Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 37th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The 36th grads fred is here

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 52nd outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

Here is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates.

Yeah I'd heard a lot that outfits are far too much faff! And I think that the good thing about not knowing the sex is that there are very few unisex outfits anyway so people haven't been able to buy them for us. The only one we do have is the Dungarees that mr bat saw and insisted on despite not knowing the sex!

Aufwiedersehenpetrarch · 22/08/2015 16:29

DC is still in onesies mostly! Blush So very convenient --- long sleeves/legs for colder days, short sleeves/legs for warmer days.
Many congratulations to indi. Fabulous news! Can't wait to hear all about it. Star
Sorry to the many viroids feeling so awful. I am sending empathies your way. I had a reasonably good day today. Still nauseous but didn't feel as awful as the last few weeks. Hope it is the beginning of the end! I'm only 8+1 so it would be a surprise if it was. Please tell me some of you didn't have any MS in the last few of weeks of the first trimester?

gaggiagirl · 22/08/2015 16:30

A towelling or plush cotton dungareee is lovely! Awww I love babies in dungaress. Not denim though. Too stiff for tinys.

jellypi3 · 22/08/2015 16:49

auf I've still got morning sickness at 17+1 Hmm

I love dungarees too, going to get at least one pair in each size bracket I think.

LaLaLaaaa · 22/08/2015 16:55

I'm so pleased to hear you a think outfits are a waste of time! We have millions of little t shirts, shorts etc that people bought us and I just stick B in a long or short sleeved babygrow depending on temperature. I feel dead guilty when I see the piles of trendy outfits I never put on him. But seriously they just are so much effort!

batfish · 22/08/2015 17:21

Don't feel guilty la - I'm sure he is much more comfy in the nice soft Babygros and he will definitely appreciate them when it comes to getting dressed and undressed! Weird that we have been bought absolutely none but I suppose there are very few that you could buy for unisex.

LaLaLaaaa · 22/08/2015 17:39

Don't speak too soon bat! All ours appeared after he was born!

batfish · 22/08/2015 17:57

Haha oh dear it's not too late then! I guess with the outfits you can just put them on if you are going to visit people or even just for a photo to send to the person who bought it and then take it off when it's covered in poo Smile

batfish · 22/08/2015 18:07

I'm hungry but am scared of eating in the evenings as am always getting the middle of the night reflux and end up vomming in my mouth in my sleep, why is pregnancy so glorious!? Tablets from doc have helped with the heartburn but doesn't seem to have stopped the food coming back Sad

gaggiagirl · 22/08/2015 18:37

bat that's what I've had the past few nights its fucking awful, puts me right off eating at nights.
la I got given heaps of tiny newborn outfits for DD they were all really impractical. Frocks, jeans, skirts, tights, thick fabric, stiff fabric, animal prints, twatful slogans, frilly, scratchy shite you name it. So impractical. I just wanted a snuggly babygrowed newborn in at most a teddy bear printed onesie. I made sure she was photographed in everything though. I also re gifted, charity bagged and e-bayed it!

batfish · 22/08/2015 18:44

Sympathies ga it really is awful! Had a big meal on Thursday night and was up and down all night with it until I gave up at 5.30 and went down to sleep on the sofa so I could sleep sitting up! Unfortunately not being able to eat when I'm hungry puts me in a v bad mood so I'm feeling very sorry for myself and being miserable with poor mr bat, starving now but I also want to see if not eating anything in the evening helps!

SecondCupOfTea · 22/08/2015 20:24

Wow, bit of a catch-up needed. Grats Indigo Smile

SkyWasMadeOfAmethyst · 22/08/2015 20:53

Yay for baby indigo!

My sympathies to those not feeling well. Am tired but less poorly these days. Also might get a private scan on the 2nd so excited about the prospect if telling the ankle biters before they go back to school. Smile

MollyBloomYes · 22/08/2015 21:05

Whoop whoop indigo what a sneeze birth!

