Tea. Scan on Thursday - really really want it to be Thursday NOW. Enjoy your lovely night of being a grown up!!

FeatheredTail · 01/11/2015 18:33

Oops, meant thanks Thursday and have a lovely eve!

jellypi3 · 01/11/2015 19:07

waves welcome back gouda

feathered yep that's about when most people stop feeling so shit :) although for me it went away then came back again.

i've been getting what can only be BH's today, tightening of the bump etc. Weird sensation, had it about 3 or 4 times. It's strange to think it's my body preparing for labour!!

CountryGal4 · 01/11/2015 19:21

The cats just used bump as a launch pad. Shitbag. I shouldn't be worried about that right?

honeysucklejasmine · 01/11/2015 19:46

Pretty sure Jelly's monster cats have jumped on her a lot.

MollyBloomYes · 01/11/2015 20:20

Welcome back Gouda! country I have no cats but a very lively 18 month old who sees the bump as an amusing toy. Keep telling myself it's very well cushioned in there!

Big family dinner for db's birthday. Definitely ate too much lasagne. I regret nothing

jellypi3 · 01/11/2015 20:31

country indeed honey is right, my monster cat has jumped on my stomach from varying heights and it's not affected me or jelly-baby yet (and monster cat is almost 8kg now so a big boy). Baby is pretty well padded so don't worry unless you get any bleeding or pain.

molly you are pg. No such thing as eating too much Wink

Baby is having a party tonight kicking and wriggling. It is so weird watching my belly move and change shape!

goodnessgraciousgoudaoriginal · 01/11/2015 20:54

Thanks all! Nice to see everyone is still doing well!

feathered - enjoy it whilst it lasts. You might find you feel fine for days on end, then end up vomming again later down the line. Totally normal.

country - Unless your cats are fully grown lions then I don't think you need to worry at all. I've been surprised how hard the midwives push down on the bump at check ups and scans, so it can't be that big a deal!

Thursday - The rolls are the best!!! I don't really get big kicks, so the rolls are the most noticeable movements. Doesn't it feel (and look) SO WEIRD?

jelly - how far along are you now? I'm around 31 weeks and don't think I've had any BH yet. I thought I did once, but then I did a huge fart and it stopped, so.....

jellypi3 · 01/11/2015 21:56

I'm 27+2 gouda :) not everyone gets them as far as I remember. They aren't the most comfy thing in the world (can't wait for labour lol)

lildottie · 01/11/2015 23:06

Evening all

feathered (i think it was ypu who asked!) hospital date from transfer when embryos were 3days old so I'll be 7+4 at scan. If I was dated from conception/fertilisation I would be 8wks at scan. I'm getting so impatient now! The ms is still nothing major but I have been nakered the last few days. My DM informs me I'm stupid and this is not a symptom. She obviously knows because she's had 5 children. I'm yeah whatever, I know a bunch of viroids who would argue otherwise! She did back down when I pointed out not everyone has every symptom, eg she didn't have ms but I do! hah!

WB Gouda, glad you're well.

SkyWasMadeOfAmethyst · 01/11/2015 23:26
