Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 37th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The 36th grads fred is here

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 52nd outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

Here is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates.

oneyorkshirepud · 27/08/2015 20:12

Congrats on 12 weeks Carrot! Grin

Managed to actually go swimming tonight Viroids, had a lane to myself at our lovely community outdoor(ish) pool. So quiet and so good to be in the water. Had to have lots of rests though but still feeling v relaxed now, lush!

Indigoblue2 · 27/08/2015 20:30

Hi guys!!!

I'm finally back on the Fred after sprog-gate!! Who wants to hear my birth story? What been happening? Who has bought an Epi-no? deeply how you getting on?

My little girl is so precious, each day I fall in love with her a little more. Grads who are having their first, it's everything they tell you and more!

oneyorkshirepud · 27/08/2015 20:45

Yey Indigo! And yes to birth story please Smile

I am having a night on the sofa with chocolates, catching up on OBEM. Preggo hormones are obviously picking up as I just welled up at a birth (people from Yorkshire don't cry at the telly) and had a bit of a 'OMG I'm having a baby' moment

honeysucklejasmine · 27/08/2015 21:02

Indigo! Me! Me! I do!

Ha Pud this Yorkshire lass sobs at every fucking verse end these days!
Sorry I'm rubbish at keeping up
Indigo yes to birth story please. Glad it's going well for you.

Jelly I'm glad all ok. That pain is scary though.

Carrot hurray for 12 weeks. That's the first milestone done Smile

I'm wrapped up in my own freak out. I have a huge to do list and I'm making sure I do a couple of things each day, as well as napping, baking, going out for lunch.
I picked up the name letters today, washed bedding and the last of baby clothes. I've got curtains and lampshade for his room. Just need my Dad to change the light fitting

We're off to look at nurseries tomorrow. He's not even born yet and we're planning childcare. We need to get his name down though, even though we don't need a place til July next year.

My hip is now better. I started injecting into my arse as it hurt less and the fucking same thing has happened again to my right arse cheek. I injected into my leg today as instructed and it hurt so much I cried. I've googled injection sites and it says outer thigh or stomach. I can't use stomach because that's where I inject insulin. You'd think having flabby thighs would hurt less but sadly not.

oneyorkshirepud · 27/08/2015 21:13

Purple, pull yourself together woman, Yorkshire lasses don't cry! You can cry at the injections though, they sound nasty.

Have you told your MW how much the injections hurt? It doesn't sound quite right to me... Cake

jellypi3 · 27/08/2015 21:20

Welcome back ind. I still can't believe you did a baby! Look forward to your birth story

gaggiagirl · 27/08/2015 21:35

indigo yaaaaaay! I love a birth story!
I'm hitting the smeg outlet tomorrow from my office to purchase kitchen appliances. So excited.

purplewhale · 27/08/2015 22:37

Hurray for Smeg Ga

Pud I'm going to start doing insulin elsewhere I think and try abdomen for Fragmin. Don't have much faith in MW, she told me to count 10 kicks Hmm
I'm back at hospital on Tues if that doesn't work

deeplybaffled · 27/08/2015 23:39

indigo - yes please for story! Getting there with epi no - up to about 8.5cm now but a bit scared to push it much further till next week for fear of kick starting things ( probably irrational ) as really don't want to be in hospital over the bank holiday :(
So, if junior stays put till then, operation epi no will be stepped up on Tuesday - eek

lildottie · 27/08/2015 23:42

Hi all, also a vote yes for birth story indigo! I can't believe you have a baby already. Seems 5mins ago you were getting your bfp and freaking out about mcs!

purple I'm sure I'm preaching to the converted as you are used to injecting but thought I'd post in case it helps. I have to inject the ivf drugs into my thighs. If it hurts when the needle touches my skin, I know its going to kill so I just touch it on skin until I find somewhere that I don't really feel and inject there. Then it doesn't hurt at all really. Disclaimer: I have no idea what fragmin is do this may be no use to you at all!

Do those who are interested I'm on day 3 of injections with a missing breakthrough bleed. Started spotting day 1 last time and AF day 3 but Nada so far. Was a very light AF though so I'm thinking maybe there's just nothing there to get rid of this time. But generally medically induced menopause is treating me well. No bruises yet!

purplewhale · 28/08/2015 06:50

Thanks Lil. I'll try that. Fragmin is a whole different ballgame to insulin.
I've been woken by pain from where yesterday's jab has swollen.
Currently lying on left side with bag of frozen peas on right thigh!

Squeee for your injections, how exciting! I've got my fingers crossed you'll be back here very soon Smile

mountaingirl01 · 28/08/2015 07:43

Oooh I love a good birth story, yes please indigo! I've bought an epi no! Up to 6.5 stupidly proud at bucket fanjo bit difficult to use with the spd but trying to do at least the stretching. out of tmi interest how much are you others moving the gauge in the pv exercises?

Purple, I'm not sure what advice to give as I'm not much up on fragmin, but not sure it should be swelling quite so much? You're doing so well with all the sticks Flowers

lil good to see you! So excited for you :)

ThursdayLastWeek · 28/08/2015 08:07

I only had fragmin for maybe a fortnight after DS was born, but I definitely didn't react like that purple - worth a discussion with your MW or GP perhaps?

I went out for dinner last night (deep fried goats cheese, get in) but had the most revolting mussels. They weren't off, but the texture was so bad they made me feel rather delicate. I did however enjoy my solitary 175ml of red wine I made last all evening Grin

moutain you look lovely in your pic on FB - and yay for mat leave!
ga I shall have smeg envy I'm sure Envy

My friend and I remembered we entered the London marathon ballot! Law if sod declares I will probably get a place right???

jellypi3 · 28/08/2015 08:15

Oo how exciting lil Smile won't be long until your ready for egg collection right? I'm very tempted by these epi-no's now. ind you should start charging commission lol

lildottie · 28/08/2015 08:20

Thursday mussels, yuck. Red wine yuck. Marathon running triple yuck!

jelly ec will be late September all being well.

jellypi3 · 28/08/2015 08:23

I want mussels! My dp is militant on the whole 'no shellfish' front Sad

Wow end of September isn't long lil

honeysucklejasmine · 28/08/2015 08:28

Oooh, mussels. In a white wine sauce with crusty bread. Yum! I'll take rose or sparking wine though.

Lil so damn excited!

Does your DP decide what you eat jelly? Wink
So long as it's cooked through, it's fine!

oneyorkshirepud · 28/08/2015 09:00

Ooh Mountain, what are you going to do on your first day of mat leave? Sleep all day?

jellypi3 · 28/08/2015 09:01

yeah i know thursday but he's very militant with the rules! i think it'd be fine if they were home cooked to be fair

enjoy your first day of mat leave mountain :)

ThursdayLastWeek · 28/08/2015 09:44

My MW team have just called and asked me to go in to finish up the blood tests they couldn't do at my booking appt. fun.

mountaingirl01 · 28/08/2015 10:03

I usually love sea food, but completely gone off it in pregnancy! I've entered the ballot too, think I will try and train for a charity place if I don't get it (baba depending)...

First day of annual leave... I'm going to the dentist ha! But also Ikea with my mum as she has a day off too so we are road tripping :)

mountaingirl01 · 28/08/2015 10:05
