Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 40th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The 39th grads fred is HERE.

The thread we have graduated from is HERE in its 55th outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread HERE for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

HERE is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates.

Mine started kicking like a mad thing as soon as I sat down on a park bench afterwards to have my drink! Little man has been having a very lively day today, loads of wriggling and kicking going on any time I get comfortable.

oneyorkshirepud · 31/10/2015 15:10

Joining you on the naps Viroids. Have had a really productive half term week and have got lots done but KNACKERED now. Just managed a 3 hour nap (lovely) so going to sand some drawers, do skme more washing.... and then have have another nap!

Ordered car seat, base and adapters - Eep!!

lildottie · 31/10/2015 15:26

How are you all running? Since getting my bfp my ability to breath normally whilst walking around the house has seriously diminished! I mean, I'm not fit by any stretch of the imagination, but I've never been this bad!

MollyBloomYes · 31/10/2015 15:31

What industrious Viroids you all are! We went to a Halloween hartbeeps party this morning which was fun though ds massively lost it by the end, that'll teach him to stay up all bloody night! New car sorted and insured at last, DF has fitted isofix kit and car seat in whoop whoop!

Kate try not to worry (easier said than done I know). From what I gather you usually really do know about it if it's ectopic. I had my fears around 8 weeks and had a scan to check, all was OK obviously. Good rule of thumb I read on ectopic support website is to ask yourself what would happen if you try and wait half an hour, ie is the pain bearable enough for you to be able to do that? If it isn't then out of hours for you! Any other symptoms?

JustMeAndHim · 31/10/2015 16:25

Tri well done you! That's a really good time. Baby Tri obviously loves the running.

Lil glad to hear you are ok. Do you have a scan this week? I'm also finding myself really out of breath, one flight of steps and I'm done in I also consulted Dr Google and it says it's normal

JustMeAndHim · 31/10/2015 16:27

Kate I also had one sided stabbing pains at around 6 weeks and it was fine. I can't offer any other reassurance but I hope that helps.

ThursdayLastWeek · 31/10/2015 16:27

I'm getting cross at high street stores idea of 'unisex' newborn clothing Angry

I don't want white, I don't want grey, I want colours!
I don't want robots printed on 'boys' gros, I don't want 'girls' gros with scalloped edges and bows on.
I just want simple, colourful baby clothes!

ffs the gender bollox starts SO early it does my head in.

Rant over. Apologies.

lildottie · 31/10/2015 16:29

Hi justme, scan on Tuesday morning. Nervous and excited. Glad I'm not the only one struggling with stairs. It's about my only symptom ATM!

5hell · 31/10/2015 16:34

Ooh don't mess with dream honey !!

Welcome back lil !! I think breathlessness/tiredness comes n goes and once your body gets used to the changes you might feel less knackered and more inclined to exercise :) unless giblets just make u extra tired of course

Feeling much better today thankfully, think it's just work n cap mw bringing me down. Dog training in lovely autumn sunshine, waggas lunch, shopping spree (mostly for dh) n now rugby are making today much better.

kate almost all my twinges are right-sided which was initially worrying but now I figure that's just my body.

lildottie · 31/10/2015 16:38

Thanks 5hell. Good to be back!

Kate another thought, my twingey stabby pains are also right side which is where they planned to place my embryos at transfer so I figured what I was feeling must be implantation.

Anyone else feel their uterus shudder when the cough or sneeze? Or just me?

ThursdayLastWeek · 31/10/2015 16:41

Not my uterus lil, just my pelvic floor. And then I get out of breath as I climb the stairs to change my knickers Grin

lildottie · 31/10/2015 16:51

Lmao, no it's not my pelvic floor its like everything south of my belly button clenches!

TriJo · 31/10/2015 17:01

Lil I've been running for years, I've just cut down a bit since BFP! Training 4-5 times a week where I would have done 8-10 before between swimming, cycling, running and lifting. Have had a lot more energy since 13 weeks ish too.

jellypi3 · 31/10/2015 17:03

Oo what car seat did you get pud?

JustMeAndHim · 31/10/2015 17:04

Lil I really hope your scan goes well. I also have mine Tuesday morning so gx its a lucky scan day all round!

I've also had that thing where it feels like my uterus is contracting, I've just had a cough so have had it quite a bit. It's really weird.

lildottie · 31/10/2015 17:20

Is it your 12wk scan justme? I can't find you on the stats sheet!

Glad I'm not the only one with a clenching womble! It really is odd. Makes me think I'm squeezing them out! And sometimes I get a sharp pain with it.

JustMeAndHim · 31/10/2015 17:33

It is! I'm not on the stats sheet Blush hides face in shame. I keep meaning to sort it but don't think I can update from an iPhone? I've had 2 bleeds and 2 early scans so good news would be very welcome!!

Yes same here. Sometimes it feels like my stomach muscles are pulled as well, but deep inside!? It seems to come go as quickly as it comes though...

KateBeckett · 31/10/2015 17:50

Ffs! Just lost an epic post...

Flowers massive thanks to all you lovely viroids for the reassurance, I have stepped away from dr Google and won't be consulting her again I promise! You're a fab bunch aren't you? Xx

lil I know what I mean- I can barely walk up the stairs now without being out of breath! I don't know how some of these guys are out running!!

lil and just gx for your scans! How exciting! I will be 12 weeks during Xmas week, so I doubt il get my scan on time Grin
just I had to download googles version of excel to put my name in the stats sheet... I did it from my iPad.

Thank you again everyone for your kind words X

oneyorkshirepud · 31/10/2015 17:57

Thursday I totally agree with you re genderisation - tis bloody ridiculous!! THEN people at work try to tell that males/females are 'just born' differently and that I shouldn't go on about genderisation of subject/career choices. Clearly they have never had to buy anything for a baby/child! Meh!

Jelly we got the maxi cosi cabriofix in intense red. Theoretically it will fit our ancient pram.

This baby takes after its mama. Was a bit worried about movements so ate some chocolate and it did a happy dance. Just having a lie down now, tis definitely wiggling but not as forcefully as usual. I do think it has changed positions though as it's feet are now at the wrong side. Naughty baby.

oneyorkshirepud · 31/10/2015 18:00

Oh, NOW the baby is awake and appears to be doing 'the running man' inside me as part of its happy dance! Grin Hopefully it is trying to turn back around!

Kate, that is what we are all here for. Glad you feel a bit more chilled. Being anxious about baby is no fun but we have all been there.

pretzelpieces · 31/10/2015 18:08

Squee we ordered our travel system today! Didn't plan to, just went along to try out some that we were interested in, but then the set we liked was 35% off before Nov 1st so would've been rude not to! Went for the armadillo flip in teal with car seat, carry cot and car seat base. It came down to between that and the xt version. Decided on the original because it's a kg lighter, it's cheaper and we didn't need the extending handle which seemed to be the only potential advantage of the xt (that and slightly larger rear wheels, but then they also make it a bit bulkier when folded). So excited to get it, but we have arranged for delivery mid Dec.

And yes totally agree on the gender thing thurs! We have been lucky to get lots of bright coloured unisex stuff that my sis used for my niece, just what we'd have chosen ourselves.
