Loki, so sad to hear your news. All the best. Flowers

tigress23 · 15/10/2015 17:54

Beano, I nearly bought a pair as a joke gift for SIL last Christmas. She's gone paleo and was killing the whole family with protein farts

BiffleRoo · 15/10/2015 17:55

Kensal I had 20 months between my 1st 2 cs and no problems. The consultants give you all these stats but if you look at them properly and compare them to a 'normal' delivery they are hardly any different. My consultant for DD2 was willing to allow me a vbac and after a bit of a battle I found a consultant willing to allow me a vba2c and water birth with DS1. Unfortunately my body seems incapable of delivering babies and after 6 weeks of contractions with all 3 babies I failed to dilate or efface so this time it will be elcs for me and only 24 months after cs3.

Really sorry to hear of your loss loki

I've been lurking today, and have come to the conclusion that I need to step away from this thread for a little bit, because reading about everyone's symptoms is making me panic about my lack of them.

I hope that everyone who is waiting on second scans for heartbeats gets good news.

I'll catch up soon, when fear isn't getting the better of me!

SliceofLemon · 15/10/2015 18:10

Rose I'm having very similar symptoms with dull ache lower back which everything I have read says is normal but also a bit of pain RHS pelvis but I have been putting it down to a cyst they found there at a scan I had a few weeks ago. Definitely not a luteal cyst causing your trouble?

Also using Ovia Pregnancy

Watching the flames dancing in my candle and praying my bean is super sticky this time Thanks

Mrspopper · 15/10/2015 19:49

Thinking of you bifle and all who have lost babies :(

mrsmugoo · 15/10/2015 20:05

Oh Loki I'm so sorry Thanks

clarish84 · 15/10/2015 20:56

Hi ladies
I was getting bad pains on my left side yesterday and the midwife sent me to hospital because I had an eptopic in the past . I was worried sick and the doctor told me that the odds wasn't looking good . But today they sent me for a scan and it isn't eptopic yay Smile there's no heartbeat yet but I'm feeling hopeful as it measured 5 + 3 week wich is what they thought off my last period have got to wait 2 week till my next scan so fingers crossed x
Trunk out that the terrible pain I'm in is actually a water infection x

earlgreydrinker · 15/10/2015 21:44

I'm still getting aches on my left abdomen and hip. My GP (former gynaecologist) told me not to worry as I had no other symptoms of concern plus she did a urine test. I'd like to think she knew what she was talking about but I did get a bit stressed about it this afternoon, not helped by the fact I'm knackered!

clarish84 · 15/10/2015 21:57

I'm sure she does x I know it's hard but try not to worry and hopefully you will feel a bit better soon x

Belvedere · 15/10/2015 22:15

Same earlygrey. I've got pain on my left and in my hip. I'm thing to tell myself that it's actually just my hip and nothing to do with being pregnant. And I need to step away from mr Google... It doesn't hurt when I press my stomach so I'm hoping it's ok.

Osirus · 15/10/2015 22:58

Very sorry loki.

I'm not getting many cramps now, just very occasional and mostly when I'm cold!? Breasts are still tender but mostly late afternoon and at night.

I've had no sickness apart from an occasional feeling in the back of my throat like something is stuck there. This only happens if I haven't eaten.

I hope everyone else is ok. Smile

17caterpillars1mouse · 16/10/2015 03:52

Actual morning sickness has started this morning at 3am as I got up for work. I've been feeling queasy for days and heaving a bit, but this is the first time I've actually been sick. Luckily I hadn't eaten much last night. Work will be fun though hmmm...

Derbygirl37 · 16/10/2015 06:29

Oh my God, I've just got up to go to the toilet and there was blood when I wiped. I have got cramps but nothing too bad at the moment. I'm in tears and I don't know what to do xx

Lovelybeano · 16/10/2015 06:40

Try not to panic derbygirl, it's completely normal for some people to bleed during pregnancy, give your epu a call xxxxxx

Derbygirl37 · 16/10/2015 06:48

Thanks Beano, I think it's the cramps that are making me panic more than the bleeding xxx

mrsmugoo · 16/10/2015 07:09

Morning all - today I'm telling my parents!

obsessedlex · 16/10/2015 07:18

Derby girl - give your epu a call and try to stay calm - big hugs X

Derbygirl37 · 16/10/2015 07:21

Thank you obsessedlex. Our EPU says it only takes referrals from GPs or A&E, not self referrals, so I'll have to wait for the doctors to open and try and get an appointment with one of them Confused xx

Torfhinn · 16/10/2015 07:38

Hi all, I've read back over the last couple of days and am sorry to see so much bad news and worry Sad

Sorry for your loss 13loki, take care of yourself, I hope you are back on the pregnancy boards soon Flowers

Sort to hear things aren't going well for you toinfinity, I truly hope it's not what you think.

That is so stressful rose, the chances are everything is fine, fx for you.

Can you ring your local epu derbygirl? Try not to panic as it really could be normal. I have my fingers crossed for you too and am offering a reassuring hug if needed.

My most exciting news is that DS slept through the night. For those of you with children, you'll know just how great that is Grin

mrsmugoo · 16/10/2015 07:46

Congrats on the nights sleep torfhin! I'm lucky because mine does sleep through now usually but he's got a cough at the moment so I was in twice last night with water and to tuck him in. He goes straight back to sleep though!

tigress23 · 16/10/2015 08:02

I hope you get an appointment quickly, derbygirl and that everything is okay.

I'm worried this morning because I feel fine. I'm not nauseated at all and not that tired either. My breasts are only mildly tender. My only symptoms are bloating, increased thirst and I'm still a wee machine. Should I be worried? I am. I have no cramping or bleeding, though.

Is it stupid to go to the doctor?

Lovelybeano · 16/10/2015 08:20

I still don't have many symptoms tigress, with my dd I didn't have any at all until later on when I had heartburn but didn't start til about 30 weeks , with ds I was sick as a dog until about 22 weeks then on and off for the rest of the pregnancy, try not to worry about symptom spotting, some people go through pregnancy with no symptoms apart from the growing belly :)

tigress23 · 16/10/2015 08:26

Thanks, beano, that makes me feel a bit better
