Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 34th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The 34th grads fred is here

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 51st outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

Here is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates.

honey assistance at the ready!

jellypi3 · 01/08/2015 18:46

5hell gx it's just normal early bleeding

auf nope my house isn't in Doncaster. Muuuuuuuch further south (and East).

pretzelpieces · 01/08/2015 18:49

5hell gx for you my dear. Let's hope it's just that spotting that has given so many of us the willies early on but soon buggers off. Wink

Thanks everyone, you've cheered me up a bit. I'm already getting back pains due to my joints being hypermobile at the best of times but you're right this might be as bad as it gets and either way stressing about it at the point isn't going to help. Just feeling like a moody cow today Grin off to a friend's birthday meal and I'm shattered! Might have to keep nipping to the bogs for disco naps.

pretzelpieces · 01/08/2015 18:54

I'm on the train and it smells of poo. Damn you pregnancy nose. Hmm

CarrotPuff · 01/08/2015 18:58

5hell try to stay positive, keeping all gingers crossed it's nothing xx

honeysucklejasmine · 01/08/2015 18:58

Ga How many cotton balls of zoflora can I get away with putting in my hoover? My downstairs needs a hoover and I am convinced it smells. DH says it doesn't. Last time I only put one in and it didn't make much of a difference.

I might also steam the carpet. Do you reckon I can put some in my steam cleaner too?

Teach me, oh mistress of the bleach!

MollyBloomYes · 01/08/2015 19:01

Welcome 5hell and congratulations. I'm due on my birthday too, not quite the 30th celebrations I'd imagined! Really hope everything's OK for you, will keep that pma going on your behalf.

Definitely didn't need a cot straight away with DS but he outgrew his moses basket pretty sharpish so worth bearing in mind

Viroids I'm worried about how much paracetamol I need. Getting killer headaches nearly every day and am finding I need at least one dose of two tablets per day, sometimes another lot in the evening. I know that's below the four doses you're allowed per 24 hours but surely too much for pregnancy? Weren't there warnings about paracetamol recently? But I can't function with these headaches so in a bit of a catch 22 Sad.

CarrotPuff · 01/08/2015 19:42

Molly I went through such spell recently. I don't think it will do any harm. Make sure you get enough sleep and drink plenty of water too - they get worse if I don't have enough sleep or dehydrated.

lildottie · 01/08/2015 19:42

hi all. have I missed la's birth story? don't want to scroll back for pages if she's not posted yet.
as you were Grin

Indigoblue2 · 01/08/2015 19:45

Oh 5hell I'm keeping everything crossed for you!

lil no you haven't! What the IVF situation/stage, tell us!

honeysucklejasmine · 01/08/2015 19:51

Lil! You on bcp now?

MollyBloomYes · 01/08/2015 20:04

Thanks carrot, drinking whole swimming pools so probably the sleep, DS pretty good now but still sometimes decides 1am is a great time to commence a three hour attempt at play. Git. Not a lot can be done about that though DH is helping to give me a lie in now it's the holidays. Hopefully will improve soon!

Aufwiedersehenpetrarch · 01/08/2015 20:09

Wait. Now I'm confused. Who lives in Doncaster? Hmm
I'm also looking south east. Smile Mind if I could go live in the Irish countryside I'd do that too. Somewhere near cork or Dublin so the flights back to the UK is easy.
5hell I'm sure it'll be fine. You could always drop by the epu if you're worried tomorrow still? Flowers
pret the train sounds highly unpleasant! Confused

Aufwiedersehenpetrarch · 01/08/2015 20:15

honey not sle, but I share a lot of the same symptoms. Have to be said I became asymptotic during pregnancy and it lasted for some time after pregnancy too and it sounds like it is doing good for you too! It's not uncommon for autoimmunies to feel better during pregnancy in terms of flares and general symptoms because out immune response lowers so we can accommodate the parasite foetus. Very interesting research around on this! Let's hope it lasts for you too!
As for extra stretchy ligaments my feet hips and hands amd shoulders all stretched a lot more than non hypermobile people. I've gone up a shoe size and hip dress size after DC. Angry

Aufwiedersehenpetrarch · 01/08/2015 20:17

Has a foolish fright tonight viroids. Went to pee and saw pink on the paper and in the loo water and briefly freaked out that I was bleeding. Then I remembered I had beetroot for lunch! Doh! Grin

Aufwiedersehenpetrarch · 01/08/2015 20:19

Lol molly my empathies! DC wakes religiously at 12, 3 and 5. I have not been amused at all lately.

lildottie · 01/08/2015 20:23

yep on bcp until 24/8, start injecting 25/8 bfp mark 2 due early October, just in time to beat my previous due date!

gaggiagirl · 01/08/2015 20:53

Ooh lil exciting!!!!!

Niffertiti · 01/08/2015 21:36

Ooh lil very exciting indeed! Gx for you!

Auf I probably confused you - I was going through Doncaster on the train. However I live SW of London, I was suggesting you buy the house down the road from me.

Ga had a lovely time at beamish and I had fish and chips in beef dripping they were really good indeed. Also saw the pit ponies and enjoyed a team ride.

Shell good to see you back here, chances are you'll be fine but I know how worrying it is. Breathe deeply, hope it has stopped.

Purpleball · 01/08/2015 21:47

Ooh Gx Lil Smile

I'm 50 miles north of Donny Smile

Been to see Ted2 and corrupted Purplebaby with all the bad language cos mummy and daddy don't ever swear GrinGrinGrin

I had a lot of headaches early on. Often a bottle of water sorted them out, if it didn't then 2 paracetamol. I was told it's fine to take it. I've not had to take it much recently, only if it's really bad.

5hell hope it's just implantation. Have you phoned EPU?

CarrotPuff · 01/08/2015 22:15

My sympathies about non sleeping DCs. DS woke up twice already in the 2 hours he's been asleep. Actually 4 times, but I only had to go up twice. I expect more. Needless to say I struggle to get back to sleep every time he wakes up during the night because of this insomnia nonsense... Oh and he won't settle for DP, only mummy will do Angry

pretzelpieces · 01/08/2015 23:08

Oh no sorry about the lack of sleeping. I worry how on earth people manage with other little ones when they're pregnant but I suppose you just have to find a way so people do! You have my admiration.

Had a good time at friend's birthday meal after all that whinging about feeling ill and getting the train. Wink Had to run for the one home clutching my mini bump cause I lost track of time!

5hell are you going to give the midwives a ring and get the bleeding checked out at all? Maybe they can give you a scan and put your mind at rest. X

WouldRatherHaveCake · 02/08/2015 00:02

5hell I agree with telling the MW, I wasn't going to but I'm glad I did. Try not to freak though I'm fully aware I'm a hypocrite

Also have a bad sleeper tonight. Although he's very dribbly and red cheeked so have just given calpol. Hoping that sorts him poor thing

SkyWasMadeOfAmethyst · 02/08/2015 00:27

5hell try not to assume the worst. Lots of people have spotting.

Currently scaring the bejesus out of myself reading about the Black Dahlia on the internet after reading all of the James Ellroy novel My Dark Places last night. Was obsessed with crime drama while pregnant with DD as well.

I had a huge sulk after engagement ring shopping with DP today. We have really different taste and I got my knickers in a twist because he doesn't like the one I like and I nearly cried even though he said I should have the one I want anyhow. At this rate I will be lucky if he even proposes at all BlushHmm

CarrotPuff · 02/08/2015 06:12

Sorry about the rant yesterday. DS didn't wake up anymore although I'm having 5.30am start Confused just as well, might do with some breakfast Grin Oh and got woken up by drunken DP who came home from a night out Angry
