Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 37th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The 36th grads fred is here

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 52nd outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

Here is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates.

honeysucklejasmine · 19/08/2015 07:33

Morning!

Right ladies... Talk to me about second trimester womble pains. What do they feel like?

OP posts:
gaggiagirl · 19/08/2015 07:46

honey stretchy/crampy sort of pains I think.
tri excellent news!

SecondCupOfTea · 19/08/2015 07:47

Finally the day of my booking appointment has arrived! Should also find out my 12 week scan date.

mountaingirl01 · 19/08/2015 08:08

Yay tri congratulations!

Enjoy your booking in tea I found it was nice to have an excuse to talk about baby for an hour with an 'outsider'! Be nice to get your scan date too

5hell I am so happy for you Flowers

Loving seeing the scan photos on fb - I can't believe how many js babies are now expected! And so many boys!

ThursdayLast · 19/08/2015 08:15

tea we're about the same aren't we? How long do you gave to wait for your booking?
I keep hoping there's going to be a letter with my scan date through the letterbox everyday! No luck so far. We're having the nuchal screening which I think has to be done in a certain time perimeter though?

Anyways, it's always fun to get on the system, helps it all feel real!

Purpleball · 19/08/2015 08:30

Honey mine have consistently been like a stitch. It's when I turn or get up awkwardly and they make me gasp

gaggiagirl · 19/08/2015 08:30

mountain you are team girl aren't you? Yaaaaaaay!

goodnessgraciousgouda · 19/08/2015 08:33

Just a quick note to say that if people are struggling to log in today, this is because of a very bad hacking incident recently.

People are being asked to change their passwords.

I get that too sometimes purple, if I stand up too quick it's almost as if I've pulled a muscle, though I know I haven't. I haven't had too much of the crampy kind of pains yet honey

5hell · 19/08/2015 08:36

whilst we're quizzing the more experienced/further along viroids, can I ask about the boobs....do they stay this firm/big for the duration of the pregnancy, do they keep growing, or is it just an initial swelling and then things settle down?! thanks! Grin

i'm quite enjoing my new bosom, just pondering the best bra-buying strategy

great news tri!

ThursdayLast · 19/08/2015 08:41

Most of the fast growth of boobs happens in the first trimester I believe 5hell. I bought some bras already (at 8 weeks) and I'm already stretching them! They'll be fine when my milk had settled down later I think.
I'm not the best one to ask about bra strategy - I just kept buying regular bras last time, which was the worst thing ever. I'm going to get some if those sleep bras/crop top type ones after 12 week scan I think.

picklethistle · 19/08/2015 08:51

Morning!

Congrats to all with happy scan/hospital appointment news.

Builders been in for a visit, new kitchen and window for the babies room is happening in two weeks! Excitement replaced by almost vomit when I noticed a random cat in the garden has killed a pidgeon and is ripping it apart on the grass. Gross, DH is at work and I can't deal with it Shock

gaggiagirl · 19/08/2015 08:55

5hell my norks stopped growing around 16 weeks I think. They remain very firm and veiny.

jellypi3 · 19/08/2015 09:09

Morning viroids

yay tri good news :)

enjoy your booking tea!

honey mine kind of feel like stretchy pain, but sometimes a dull ache.

So i woke up last night at 3:00am, had a nightmare I started bleeding in work :( It was so real, i genuinely thought it had happened, rushed to the toilet and it was ok...not fun though.

Also still got a headache so booked an eye test, wondering if headaches are due to prescription changing. And to top it off feel sick again today.

And yet I wouldn't change it for the world.

WouldRatherHaveCake · 19/08/2015 10:58

jelly I get headaches badly in pregnancy, the midwife told me last time if you suffer from them pretty pregnancy you are more likely to get them. I hadn't actually realised before then that some people don't get headaches. Who knew!

mountaingirl01 · 19/08/2015 11:09

gaggia I am! Yay for team filly!

5hell I have gone from 32d to 34dd in whole pregnancy and that is it.. I guess everyone is different?! Still in normal bras here, never had any pain or problems.
jelly sorry to tell you this...second trimester was a horrible time for headaches for me..

TriJo · 19/08/2015 11:19

5hell I'm already up 2 full cup sizes (30FF to 30GG) and I'm still in the early days really! I'm lucky in that I had lost weight for my wedding earlier this year so I had a few bigger bras lying around, but I'm going to treat myself to a Bravissimo trip at around 12 weeks. What I really need right now is a good sleep bra or nightwear with some support, the girls are not happy when I wake up in the morning.

CarrotPuff · 19/08/2015 11:19

Oh jelly what a horrible dream! I used to have recurrent dreams when we moved DS into his own room that he is in our bed but I couldn't find him and was scared he would roll off. I used to grope around the bed and wake DP up!

I've had a lot of headaches this pregnancy, didn't have them with DS.

jellypi3 · 19/08/2015 11:28

:( i was hoping the headaches would be a quick easy fix! i'll let you know if my prescription has changed!

gaggiagirl · 19/08/2015 11:49

jelly as a fellow speccy four eyes I can give you this shit news......some opticians wont entertain you during pregnancy. I was due my check in July and was told to come back post baby.

honeysucklejasmine · 19/08/2015 12:39

Jelly i use 4head for headaches. It's a placebo but it's great!

I've been making a beanbag lining all morning. I have the beans, just need to fill it. It's been a right pain to do so hope it'll finish nicely.
