Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 37th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The 36th grads fred is here

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 52nd outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

Here is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates.

gaggiagirl · 29/08/2015 07:01

No 3am viroids? Good I'm glad you all slept well. I had an early night and only got up twice for wee!

jellypi3 · 29/08/2015 07:35

I had an amazing nights sleep! Think I only got up once. Dreams were filled with little baby girls! All in all a happy jelly :) (till dp woke me up at 6 because he couldn't find his golf shirt so I had to drive him to tesco the buy a new one - I did demand a McDonald's breakfast in payment)

gaggiagirl · 29/08/2015 10:25

I love McDonalds breakfast sooooo much!

pretzelpieces · 29/08/2015 10:59

I'm very tempted by an epi-no when the time comes! They are so expensive though!

jelly Congratulations on your little girl! I am so jealous you got to find out the sex early. I am itching to know (I hate surprises) and I've got to wait 3 weeks and 2 days more!

ThursdayLastWeek · 29/08/2015 11:05

Me too ga but today I'm making do with a maccy ds tea on the way home from picking my sister up from the bus station.

Going to tell families this weekend -wish us luck!

I volunteered at parkrun today, was lovely and social. Now we're off out for lunch. Busy busy busy.

5hell · 29/08/2015 11:50

purplewhale · 29/08/2015 12:08

Ive been to OOH GP about the injection injury (photo on FB)
He's given me antibiotics and told me to take cocodamol
Hoping for some relief soon

mountaingirl01 · 29/08/2015 13:37

5hell step away from the pissy sticks! I had negatives by 8weeks

jellypi3 · 29/08/2015 13:42

Glad you got it seen to purple

pretzelpieces · 29/08/2015 14:21

Ooh Thursday, let us know how it goes!

I've never had a macdonalds breakfast either - but I was veggie for 12 years so I'm still catching up on foods I've never tried.

Ah that's good purple, hope it feels better soon.

I know I said I wouldn't weigh myself (due to historical anorexia craziness) but as I'm feeling so tired and shit I thought I might not be eating enough. My bump seems big for this stage but I've only put on 3lbs! I've noticed I've lost weight on my arms and face. I'm a little behind on the chart. My bmi was 20.8 to start with. I need to not obsess about it don't I? Everyone gains weight at different stages and I'll probably just pile it on later right? I feel like I'm eating a lot. I guess I could ask the midwife to keep an eye on my weight (and then it'll be in kg so it won't register with me so much or I could even ask to not know). Sorry for the crazies! Hmm

pretzelpieces · 29/08/2015 14:24

Oh, and I'm 17+3 today.

gaggiagirl · 29/08/2015 14:42

pretzel dont you worry about weight. Have you had lots of sickness? 2nd and 3rd tri especially are the weight gaining ones. Everyone is different. I'm all back to front and my 3rd try is the one where I lose and or maintain weight despite eating ALL the chips.
Mention that you are anxious about it to the midwife though for extra support.

oneyorkshirepud · 29/08/2015 15:45

Pretzel your weight gain sounds similar to mine, lowish BMI to begin with and little weight gain, the bump seemed to kind of suck the weight off my face/arms as you said... up until about 20/22 weeks when my weight gain caught up with itself everywhere! Now in the 'recommended weight gain' area of the chart but seems to have slowed a little, I think it will come in fits and starts. If you are eating loads that's great. My appetite fluctuates hugely, I think it depends on baby growth spurts. So don't worry pet but as the others said I would mention any anxieties to your MW so they can reassure you.

jellypi3 · 29/08/2015 16:23

I'm so windy today. It coming out of both ends like mad!!

CarrotPuff · 29/08/2015 16:47

Great birth story Indigo, well done! Star Enjoy your beautiful daughter.

Yay for girl Jelly!

Think I'm starting to show. Probably only to me and DP for now though... Could feel my uterus a couple inches above pubic bone too, and I'm starting to get kinder surprise line on my belly.

Pretzel I used to be a veggie too, started to eat meat literally about a month ago. Never had McD brekkie either.

NFMD: spaghetti Bol Grin

5hell · 29/08/2015 17:09

i know i know! Blush ...mountain that is v comforting, thank you!

just watched 'pain & gain'...dh and i like to choose dodgy films to nap to occasionally....no napping as it was crazy, in a good way, and even crazier as it was a true story!!!

NFMD: making something with the several kilos of tomatoes from the greenhouse i've just roasted...maybe chilli con quorn

oneyorkshirepud · 29/08/2015 17:37

Ooh 5hell we had shite loads of tomatoes one year. I was actually scared of the tomato plants, I could not keep them under control, haven't dared to plant any more since! Highly recommend making homemade ketchup of you have a glut.

Lookingforadvice123 · 29/08/2015 18:37

I'm having a Chinese take away tonight Blush is that really bad? Poor baby Looking is going to be bouncing around with all the additives!

gaggiagirl · 29/08/2015 19:01

NFMD: Pork tortellini, roasted toms, garlic baguette. Yum.
I get to scrub DP once he's finished grafting at gaggia towers eek!

batfish · 29/08/2015 20:03

Been trying to pack the hospital bag and failed miserably, I don't know how to dress a baby!! Who the fuck thought I was capable to be put in charge of one?!

SkyWasMadeOfAmethyst · 29/08/2015 20:10

Greetings all. Been lurking all week but to tired to think of anything to post... Had a crazy work week. Had my booking in with MW. Seeing consultant again in 4 weeks. Scan all set but may do a private scan 10 days before to see if we can tell DCs next weekend Smile love a McDs breakfast, always get 2 hash browns!

NFMD: also spag bol!

purplewhale · 29/08/2015 20:27

Bat have you got the list? 5 bodysuits and 5 babygros and a couple of cardigans are all you need. I've got a mix of newborn and 0-3 months only coz he's huge! Oh and nappies and wipes/cotton wool

NFMT (news from my thigh) is that it's more colourful now. Been taking cocodamol and antibiotics but no improvement yet.
Feeling really fed up now. Driving was so painful I've left my car at my parents, I couldn't face driving home Sad

pretzelpieces · 29/08/2015 20:42

And pud that's especially reassuring to know your weight gain pattern was similar to mine i should really just throw away my scales

jelly I loved you running in to tell about wind and then running out again!

carrot kinder surprise line! Grin

I've made great progress on the "clearing half the flat to make room for DP and baby" project today! 4 donation black sacks and 5 vacuum bags for my 'loft'. Achy bump now.

Bump has really popped in last couple of days. My belly button is saying hello and will no doubt be an outie by Halloween!

Lookingforadvice123 · 29/08/2015 20:43

Hehe thanks bat. Although following my pitiful attempt at Chinese (I used to be able to EAT!) NFMA: rain. Sore rain!

purple what happened to your thigh (I saw the pic on the FB group)? I'm currently on antibiotics for an infected insect bite, isn't pregnancy fun!