I love dungarees beyond all reason and have several every time ds moves up to the next size. Trying to stockpile before he becomes too old to wear them so until he's about 15 should do it unisex outfits are harder but my experience is people go nuts once it's here and the sex is known! My pet hate is slogans like 'here comes trouble' for boys and 'princess' for girls. And Disney stuff, I'm going to have to sit through many of their films when ds is older, I don't need to pay to advertise them on my child's body now. MollyBloom...Politicising baby clothes since 2014 Wink

ga glad you're feeling better. Did cross ginger knock the wall through herself?

honeysucklejasmine · 22/08/2015 21:30

Oh. My. God.

I just threw up all over myself in the back of my parents car. I put my hand in the way so some went all over my face too. Luckily we were in my road (so close to house!) but mum had to sort me out, I was so shocked. Thrown clothes in wash, now going to shower and cry myself to sleep.

Oh, honey - don't worry about it. Really. Pregnancy is stupidly unglamorous and we've all done things as a result of pregnancy hormones that are beyond embarrassing and undignified. ...I came over all dizzy and light headed during a bikini wax and the beautician had to lay me flat and hold my feet in the air. Now that was mortifying and I was only grateful that I was only having a bikini wax and not a BrazilianBlush

MollyBloomYes · 22/08/2015 21:54

Oh honey you poor thing! Pregnancy does awful awful things. Thank goodness it was your mum and not a taxi driver or something. Get cosied up in bed and feel better soon

oneyorkshirepud · 22/08/2015 22:05

Oh no Honey, you poor old bean. Bless your Mum for sorting you out. Hope you feel better tomorrow Flowers

gaggiagirl · 22/08/2015 22:14

Oh honey that's awful, you get to bed. Dont worry we've all been there in some way or another.
molly yes she did! She used her own fury and a hammer!!!! To be fair to her she made a fabulous attempt at kicking the wall in Grin

purplewhale · 22/08/2015 22:33

Oh Honey poor you. I find back of cars unbearable for travel sickness since being pregnant. It's not something I have to do often but I'm far better in the front and more so if I drive

Swelling from yesterday's injection has got worse. No idea what to do but it makes me cry when I move. I've put a thread in chat hoping for advice or at least someone to say it's normal. I really don't want to go to OOH or A&E on a weekend.

Managed to get though the baby shower without letting on how much pain I'm in though. Had a really lovely day and got totally spoiled with some gorgeous stuff Smile

MrsTattoo · 22/08/2015 22:35

honey you poor thing. I feel for you. I do the same on almost a daily basis if I don't make it to the loo/sink/bin. Glad your mum was there to look after you though!

sky I bet you can't wait for scan, was tempted to have one myself but trying to hold out a couple of weeks for 12w scan anyway, let us know if you see much/worth it etc as I think we are close in dates :)

Sorry deeply but that image made me giggle! Grin

pretzelpieces · 22/08/2015 23:18

Oh honey it's rubbish. Hope you start to feel better soon Thanks

deeplybaffled · 22/08/2015 23:35

Mrs t - it amused me as well in a black comedy sort of way....i decided it was one of those situations where you have to laugh, or you'd cry!

batfish · 23/08/2015 06:19

Oh purple you poor thing, that sounds horrid - definitely sounds like something you should check though as it can't be ok to be in that much pain from an injection.

Aww honey poor you! That's what mums are for though so don't feel embarrassed, pregnancy is awesome hey.

ga so the cure to the sleep vomming is - don't eat after lunch. I had a late lunch yesterday and rhea some chocolate at 5.30ish and then didn't eat again and I was ok! Of course I went to bed hungry and irritable so that bit wasn't so fun. Not sure how long I could keep up this no dinner thing, eating is my big love! But then so is sleep and the 2 don't seem compatible at the moment Sad

honeysucklejasmine · 23/08/2015 07:10

Ladies! Thank you so much for the solidarity. It has to be one of the most embarrassing things ever to happen to me. Mum sent a cheeky text suggesting the back seat whendad is driving tends to be perilous anyway...

Deeply thank God it wasn't a Brazilian!

Purple that doesn't sound right. I think you need to brave OOH. Glad your baby shower went well!
