hey folks! hope you all had a lovely saturday and maveta - that the housewarming went well with collapsed tortilla!

just home after a 12 hour day in edinburgh. awful to be travelling on a train packed with rugby fans for scotland aussie match on return trip (???) treated like a princess due to bump - v v nice given they were all in kilts as well.
spent the day doing group work with 12 men - another treat as they all were v attractive and oohing over the bump - and were all gay. this bean has about 30 honourary uncles already

we have visitors tonight - i have sneaked off for a break as they are all making xmas party plans and i feel too fat, frumpy and dull to join in..........

Hair removal - hadn't even thought about this - being of the "couldn't give a flying ...." school of thought but actually the posters in the other thread who mentioned the (TMI ALERT) matted blood have a point cos I remember that vividly from last time and it was pretty painful and annoying having to sort it out afterward... But waxing ??? Is that even possible there? Give me childbirth any day and maybe I'll try immac for the other....

RH - Leona was as amazing as always but so was Ben. Couldn't believe he was in the bottom 2 but glad the Machaivellian SC didn't go in for any game playing tonight !

I can't believe how fast this thread goes..love it though. I also thought Leona was really good tonight, definitely think it'll be her and Ben in the final two. Don't know why Ben was in the bottom 2. It's nearly midnight and I was just on my way to bed, but after reading about Maveta's tortillas I'm going to make some toast (no tortillas so next best thing).
AngeG and Maveta thanks for the reassurance re blood tests. Goodnight

LADIES - Could I put in a request to end this thread ASAP and start another one?

The reason being that our title "Hold onto your Hamburgers" is upsetting to a MNetter who should have been on this thread with us but mc'd... in Hamburg.

As this is one of the most active of the ante-natal threads, this title comes up for her again and again, which must be hard.

New thread with different title, one of you clever linking people??

yvie - have put your scan date into the stats thread

Katy44 · 26/11/2006 08:53

GGF - how about this for a new thread

geordiemacminx · 26/11/2006 09:08

GGF - I saw that too at the end of last week and have to admit I have worried about it all weekend, whetehr to say something, or not. I'm sure that she knows that there was no intentional harm caused but yes, good idea to change it. Well done. xxx
